6 months agoI went and bought the $18 package. Went through the kiosk fine. Had to slightly guide myself into the car wash. Not sure where the staff was or if they were short. No one sprayed prior to the wash. Went through. Vacuumed at the end and noticed tons of dirt everywhere. I have multiple small kids with me and staff was scarce. There was so much missed and for getting an upgraded package, I expected a basic clean even. Got home. My husband was just as unhappy and told me to go to the duck wash next time.8 months agoLove being able to dash in and out of here for a quality car wash. There’s not usually a line but if there is it goes quick. The staff usually helps with the payment process and then dose a pre spray prior to entering. After putting the car in neutral, it started moving the car into the wash, and then all off a sudden, with soap covering the car, something went wrong and the equipment made a horrible noise and blew out my front tire! Long frustrating story short! The manager called to tell me that they will reimburse me for the tire but would not cover the cost of an alignment and offered nothing else for my time and frustration. a month agoNormally, I probably would’ve given him a four or five star rating but my last experience with them wasn’t the greatest. My keys were around my neck on my lanyard and they got sucked up in the vacuum. I found an employee immediately told him what happened he said he would get them for me and be right back. I waited in the heat for well over a half hour with a three year old no one came Had to go inside find someone else. I explained that and I had a little bit of an issue, so I understood that part no judgment there, but I didn’t feel that they really cared about resolving the issue. She looked in the one vacuum by me but never got the keys to me she said she would have to shut the whole thing down and couldn’t to find them and took my name and phone number and said she would call me when they close at night or the next morning it’s been like a week I still have not heard anything I even tried calling and nobody got back to me so I was out a house key and the keys to my safe, which hold my medication not something I could be without so I am frustrated and upset about that. I understand that part of it is on me yes but part of it is also on them they work there. They told me that they would get them in that they would contact me and they did not do so, so I just wish that they cared about a customers experience a little bit more than one on Sunset great never had any issues. If I did have a problem, they always resulted quickly and efficiently. This is my first time going to the one in Washington. I was not happy.3 months agoFantastic cleaning! IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR CAR DO NOT WASH IT HERE. See pictures, but this place put some nice surface scratches on my car. Owner/manager (not worthy of that title), refused to fix the damage. Had to call back twice after being told I would receive a call to discuss. Clearly damage from the car wash. Sad part is, this car isn’t even a year old. They offered to have a high school kid use some kind of wax to try to take it off….yeah right! Imagine what more damage they would do! Not sure what more proof is needed than seeing these brush marks
I love this car wash! I’ve been coming here for the last 4 years and have always enjoyed the experience. I get a kick out of the T-Rex they have out front whether just plain Jane or dressed up for a holiday. More especially I enjoy that they prescrub your car to get the bugs off, have free vacuums to use for after and have towels available to dry down your car when finished. Also, the scented Dino and wipes are appreciated for the interior as well.
Had the greatness experience. So many workers scrubbing your car , fun lights , got a dash wipe and a air freshener. Soaps smelt amazing. Overall such a good experience and felt taken care of. This beats any car wash I’ve been too. They even had “happy Halloween” projected on car. 10/10
Every time we visit St. George we visit Dino Dash and our kids love the dinosaur theme. We also love the towels out by the vacuums so we clean up the inside of the windows and interior. I noticed that this location no longer had any cleaning solution bottles out by the towels like they did in the past – that was disappointing. Are those gone for good?
It’s my favorite spot for getting my vehicle looking right. No swirl marks clean very well, and blow drys pretty darn good. I will buy a wash package for sure💪🏾💪🏾🤙🏾
