4 months agoSigned up for unlimited figuring it was worth trying for one month but instead, it confirmed the reason I usually go to a self-wash. This car wash barely cleans anything other than a surface layer of dirt. This review applies to all locations. They all do a really sub par cleaning job. What an absolute rip off.3 months agoPlease dont use this carwash!!! One of their brushes broke my passenger side mirror of my 2022 honda crv! They dont have a customer service phone number, the only way you can make a report is through email which takes forever to get a reply from them! They told me i had to wait 7-10 business days for them to do an investigation! I waited more than 10 business days and they never contacted me, I had to email them again and their respond was,” We have signs posted at the entrance of the wash letting our Customers know we are not liable for any damage to mirrors“ Im still trying to get a refund for this month i wont be using them anymore!9 months agoFirst, the employee tried to convince me to buy their membership, but I refused. Then they said single car wash is $30. So the following pictures are what I get from a $30 car wash for 60 seconds!!!a year agoThis could be one of the biggest car wash ripoffs I’ve ever seen – for $30 you get a 30 second non-brushless wash that doesn’t even clean your car…see photos – sides, wheels, rear are all still dirty. Any of the other mom & pop car washes on Georgia do 10x better of a job than this “car wash” and actually clean your interior, exterior, wheels and wash your floor mats for the same price. I’m going to contact my credit card company to get my money back…what a joke.3 months agoSo apparently they only offer unlimited car wash services for $30/month or a single wash for $30. No matter what is $30. On top of that, the cars coming out were all wet and not fully clean. The staff was rude. No thank you. I rather pay more for a hand wash than paying $30 for a mediocre machine wash with mediocre staff attitude.

3 weeks agoNo better than a gas station drive-through car wash. I’ve been numerous times and gotten a full package (interior and exterior, $30-50). Each time, the interior cleaning was careless if anything was done at all. Went multiple times like a fool; each time same result. Emailed the business and they just sent a voucher for a free wash. This has to be by worse the worse car wash experience ever. $35 down the drain! I should of listened to the reviews. I got the ultimate wash but let me tell you there was nothing unlimited about it. I didn’t even get the tire shine on my tires and when I brought it up the guy he looked at me like I was crazy. My car looks the same! All they did was a 5 second wipe. My seats still have crumbs as if they didn’t even vacuum. The outside? Still dirty. Save yourself some money & don’t come here. I had to grab some wipes and clean it myself. Terrible.a week agoThis is the only car wash we’ve really used since living in DC. Quality is touch and go. We are going to have to look elsewhere because I just used our last ultimate car wash coupon but the service is now over $40! Gave a coupon and still had to pay over $10 without any warning or notice.

My next door neighbor recommended Sam’s Car Wash just across the D.C.-Maryland border and I’m so glad he did. It’s very efficient. I pulled up on a Thursday morning with no line. Paid for the $15 super wash and drove my car into the car wash. The entire experience took around five minutes. The best part is that there are vacuums customers can use for FREE!
Ngl this is one of the best car washes around. It’s at least clean and maintained which means their brushes likely have less dirt than other car washes in the area. Staff are very friendly and they lightly wipe off the excess water from your car after the blower.
Car was washed clean, I’d say its about what you’d expect from an automatic car wash but a little better.
Also the vacuuming is free which is incredible. I really hope people take good care of i.
They also have a subscription which is actually a really good deal. Gonna be getting it for myself soon.
My go to car wash over the years. Outstanding service. They always keep my car shiny and sparkling. NOTE: If you see a long line of vehicles there, DO NOT WORRY! Sam’s move everyone fast and efficiently.
SAM’S Car Wash have been there for years still giving great service. Fo some it’s the place to be in the summer . People connecting over thier cars or just a simple hello . I have been bringing my vehicles here for years. Now I go st least 3 times a week . They have a great deal. Unlimited washes for a great price of course. It’s just really nice to see a business still going that hold so many memories. May you all stay in business for many more.
This new state of the art carwash is the worst!!! $$$$ for nothing… maybe all the upgrades that we’re playing for. Don’t fall for all the glimmering lights. They have an advertising sign that says get a free car wash, don’t fall for that!!! It’s a link to another car wash. It is pure robbery….the machine online system went down/off line but, I think they went to lunch. Don’t fall for it y’all .. run the other way back to the gas station drive thru. It is cheaper and faster. Oh! Make sure your not on your lunch break..all of 2 hours there🤬🤬🤬🤬
