a month agoUsed to love going here,always nice workers, and even signed up for membership. But after multiple times of having my tail lights cracked from here I need to stop going here and find somewhere else. I wasn’t convinced the first time that it was this car wash but after visiting yesterday and NOT having cracks on back taillight now I know for sure it’s from herein the last weekMy favorite car wash place. They really take care of you. Maria helped me out by having such a great eye! If it wasn’t for her I wouldn’t have had a clean car haha. They provide vacuums, rug beaters, windex, microfiber cloths, and air freshener sprays, and their staff (especially Mike!) is so friendly and helpful. Unlimited car washes with the monthly subscription for the price of one wash at some of the other car washes in town. 10/10 recommend!a month agoIs very simple for a quick car wash just don’t forget to remove or tilt down your radio antenna. If you are in a truck clear out the bed of your truck otherwise things will go out flying. There’s a vacuum station for your use with the car wash. Works good. Any questions, they have personnel there to help.5 months agoI use these types of car washes all the time. This one is as good as it gets. Friendly staff washed my rhino liners. I love the vacuum setup with the shade canopy. Multiple scents to make your truck smell great! Plenty of clean rags to do whatever. Excellent air pressure on their blowers at vacuum area with hoses that will actually reach all the way to the far end of your vehicle! 5 stars all day long. Will be back as long as I’m working in this area!

5 months agoI took my car in for the inside to be cleaned and vacuumed out and I got it back with a quick wipe down and barely vacuumed. There was trash and dirt on the floor of the back seat. There was sand still in the back seat, bird mess still on the hood of the car and the didn’t vacuumed the trunk at all. There were leafs and dirt all over it.At least the woman at the register was nice.
If I had realized I was going to have to vacuum my car still to actually get it clean I would have saved the 45 bucks and gotten food from next door.

In the past, 5 stars. Car looked as good as when I do it myself. Today, the exterior was great, but the vacuumed interior was really bad – and I paid extra for the Ultimate, too. Maybe the heat got to the employee who vacuumed…
4 weeks agoI cannot say enough good things about this car wash and all staff at this location! I Uber on the side and have a monthly membership to get my car washed everyday! From the moment I pull up I’m meet by Cord most of the time and his customer service is excellent! Walking in to get my claim check I’m greeted a lot by Sandy, who is seriously one of the nicest humans I’ve ever meet! So helpful and kind and always has a smile and calls me by name! When I walk out I’m greeted a lot by one of their leads Victoria and she is the exact same! Always making sure I’m happy and satisfied! Just amazing customer service at every angle and I’d highly recommend to anyone here in town! Tough to find service like this in today’s world, so just want everyone to know that works here, they are doing a great job and are very much appreciated! keep up the great work!2 months agoDefinitely my new spot to get my car cleaned. The detail came out amazing, my car looks brand new. Did not take long at all. AMAZING customer service especially from Jacob and Sandy. You can get your car detailed at different places but the workers is really what makes this place great. I had a great experience. Highly recommend taking your car to this location.in the last weekI recently purchased a 2023 Cadillac and have only washed it at the Wash Tub at this location. I took it to show them the swirl marks that their equipment left. The talked me into getting it waxed and it would take only 30 minutes more. I paid $80 to get the wax, Car came out looking the same with the same swirl marks. I showed the dude who talked me into the wax. He said I should buy the next upgraded wax next time. This is the same dude who i told at the start of the issues, and claimed that the wax would fix it. SMH!

I like the convenience of the car wash in locale to my home. I paid for unlimited wash, the price is more then reasonable if you take advantage of the unlimited washes. The quality of wash varies everytime I go?! Sometimes it looks like my car was only rinsed? Other times it appears to look like I washed and waxed the car by hand🤷♀️Everyone is friendly enough and the place is clean. I wish the dry cloths didn’t smell like dirty socks.Other then that the place is perfect…!
Great service and reasonable rates- even in this economy! They supply towels to dry your vehicle, vacuums are powerful! Make sure to tip the guys scrubbing your vehicle before it enters the wash, they work harder than it appears! Great crew at this location!!
25$/ month, the best car wash package. Excellent staff. Super kind. Vacuums that can suck a golf ball through a garden hose. What a great job. My car looks so clean. Unlimited plan is the way to go.
My wife and I stopped here to get a quick wash after a family trip. Our car was covered in road grime and bugs from bumper to bumper, which is why I didnt want to wash it myself. And Joe is the reason why I’ll never wash it myself again. First time at a car wash and Joe walked us through the process, different service options, and pricing. He got into all the nooks and crannies to ensure our car came out squeaky clean…couldnt believe it but all the bugs were gone. This place saved us time and money…cannot recommend enough!
Staff is nice and friendly, a big plus. Yesterday, there were no clean rags, had to hunt down the last couple of cleaning cloths that were visible. The facility used to be great, but yesterday and today, the car didn’t get clean. 🥺 Bought the triple play yesterday, and was able to go through again today at no cost. There is a cost: my time!
Today, paid attention as the car went through: the first spinning brush on the right side is missing! The arm just sits there with no spinning cloth. It has been taken out of the logic circuit to even move. Towards the end of the car wash, the right side brushes did not touch the car: appears there proximity probe broken. The brush moved towards the car and spun, but never touched the right side of the car.
I won’t be going back until I get confirmation the first spinning brush is fixed and they have fixed the brushes at the end.
Hate wasting time.
Vacuum system is very strong and was greatful to suck out all the sand out of the carpet. 😊
