The first time i had a bunch of water spots on my car that I had to remove once the car was dry and the second time something happened with the wash and my car didn’t get clean at all. They did give me a coupon to come back though.Update: Went back to use my coupon. The coupon was good for one Ultimate wash but that is not what I got. The attendant didn’t pre scrub my car and seemed like I only got the basic wash. When I got home I had water spots still and dirt that was completely missed.
a year agoI paid $20 for the top tier car wash and it looks like I just drove right through with anything even attempting to wash it. Twice now this has happened here. I will not be returning.2 years agoI’ve been reading these review and a lot of human error and no common sense. Even when you go through the car wash, you still have to wipe down the car. It took me 1 pass with my microfiber towel to catch any dripping water since I have a roof rack. Elizabeth was very helpful and got me in and out with no issues. My car is low and nothing got damaged.a year agoI am customer like 3 years ago, but in the car wash you have a old guy that is rude. I got a few cars in my account and when I need make changes in my account all the other guys always helped me. But this sr was so rude and he didn’t helped to me. Also the machine for wash the mats is broken and I have the mats for my car very dirty. I am maybe thinking in cancel my account as faster I will found another car washa year agoTook my car through to get it clean, first run through and there was huge spots that were untouched and still dirty. The staff upgraded my wash and a second time through, my car is still dirty. Not the best experience for a car wash. The staff however was professional and friendly.

a month agoI went to the carwash 9/8/23 with a brand new cargo rack, I had forgotten I put on there, I had bought the premium wash. I called the customer service line and explained my situation, which I was then told by their rep to use the Essential wash and was sent codes instead of just a refund. So i proceeded into the car wash, which ripped my cargo carrier in half, destroying it. They are now investigating any damages to hold me liable for this, even though the sign clearly says use essential wash and anything ABOVE that I could be liable. and will not even consider doing the right thing and replacing my rack, even though I was reassured by employees it would be fine. There is a sign saying do not use racks over 10″ tall, however that is not easily visible, there are many other signs stating essential wash is fine for racks, and I was told by an employee to use the wash instead of a refund.a week agoI feel like Autowash has gone dramatically downhill this year. I used to come regularly and had a great experience in the past. However, the price increases but decreased quality of the wash is sad. I paid $22 for the undercarriage sprayer to not work? The sprayers trickle water instead of rinsing the car? There’s no reason I should be rinsing my car at home after a wash to get the rest of the soap off of my car. The bays seem like they aren’t cared for like they used to be. I really wonder what happened. Just keep that in mind paying for memberships or any of their overpriced washes.3 months agoI love the proximity to my house and how empty it is M-Th. Unfortunately the card reader always says expired on my debit card bit is fine on a CC…. that just isn’t logical to use unless I am really short on time. The water pressure goes in and out and sometimes the gun & foam brush distribute the wrong solution. Strong vacuums.Otherwise, safe, clean and serves its purpose. Can’t speak for drive thru besides same card issue and I ended up backing out!
2 months agoI feel like the quality of the car wash has gone down. My windows don’t get very clean and the drying stage is poor at best. And I only do the Superior wash! It’s close to the house and that’s pretty much why I keep using it.a week agoWash a car there almost 3-4 days a week since I have 8 cars. Very nice car wash and if you have a problem fir any reason they always respond. Nice job guys!

Johnny was amazing!! I do the top of the line monthly car washes so my car is always clean as I am an uber driver. Johnny walked up asked what I thought of the car wash, I explained I like everything except the wash doesn’t clean my rims very well ….he jumped to it go on his hands and knees and personally cleaned my rims!! Great employee and great customer service!!
This used to be the car wash that we would go to however, over the years, the quality has not been the same. We went today and we paid for the $22 car wash and as we go through, we noticed there were no soap/car wash detergent dispensed. We parked and walked inside the office, the manager isn’t there but there are 2 teenagers working. We let them know there were no detergents dispensed and they just told us “that’s the maintenance issue” so if this is a known issue, why are you not addressing the issue and letting cars go through? We paid $22 for car rinse??? I don’t normally gave bad review but whoever manage this location needs to know that you can’t let just 2 teenagers working with no manager.
When asked if we can get a refund, one of them said, the manager needs to do it but it will be refunded. We even asked for a receipt to show that the refund will go back to us, the response given is their printer is broken too. So they need maintenance and IT to come and help them. Luckily, Thornton now have more than just one car wash.
I have been going here for a few years it’s a good wash and reasonablely priced! The employees are always 😎 too! They have good vacuums and towels with glass and interior cleaner! Automatic mat washer too! The membership is very reasonable too! The Manager waited on me today and he was pretty on top of things!
Other locations seem to be more engaged and intentional. Went through 2 times and my windshield still wasn’t clean… on the 2nd time through there was less effort with the pre-brush. Maybe you’ll have a better experience, but I’ll stick to the other locations. Will not be back.
I honestly was not impressed. I bought the $16 car wash that had a presoak(which was just for 30 seconds before entering the car wash) there were still bugs and smudges all over my car. That car was was also supposed to include a tire shine when I touched my rim my finger still came off black. Was not impressed with the vacuums power and how they only had one with the wider head, so it couldn’t get into any smaller places. I left and went to another car wash and cleaned it myself. Was definitely a waste of $16. When I looked at other cars that had gone through I saw smudges and bugs still on their car too. Shouldn’t have to spend another 15mins cleaning the outside of my car!
