The service has consistently been top-notch, and it’s reassuring to know that even with ownership changes, the quality remains high. I make it a point to ask the employees about their experience, and I’ve only heard positive remarks about how they’re treated. My Point and Case today Tasha (see the pictures) noticed a car with grime on it and she literally got on her knees with a bucket and cleaner to make sure the car was clean…this is the Definition of Going Over and Beyond and Paying Attention to Detail‼️ This is also why I’ve been a Loyal Member since this facility open in the Summer of 2019. 4 months agoVery cool car wash. Great teamwork, thorough cleaning inside and out. Very well organized and clean.a month agoI come here once a week to get my car washed and vacuumed. The pre wash/bug removal section is great to scrub off the bugs before wash. The wash is smooth and very effective, and the best part is the interior area that is covered and cool with seating areas while you wait. This place is quick and easy. Good prices and staff is very nice, welcoming and pay attention to detail. My car is always sparkling inside and out when I leave!! ❣️

2 months agoThere was four workers present to detail my car after the wash. We went early in the morning, so the workers would be fresh and ready to clean! They do a great job overall. But I gave a ten dollar tip so I was expecting it to look good! The glass on the inside still had smears Is in the front windshield. It looked like they Did not wipe down the inside, there was a lot of fingerprints and smudge marks where it wasn’t looking nice and polished. Even the wheels did not look shiny.3 months agoI love going here! I can get a nice clean wash and then go and vacuum till I am happy. Love the clean rags and spray so I can do seats, console and windows. Now that there are several.of these in the area, long lines are a thing of the past!4 months agoGood place, the pricing is a bit wild though. First two months are $20, I’m now paying $50 a month. If they don’t open more washes around florida I may have to drop them. I’m a contractor and am lucky if I get to spend 8 days at home a month.in the last weekI really enjoy the drive through and then able to vacuum. My car is all done with one stop!!2 weeks agoOnce you have a membership its easy to just drive up and get the weeks worth of road grime off the car.

The response from Bill’s Car Wash (El Car Wash) was an automated response. I have already spoken to the customer support people several times and they still refuse to do anything about the damage to my car. SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!
Bills car wash (El Car Wash) is scam. I have been a regular customer for years. Six months ago, my passenger mirror was damaged going through their car wash. I reported this immediately, before leaving the property. We reviewed the video and watched the damage occur. I was told to come back at a later time and speak to a manager/owner named Mike.
Mike agreed to fix the mirror, wrote down his email address for me and told me to find a used part on eBay. He said installation was easy and that he was even willing to help me install the part.
I was unable to find the part on eBay or any other site and sent several emails to Mike, all of which went unanswered. I continued to stop by Bill’s car wash every week or two, trying to get the matter resolved. I was always told that they were busy at the time, there was no manager available, please come back at another time.
Finally, last week, I spoke to a manager who told me that I had waited too long to get the matter resolved. I explain to him that I didn’t wait at all, that in fact, it was Bill’s car wash was dragging their feet. He told me in any case, they would not be repairing my car.
I also called their customer service number and was also told they would not be repairing my car. I have spent a number of hours trying to find the proper parts and wasting my time on a promise that they would fix the car and now I’m left with the bill myself.

It takes a real special kind of a#$hole to not take responsibility for your company’s actions.i paid about $64 in membership over 2 months. On a trip to clean my car, their machines broke my drivers side tail light on my audi a4. I came back the following day to all of they found my tail light in the machine and the employee brought out the red lens that covers it, cracked. The owner bill walker told me that he would pay half of the cost to replace it (right around Christmas), and has ever since ignored all of my attempts at communication. Do I let it go and cause further damage while i give my kids a Christmas or do i spend the 300 on a new tail light and fix it. I will most definitely not be going back, and recommend to everyone, choose another business to support.
Update, April 10,2023. Still have not had any communication with the owner. Still has not kept his word, and i ended up out of pocket $400+ for a new tail light and installation. Still highly dissatisfied with the overall lack of giving a sh&@ about his customers. Poor business practice… Noted.
I love that their vacuums have super strong suction, also they have compressed air! The car wash attendants are friendly as well. The only thing I don’t like is the actual car wash. It doesn’t clean the front of your car at all so if you have bugs or any dirt on your front bumper, it’ll still be there even after paying for the $20 wash.
I love El Car Wash! I love that there are so many locations throughout the state though I have only used the ones in my area (Brevard) so far. The clean towels are always readily available for me to dry off and shine Noir (Tesla) when I come out of the tunnel. My 5 year old and I love to go and watch the lights together in the tunnel and sing songs. She also likes to help me vacuum out the car when we finish up. I also really love the locations with vacuums before you wash so when you come out of the tunnel you are all finished and ready to get back on the road. One thing that I’d like to recommend however is a Family Plan as in my household we have 3 cars so amongst the three cars we pay about $75.00. It would be great to have some cost savings for the household, such as $25.00 and $10.00 for each additional car. Beyond that we are very happy! El Car Wash associates are always pleasant and helpful. Thank you El Car Wash for helping a busy mom keep her clean after beach trips, cross country and swim meets, soccer games etc.

Update 1 week later. They had a special tonight when I drove in. It was their best wash package for a month for less than $22. I jumped on it and my Jaguar is looking pretty Nice! I think the regular price was $35 bucks a month unlimited wash. It came out so good that I think it’s worth it! 👍
