a month agoI received my car with nothing done, absolutely just an exterior car wash and floor vacuuming (not between the seats). I feel they use the cheap cleaning product because they couldn’t remove any of the stains on the seats.When I asked the gentleman to go over stains and remove the side crumbles. He got mad and told me ”ok calm down ok? I will do it” Every time I asked him to go over anything, he would cut me before talking.
Anyway, I spoke to management to address my complaints. They took my car again to clean it and I found out they accidentally or deliberately broke my cup holders covers. See pictures attached…
2 months agoyou won’t get what you paid for, avoid!!!!I paid for $22 platinum exterior, which includes tire shine and wheel polish etc when comparing to base service, unfortunately, the car wash I got was the worst, the window and tires still dirty and water is everywhere. I had talked to the manager and he claimed that he can’t help.
9 months agoThis is my go to place when I’m in a rush. I go during non-peak hours. In my opinion, they do a basic car wash. If you are looking for a auto detailing car wash, you will probably be disappointed. I’m a Realtor and I’m always on the go from meeting to meeting. So this Sugar Land location is perfect for me where most of my showings are. They get the job done and the staff are very friendly and hard working. If you are looking for a more thorough service, check on your FB neighborhood page if there is a neighbor or local person that specializes in this. However, know these personalized auto detailing services are way more expensive than Mister Car Wash!2 weeks agoI’ve been at this place twice the first time I had the same problem well I decided to give them a second chance but this is what their “platinum” package can’t clean. I even asked one of their employees and clearly told me that’s the best it does for exterior. Like Can y’all wash a car completely with your highest package?4 months agoI spent $40 on their Premier wash and interior service. They left tar spots and bugs all over and said that I shouldn’t expect clean for $40. The windows were dirty, the interior was dusty and the exterior wasn’t clean. I went home and spent 15 minutes with a rag and some bug and tar remover and it came clean easily. This place is terrible. They did give me a refund.

5 months agoI couldn’t be more happy, having switched from Mister Car Wash to this one. The car come out my ch more cleaner and shiny. The added bonus is the towel to clean the windows and a complimentary wipe for the dash. The vacuums really suck (pun intended). The also have the compressed air cleaner for the nooks and corners of the interior. I think I will stay with QQ for good.The only gripe is that they have no coverage inside or around the 610 loop. Hoping this will change in future.
a month agoWell I went to Quick Quack this morning @7:39 AM (Saturday, Sept 30) and low and behold they were not open. This is really getting ridiculous, second time since Aug 30th and I only go once or twice a month. Three cars came in behind me and we all had to back out of the entrance. There was two fellas waiting outside at their car and had been there a while. They commented that this locations service has been declining. I’m not sure what the issue is with this location but this an example of poor management. I understand that circumstances happen and issues occur from time to time. The last time I posted their customer service person said the “Store Team Leader” would reach out to me. Well he must be a cricket since I heard nothing. I think their managing Quacker should tell their little ducklings that they can’t sit in the nest and lay eggs all day.I’m done with these Quacks since they are definitely not “Quick” and cancelling my membership.

Went to Quick Quack on Saturday Aug 12th, arrived at 7:15 AM and it was closed. Posted opening time is 7:00 am. Facility was locked up and no one on site, seems someone over slept. Not good Duckies.
2 months agoLove this car wash! Super quick but does a great job. I love the towels they give you to use! They are slightly damp and are perfect for cleaning the inside of your windows!! Now I ended up paying $5000 for painting. Before you use check it out.a month agoI like quick quack I am a member of quick quack but they have a lot of issues!! when the vacuums are working you don’t get armor all on the tires when the armor all machines are wrkn the vacuums aren’t! my mirrors sometimes flip backwards sometimes don’t when i go through the wash it’s always something!! but thankfully the staff is awesome and very helpful so I’m hanging in there for the day that everything works right

Good new location and very friendly staff. MO and Luis Reyes did a great job in taking care of me throughout my time. I would highly recommend to visit this place and take advantage for their free car wash deal.
This place is amazing with an awesome staff. The monthly membership is worth every dollar. After your wash you will have the opportunity to blow and dry off any access water from your vehicle. The interior vacuum is super strong as well. Quick Quack is ALL THAT!!
I had a membership car wash and canceled due to so many scratches on pain starting small and big. Pretty much I have to spend another good amount of money buffing. Still, this scratch is not going away. So please be careful when you use machine wash.
Had a great experience at lucky duck car wash tonight. Both attendants were so nice and patient with me explaining each level of car washes. I will be back :)!
My kids love the ducks projected onto the windshield, especially during Halloween. Attendants are friendly and helpful. Area are always kept clean. Clean, fresh towels are available to dry off the car. Vacuum and blowers are clean and strong.
