Just a tiny complaint, vacuum not very strong, no sign to tell you where is the entry of the car wash, it’s right by the entry to the big road, heavy traffic area, easy to miss.3 months agoAll what we asking for to have equal service with other locations here everything bad even worse except the people’s working there honestly they’re perfect but the company doesn’t provide them and equipment to provide us a good service?? They have free vacuum and towels you can use them to wipe your car inside and outside after wash. I used the machine to get the car mats cleaned. Nice place to go.2 months agoI’ve had issues here for about two years where the wash cycle would not wash the back of my cars. I’d exit, go to the vacuums, and the back would still have dirt all over it. I used to have a hatchback vehicle, so I attributed the lack of post-wash cleanliness to the vehicle’s design 🤷♀️I have since purchased a sedan, though, and the same issue still occurs. There are also two pressure washers inside the tunnel that have not worked properly for at least 6 months. They spray a straight line of water directly at the vehicle when they’re actually supposed to disperse the water in a high-powered mist.
Today, I visited Whitewater Carwash in Plano (Parker & Custer), because it’s cold outside, and I’d rather not wash my car at home (like I usually do) in the cold.. So, I went the route of convenience and hope.
Well, I shouldn’t have.
When I put my car in neutral for the cycle start, I politely asked the attendant if he could scrub the very back, since- and he interrupted before I could tell him why, saying, “Yeah, I can do that.” He scrubbed the back window and the top of my trunk, but not the very back.
My car doesn’t look much differently after the wash than it did before. And this time, it wasn’t even just the back of the car! There is still dirt all over the front and mirrors and sides. 🤦♀️ I have a Camry. It only sees streets and highways. It’s not like it’s an off-road vehicle encrusted with mud and debris, just basic dirt and bugs here and there.
I requested a refund, but they replied, “We don’t do refunds. We can run you through the wash again for free, but we can’t give you a refund.” Well, the wash is the problem – it doesn’t wash. Come on, you guys, it’s $15. I paid for a service I didn’t receive, and I certainly regret it.
I miss when this placed first opened up as Apple Carwash. Everything was thorough, the staff was kind and attentive, and everything worked properly.
This place is worthless now. The people are nice, but not helpful. I kept coming back with hope the wash would finally clean properly again, with hope they’d fixed their components, with hope I would like this place again. But it was all in vain, and I’ll just take care of my vehicle on my own from now on.

2 months agoSo on a recommendation I decided to try this car wash. Honestly there was nothing terrific about it unfortunately! This was a basic overpriced interior wash! They didn’t even wipe down the dust on my dashboard or the cup holders. The side windows were not even cleaned properly. The exterior was acceptable. It’s very disappointing honestly because I heard good things. The lady who checked me out said, “ oh your car will definitely be clean” but they failed to deliver. I just left disappointed and I’ll just do it myself. Save your $35 you can get a better quality experience elsewhere or just stick to an exterior wash. I’ll stick to Carnation in the future, for $5 more they do a great job and even vacuum your trunk out for you.a month agoAs someone whose parents agree on nothing, when they both recommended Tommy Terrific – I knew I had to try it. I love that I can drink my wine while taking care of errands!4 months agoI just purchased this brand new car and am treating it as if it were my child. I was looking into touchless car washes but ran into reviews for this place saying they make sure everything is to manufacturer’s approval machines and that people were willing to convert here rather than go touchless for a better clean. This being my first time going to this car wash, halfway in I hear a clang. Not thinking much about it I made it home only to find out their “manufacturer approved” wash had dented my brand new car. They even had a video of me going in with no damage. With me living extremely close and no possible way to even have an impact within the 10 minutes aren’t willing to take responsibility. “If it happened to yours it would happen to everyone’s vehicle” is a lame excuse especially since it’s an impact hit rather than a scuff. Something shot out and hit my vehicle in that tunnel… Though this place his highly rated if anything happens to your car the management aren’t willing to take responsibility of it. Keep that in mind, for me I’m taking my business elsewhere and bringing this hard lesson to inspect every inch of my car before leaving any car wash.2 weeks agoI’ve been to many carwashes and this one is my absolute favorite. They do a great job every time and even offer you beer while you wait. It’s a very nice lobby, not some place where you have to wait outside like most other places. Also, the lady who works the desk is so nice and accommodating. I paid $100 to get my car cleaned, but I didn’t get what I wanted. The exterior was clean as well as the dashboard but the car seats, underneath the carpets and sides of the doors were still dirty. I noticed this when I got home. Had to do some additional cleaning myself even after paying $100 for this. Really disappointed.
I was signed up for a monthly wash plan so I went back there for a second wash, this time, even after I left, the liquid soap was still dripping from my car, leaving stains on my car. The negative reviews are all true. You guys should try and do better than this.

This place used to be the best when it was a Carmel Carwash! I paid $24 for an unacceptable exterior wash. Goo was on my tires, water streaks down my windows, dirt and debris left on my car. Not worth it. Won’t be going back.
Normally this place does an OK job. But this time I decided to get a mini detail for $55 I sat inside waiting 35 minutes only to come outside to see that my car had not been vacuumed wipe down or anything. They stopped working on my car and washed and dried another person‘s car while I was waiting for my car to be done. It made no sense why they didn’t finish my car and then go onto the car that arrived after I did. I like the old owners better than Carnation. It looks like they’re done detailing the outside of my car but I’m gonna send a photo right now of what it looks like from my point of view. I’m really not satisfied. For $55 I feel like they should’ve done a better job. I literally got out and started scrubbing it myself because I’ve been here almost an hour now. And still waiting. I’m extremely dissatisfied at this point.

DAMAGED CAR – $1876 to repair & they won’t respond. DO NOT USE! I went through their automatic car wash on 8/31/2023 and when I came out my stock spoiler on my Infiniti G37 had been broken off. The attendant had to go into the wash to pick it up. He cleaned it off and handed it back to me with no apology. I filled out their form and never heard back. I emailed them, submitted an online form and never heard back. It’s been a month. My car dealer Richardson Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram referred me to them. Never again!! Please don’t let this happen to you. This happened at the 1400 E Campbell Rd, Richardson location. When I tell others, apparently it used to be great place but new owners have let it go.
