2 months agoAutobell is by far the best car wash in the area. The employees are always extremely polite and helpful. Even when the car wash is busy, I have never had a long wait and they do an astounding job. The store is also well kept and clean. I made sure to explain to the guy that every time I come here, I still have trash on my floors and under my mats. I feel like I got cheated today. If what I got was the “manager’s special” then I don’t want to be that special. Not sure if it’s because you have kids running everything, but the quality of this wash has gone downhill. Why am I paying around $50 to still have to clean the inside of my car when it was supposed to come with the service? I really want a refund and I would’ve given it 0 stars but my tires are shiny. I’m definitely spreading the word about this place… complete ripoff! My mats are wet but nothing else inside was even wiped down. Where’s management when you need them?3 months agoPleasantly surprised. Employees appeared to be mostly older teens young adults. Initially I thought this would be a bad experience, but I was greeted with a smile, got my questions answered and my options explained. I got what I wanted done with no trouble. My trunk my car still has several pieces of small garbage and they didn’t remove anything from the sides of the doors

2 months agoWish I could leave zero stars. $14 for self wand wash sub 10 minutes. Barely any water pressure, wand couldn’t even rinse off fresh bird droppings. Soap functions might as well have been using dirt as it was just water and was not dispensing any chemical. Don’t even waste time with the spot free rinse, I used it and the entire car had to be re-done at a more professional business due to the excessive hard water spotting. I should send the bill to freedom wash.2 months agoJust got new license plates and to switch plates for the camera reader was easy. Called on the phone and also talked to the female attendant that was on duty today. Great place for monthly wash subscription!a year agoThis car wash cost me $800. It broke the fin off my car that covers the antenna electronics. Not only that but my car was still dirty…like finger gently across the car and was almost black. All of their employees are extremely professional and friendly. I had an 8:00am appointment for a State inspection but showed up late due to unforeseen circumstances. They were still willing to squeeze me into their busy schedule and get right to work! It’s very much appreciated and I will be recommending Carl’s Wash and Service Center to my friends and family.
At the Service center, for $2, someone will inflate your soft tire and check the others. Being disabled, I’m glad my friend told me about it. Unfortunately, my tire had a chunk of metal. The service person was very kind and tried to get me an appointment to get it patched at the next door tire service store. They determined it couldn’t be patched and needed to be replaced. Thank goodness I had gotten a tire warranty package.
My favorite car wash in the area by far. Automatic wash that pulls you through. And the vacuum station is so easy to use!! Would recommend to everyone!!!
Carl’s Wash and Service Center has friendly, helpful, and quick staff. They able to provide the necessary solutions to get my car repaired the same day.
One of the best, it not the best, customer service that I have had an auto place. Very responsive to phone calls, and super easy to make appointments.
They were able to see me next day for a state inspection after my vehicle was shipped overseas. I told them to just call if anything else needed to be fixed. They did call, gave me a quote with full transparency on cost and time frame, and were even able to finish it the same day.
When we had an incident trying to put on new license plates, they were quick to help and get our vehicle completely road worthy. Shout out to Brian and Mike for a great ran place!
