a week agoI was there yesterday with a couple friends for the haunted car wash and i had a really good time at the car wash but the pennywise really stood out to me but everyone else was really good. Such a great experience to get you in the halloween spirit.a year agoThe very first time I went here I’m assuming the manager or owner came over and said the first month was $7.99 and every month after it would be $29.99 which would’ve been the least expensive in town for the best wash offered. I enter the wash and midway through everything shut down and I was stuck in the wash for about four minutes. The black plastic spinning wheel kept turning on but my vehicle was not moving so I ended up making marks on my mirror. I also have a lot of soap left on my vehicle because they ended up just pushing the rollers out to get me out of there. So I had to go back around and get it re-washed. Not gonna lie I was a little hesitant to go back in after getting stuck in there. So after the experience I decided to give them a second try, I have a tiny bit of snow on the back of a truck bed the first car wash is just spray off. Not this older gentleman with a very bad attitude. He left snow on the truck cover and all it did is fill up with soap wax and whatever else they wash the vehicles with. I went back around after pushing off some of it and he was refusing to let me go back through, even though their sign says if you’re not happy they will rewash your vehicle. Keep in mind I have all kinds of soap wax and whatever dripping off the sides of my truck he told me to come back tomorrow. After refusing to leave with all this mess on my truck he was very reluctantly let me go back through. At this point I was 🤯Furious!!!! However I did give them a third chance and everything went fine that time. I can’t say that I would recommend this place but they do have a lot of potential if they ever clean up the parking lot where you vacuum and get someone that actually cares about drying your vehicle. There’s always tons of water left on it right off. The only things I can say good about this so far is the mirror finish shine when your vehicle is washed correctly which is a hit or miss from my experience.2 weeks agoThis Haunted car Wash was the best I’ve ever been too, whoever was impersonating penny wise was top notch!a month agoMachines are frequently down at the entrance. It’s a nuisance that their equipment supplier should fix. Decent soft cloth wash, but there is no real way to know what wash level you get regardless of what you paid for.in the last weekBest haunted house car wash I’ve ever been to. 3 weeks agoThe only wash I go to is a great location close to my work. But honestly, I love this place more than Jax. They do such a good job actually washing your car before it goes thru, then actually drying your car off. These guys work hard and are always very busy, and if for some reason you’re not happy w ur wash or something didn’t come off well, they will redo it for you, zero issues. It’s nice to see them doing well, and now they have free vacuums to use. Their prices are cheap, especially with inflation lately. Honestly, I will continue to support these people. Great business.3 months agoOne of the best car washes to get rid of bug marks. Just tell one of the workers to add extra.Once they even let me go twice cause in the first round all the marks didn’t come off. Just be honest and they will help.
4 months agoThe wash is ok and the drying off is a nice touch. Couldn’t get the monthly sticker because no employee knew how so had to keep receipt to show proof the next time I come like they said to and then give me a hard time getting it. Then I realize that I’ll just wash my own vehicle so I want to cancel monthly plan. So I got in and the employee drags his feet and asks for my credit card. I’m the moment I don’t get it back and have to drive back to the wash. Shady workers so I have the card locked because now they had it in their possession. Monitored it after fortunately nothing. Guess what I just got? A new month subscription that I had asked to cancel. Also, tips at the end of the line are shared with everyone and not the dry line guy who is actually pretty chill. The knuckleheads in the poorly lit shop are incompetent.2 months agoBE AWARE!!! 📌 Bad service, this car wash has theives for workers. The owner Anthony also owns the next door repair facility, REVIVE AUTO CARE and he’s a theive too. The owner wanted to trick me for my Audi’s 12pc suspension kit pretending he’s gunna install them 👎🙅and the workers stole my wheel and tire from the back and my phone charger and WiFi system was missing. They take your seats and sell them to junk yards in Detroit. I got my money for everything they stole and I’ll never go back there again. No wonder the carwash is updated with newer machinery and vacuums. The detailing was awful and it’s not clean. The following week every stain came back. Mr. C’s suppose to be the best in the area. However, there hasn’t been one time where I didn’t have to ask somebody to clean something on the outside or wash something again on the inside. They never have dried off the top of my runningboards. $33 for Bill’s Best, Bill you can do better than this!!
I had a horrible experience. Especially with Dave I’m guessing he’s the manager? He was extremely unprofessional and very rude. It was my first time there and overall first car wash experience and I could tell immediately he would be a headache. I only saw him out there a few times and even that was enough. I will definitely not be going back there. Which is horrible because I had a good experience with the employees. I’ve been to a different location and had a much better experience but this ruined it for me overall. Wish I could speak to HR about this I don’t want to go into details but this is NOT the first time I’ve heard negative information about Dave. Very unprofessional and I strongly hope this is dealt with because I’ve never felt so strongly about an employer. Will NOT be coming back. Do better.
Mr C’s Carwash is just one issue after another. The employee turn over rate is the highest I’ve seen. There’s always a new crew almost daily. The guys up front who are suppose to prep the car before entering the wash are terrible. They scrub your dirty dry car with a brush, barely spray your dirt off and then send you in the wash. Then if you pay for the “Full” detail , that’s a joke as well. You got 6 people cleaning your car and they still manage to make it look the same as it was when before you even entered. That place needs new management ASAP!
Today had to be the worst service I’ve ever had. I paid $37 for Bill’s best plus washing my plastic floor mats. I was told my car was done but they didn’t put back one of the floor mats. I know this because I watched the girl who cleaned them toss it on the ground when she was done with it then watched as 5 more people walked around it and moved on to another car. I also didn’t get my air freshener that was paid for after I was asked what scent I would like. I’m very disappointed 😞
The service I received here caused me to leave feeling quite disappointed. I purchased the $20 exterior wash at this location which includes tire shine, and my wheels hand wiped. One side of my vehicle presented a joke of these services, (photo), while the other side was so coated that the side of my vehicle was dirty with sling by the time I got home. For a higher end car wash service, this was disappointing.
