2 months agoAVOID THIS PLACE. I should’ve listened to the negative reviews/ the ones warning about this place due to harm that may occur to your car. I, like other people who wrote reviews, was attracted to the prices and needed to find a local drive through car wash – big mistake coming here! The person who was guiding the cars onto the wheel conveyer belt (right before you put your car in neutral and go through) was not attentive, visibly just trying to rush cars through and could care less about doing it right or. communicating it. I could tell my car wasn’t on the belt right so I said something, to which he proceeded to ignore my concerns and wave his hand in a gesture that told me it was fine and to keep going. That ended up breaking the rim; I heard a loud crack and tried to stop but he told me it was fine and to go through as people were behind me and everything was fine. After going through I got out and noticed right away the RIM WAS BROKEN! so careless on their end and evident they don’t care about damaging peoples cars. There are even multiple signs around the car wash that state damages may happen to which they are not responsible for – that should’ve been a forewarning in itself – super annoyed I came here!!!!!3 weeks agoWARNING: Do NOT take your car here unless you want your car to get damaged!!!I’ve been coming to this car wash for awhile, but came back in Aug for a routine wash and their machines completely knocked off the cover of my rear view mirror. I didn’t notice it until I drove away and when I came right back to let the employees know, they were kind and took my number and told me they would call me if they found the piece. They confirmed that they saw on the video footage that the piece had indeed gone missing during my time in their machines. I asked if I should report it to insurance but they reassured me several times that even if they didn’t find the piece, they would have their mechanic fix it at no cost to me. I never got a phone call from them so I came back the next day to check on the status. They told me they hadn’t found it and sent me an address to their “mechanic” and told me to tell him they sent me. The mechanic was a bit sketchy and not in the best area of Echo Park, but whatever I wanted my car fixed. The first thing the mechanic said when I told him the car wash sent me was “Again?!? If this keeps happening they’re gonna go out of business” He told me this has been happening A LOT. He surveyed the damage and took my number and told me he’d call me once the piece came in. A week and a half later he never called so I texted him. He had the audacity to ask me if I could buy the piece myself bc he didn’t know how to get it. I humored him and did some research and sent him some links a few days later. No response. I followed up a few more times. No response.
Overall, this car wash is shady. They deal with shady “mechanics” who will NOT fix your car after they damaged it. After almost 2 months of chasing this guy around I finally went somewhere else and paid out of pocket.
In conclusion a $20 car wash is NOT worth the hundreds of dollars of damage they will do to your car. DO NOT GO HERE.
2 months agoFair prices, good bargain on package deals. Was very busy weekend but moves fairly fast, limited to 5 minutes vacuum use & not bad unless you have small kids.. you know. Recycled soft water leaves spotless clean surfaces, friendly staff the to assist from beginning and end of wash. Very convenient location and easy to find. 4 stars only because you get air freshener and wipes at supreme level.2 months agoThe staff here is so kind and accommodating. My car was an absolute mess after we accidentally parked underneath a busy tree 🦅 and even though the first wash did a really good job, there were still some spots left that I was trying to buff out. They were so kind and let me go through a second time. Love the towel and air freshener that comes with the ceramic wash.a month agoAVOID THIS PLACE. I noticed the machines kind of hammering my car while it was being washed. After going through I got out and did some vacuuming and went home. My son drive the car this morning and noticed that the gear handle was wobbly, he thinks it’s broken. The owners of the facility should check what’s going on with their services before worst things happen.

3 months agoIncredibly reasonably priced and being able to vacuum after is amazing. It’s like I have a brand new car!9 months agoI was treated so disrespectfully by the supervisor that works here. During my interaction with the supervisor I was told that I was racist because i told them my car was still dirty. I had to go to another car wash to wash my car because of the unacceptable behavior of the supervisor.I also identified several other vehicles that were not completely clean after coming out of this car wash. I would go to another location, between the staff and machines it’s not worth your time.
There is a video posted with the reaction of the supervisor saying that i was racist. There was no one else on-site to speak to in regards to my complaints, nor was I refunded for my car wash.

a year agoGreat automatic car wash. Everything is very fast, the queue is also fast. There are vacuum cleaners to clean the car inside. Polite staff. Affordable prices.5 years agoWhat A Rip off. Like throwing money to the garbage. We did the express wash for $6.00 (plus a hidden towel fee for $1.00 pet towel) like we normally do without the hidden fees… at other car wash places. This is the first and last time we come to this place. The car came from the machine look maybe 15% more clean than what it was before. So we ask the manager to come and take a look at the car and judge for himself if it’s just for us to get another trip into the machine. The guy which was very unpleasant just refused without even blinking! (I guess it happens to him a lot..) and was saying its their company policy that if the car came out dirty from the machine you’ll need to pay more money to clean it right (in our case $4.00 more). We are more disappointed from the treatment that we have received then the wash itself that was horrible. not recommended to anyone.8 months agoCheap yes, clean car after no. I even gave them the opportunity to make it right but they were not interested in me leaving with a clean car, only getting me to pay more for another wash or sending me elsewhere.

Looks like my negative review was Deleted! Well I am not lazy and will do it again to let u guys know that the car that you love could be severely damaged here., like it happened to me on May 26, 2023 . The top of my car was ripped of by dryers and owner clams that it was loose . Don’t play Russian roulette in order to save few bucks . Google team – please don’t delete my review , I will continue sharing my experience and photos.
I have been to this car wash numerous times, not a great clean, but you get what you pay for. What I did NOT pay for, however, was getting my car scratched up! When I attempted to contact the only email address I could find, I was told that this establishment is using the name of another company that is pursuing legal action. I have found no way to contact any management. Save your money, time, and frustration— it’s not worth damage to your car that you will have to pay for. Get your car washed somewhere else.
Damaged my brand new car. The heavy materials washing the car are so dirty that casuse scratches on the car. My previous Mercedes did not show the
Scartches because of the metalic blue but my black car defimotekt shows all damage/scratches. Wrote to management and received no response!

Decent, convenient, reasonably priced carwash. Be aware that the material on the spinning wash arms can cause very minor scratches to your vehicle’s paint. This shows more prominently on dark paint. This is due to dirt and sediment from previous vehicles adhering to the material on the spinning wash arms. This carwash is great for my truck, but I no longer wash my car here. These minor scratches can be removed with a quality buffing compound, wax and a mechanical buffing machine. The self service, (included in entrance price), vacuum cleaners and fairly shaded work areas are excellent for giving your vehicle the final touch.
