2 months agoAfter purchasing the basic wash with undercarriage, I inspected my vehicle afterwards and there were still bug smears on the front of the vehicle and along the sides. Not a complete clean. Really unsatisfied for $15. Added some photos with my watch and the receipt to show.in the last weekI came here thinking the vacuums were free but they weren’t ($2). There no air machine with the vacuum and towels like the other car washes. For the price of $22 would like to have the other stuff as well. It didn’t clean my car all the way.2 months agoUltimate Car Wash $22.. They have a bunch of kids working & not good service..They are suppose to guide you when to put your car in neutral..Quality of wash was below standards. Residue was left on mirrors & no clear coat is included in package..
Now I understand why they push the unlimited (30) day packages..
2 months agoGreat service and hard workers. I wish I had remembered the woman taking care of me because she was phenomenal. Scrubbed super hard and was super accommodating when the sap from my car didn’t come off the first time.4 months agoWent through the car wash, a day later I noticed air leaking out of my right front tire. Took it to have it looked at and there was tiny pin hole/rip in the inside side wall… this part of the tire never touches the road but did interface with the track system at the car wash. After wasting my time filing a claim with the wash at Oakley where it happened, I got a letter stating that they were not responsible.. Mind you there was no inquiry or investigation into my claim just a denial. So I had to replace a tire with 20k miles on it which cost me $300 and over 4 hours of my time. Save your money and wash your car yourself or hire a company with integrity.

11 months agoFriendly staff and great service. They are a full service car wash. They vacuum your car, wash your floor mats, wipe down the interior and exterior windows and wipe down and dry off your car afterwards. Always willing to correct any issues, I have a monthly subscription and come often sometimes 3-4 times a week and they are open year long too.2 weeks agoLove this place. I go twice a month and every time they do a great job. And they always treat my car as if it’s their own. I have nothing but nice things to say. The gentleman who takes the payment is such a sweetheart.Everyone is very polite and my car always looks great when they’re finished. Thank you so much.in the last weekThis is a great place for a car wash. They found my missing visa from a month ago and gave it back to me! Also did a great job on cleaning the car. Thanks to everybody at AAA auto wash.a month agoMaybe I caught them on a bad day, but watched as the car in front of mine was not put into neutral correctly (I had to make them aware as no one seemed to be paying attention) which caused a delay and then the car behind mine somehow got the keys locked in it and the had to call someone to unlock it. Several cars were stuck for some time while waiting for them to be able to move that car out of the car wash. That said…my car looks great now but don’t think I’ll come back…a month agoVery slow service. $26 for an exterior + interior car wash without extras, which seems expensive. Front of car not well cleaned and needed to return for additional cleaning. Second trip provided an excellent result

Very busy place some days! But still totally worth it! They got us through as fast as they could in the line, and the car wash was fast but very efficient. My car looks totally different after having all the crud and salt on it, but Mike’s completely fixed it! Thanks for all your hard work guys!
Nice clean cars. There needs to be an automatic barcode scanner so pass holders are not delayed by people asking 50 questions about washes like all the other locations. There needs to be an automatic reader. Traffic is backed up 2 blocks in each direction this is a pedestrian safety issue causing unnecessary traffic jams impairing other businesses to operate
There were many spots that dried on my car and I was unable to remove the spots. Likely the clear coat that splashed on the car when I drove off with the car still wet. The customer service was great, they rewashed my car twice, helped me hand remove these spots.
As usual this time of year my car is covered with tree sap! I make my weekly trip to Mike’s. Always friendly, efficient and affordable. Even when the lines are long the wait is minimal!
