I drive past mister cash wash and across town cuz this is the only place I go. Stellar service. Excellent wash. Definitely top notch. Take your car HERE!! Service was prompt, fast, and hella friendly and professional. The prices are far more reasonable, too. I didn’t catch the name of the guy who helped me, but he hopped to it with the quickness like I’ve never seen! I’m definitely coming back for my next change.

9 months agoI thought I was going to love it, but unfortunately my vehicle didnt come out all that clean. There was still lots of dirt on it after being washed and dried. Highly disappointed. The only positive part about it was they give you a coin for the vacuums or a rag to wipe down the interior.3 months agoWe stopped here to vacuum the car. The vacuums are a little more expensive than others we’ve used and one of the vacs didn’t work when we put the $$ in. There was a line for the car wash and it was also more expensive than the one we usually visit so we opted out of that.a year agoI only come here because is the closest to my house when in rush. This car wash is horrible, Other wise I would rather drive the distance and get a good car wash worth the money. Today I requested car wash inside and out and told the attendant to pay special attention to the rug on the driver side.
When they finished washing the car the rug was a dirty as before. When I complained about it, the other attendant said that I had to pay extra for that service. I must say that the vehicle looked good outside, of course, but inside, barely dusted. $36 with tip included was NOT worth it. In addition, they did not even clean the inside. Maybe they use the vacuum cleaner but that was about it.
It’s a shame…a nice place with bad service.
Today I paid $50 for their best inside and outside wash. After the exterior wash, I got out of my car and was asked if there was something I wanted focused on for the interior. I said I have two kids so the back seat is a mess. Also I’d love the floor mats cleaned. She asked if I had paid for that service. I said I thought the $50 I paid would cover the cleaning of floor mats. My car came back to me with just as much dirt inside as it started with. The outside was fine, but not amazing. Go across town to Sunny’s. A fraction of the cost and always amazing service.
The workers should be ashamed of their effort. I paid for a premium wash, interior detail, plus the additional fees for 4 rows of floor mats. Dashboard was still covered in dust, center console still had crumbs, all cup holders + door pockets had sand in them… the list goes on! I wasn’t asking for much, seriously. This place needs someone to look at a car and correct this stuff from front to back before handing over to a customer. This is theft.
So recently went back to Mister car wash. I got to say they have really improved. The front guy Robert was amazing and took the time to get me set up on their unlimited plan. When pulling up to the interior area they asked if I had areas I wanted them to focus on. They have to have new management because they are back to being an excellent company to work with
I’m not one to complain at all but I’ve come here a few times just to give the benefit of the doubt and I’m literally watching the staff stand there and talk while my car is on the moving escalator instead of cleaning it. This will be the last time i come because every time i get in it, it looks like they didn’t vacuum or touch the inside AT all. Dust everywhere and all over dash board, literally insane. I feel robbed. They stood there not even near my car for more than half the time it was moving while one person was wiping the OUTSIDE of it… bruh … i can’t make this up. I hate wasting my money
