5 months agoPaid for the ultimate deluxe supreme whatever it’s called, and the results were as good as you could expect from an automatic car wash. $25 is pretty steep for a single wash, but a membership would probably be worth it if you take your car through enough. The line moved quickly and the staff were helpful.in the last weekTheir employee with a brush scratched my vehicle. The manager’s main job is to make up excuses why they will not repair the scratch. He double-talks and tries to impose his will on you without taking care of anything.This review was written after speaking to the manager who’s sole talent seems to be gaslighting unhappy customers.

3 months agoBe aware of the damage that the brushes that roll over your car will cause. I have been using this car wash for a long time and have loved it until i noticed the swirl marks in my paint a few days ago as the sun was shining direct on the side of my car. The car wash brushes has caused this damage to my exterier paint. It is on both sides and the hood of my car and is probably on other parts as well. It is hard to see until the sun is directly hitting the side of the car. I checked with a local detailer and for about $450 he can buff them out, however he told me that I should stop using the car wash and if I continue to use the car wash they will come back and after multiple buffins the clear coat on my car would be damaged and at some point he would be unable to get the shine back in my car.Just be aware of the damage this could cause to your car over time. We have been using this care wash in Belton since in opened so it did not take long for the damage to start showing.
Just want to add we have the ultimate membership billed monthly for our 2 vehicals currently but after seeing all the swirls in my paint not sure now much longer we will continue using them.

4 months agoLooks like father and daughter team and they are awesome. She helped with the screen check in and and didn’t push me to get more expensive wash. I got the basic wash ($7) and my jeep came out super clean. Before entering wash the gentleman brushed the front grill, windshield, back bumper, rear window and all four wheels. The vacuums have awesome suction and jeep was dry enough from the jet blowers I didn’t need to dry the jeep. Prices are right in line where they should be. Recently remodeled and it is great! The actually pretreat and scrub your car before going through the wash so it comes out very clean. They also have tons of brand new vacuums and provide microfiber towels and cleaner to wipe down the inside and dry the outside. They even have air pressure guns to clean those had to reach crevices. Highly recommend!

It’s okay. I have used them about 5 times now and can say that the $16 wash is the same as the $7 wash. In both cases the car was drive thru car wash clean. You know rims still dirty and some bugs still on the front and some dirt streaks on the back. Not bad but not any better that the gas station. So if you are looking for a quick wash this place will work. But you get the same quality at $7 as you do at $16.
Been coming here since it was called The Barn! Gets my vehicle clean every time. Low monthly cost which allows you to go everyday if you choose. Fast lane is now set for those with memberships. Service is always great and staff are always welcoming and friendly!
How do you get a person to answer the phone? I’m trying to cancel my service for 3 unlimited plans. Car Wash put a crack in my windshield. Went to the manager as I seen to do by previous post and was denied. Tried calling several times and have sent emails. Maybe this will help. Haven’t had any problems with misters car wash in temple until now. I’ve been here since before it was misters…. I did what you said below it took over an hour on hold from being told a 10min wait. I have emailed, and still no reply. I finally got a call from the regional manager after the last call made, waited for 1hr 5min to get someone on the phone to cancel. He had me come so he could look at the windshield. I was given my answer and gave mine. I’ll get it fixed like I figured I would have to do anyway.
I normally don’t go to car washes because of reasons like this. I recently purchased a car that I wanted to take through the car wash, as I went through the car wash and came back out to vacuum, I realized that a piece of trim that goes underneath my car. Underneath the rocker panel had been completely tore off. I then went back to the tunnel to retrieve it which now I am having some difficulty putting back on because the brackets are missing. I called and I emailed days ago just to see if they could at least go look to see if they can find some of the brackets still in the tunnel. I have yet to receive a response. Please save your time and your money in your car. I don’t go there.
Great for drive-through. Doesn’t damage the paint as much as some others. Hand car wash is what I usually get, but when out of town I locate a Mr Car Wash.
