3 weeks agoUPDATE: Just as I suspected.. a copy and paste response.This place used to be good but now it’s a total WASTE OF MONEY! The staff are unwelcoming and unprofessional. I get that it’s not a dream job working there but at least make some kind of effort.
My main complaint is about the washing mechanisms themselves. Half of them just didn’t work. They really need to disclose when the wash isn’t functioning at 100%. Otherwise I wouldn’t have bothered spending money on it. One of the scrubbers didn’t turn at all on one side and left huge sections of dirty spots. The attendants just acknowledged certain things didn’t work and offered no recourse or refund.
Until they spend some money to get this place up to what it used to be, I’ll never go back! I’m sure they’ll just respond with the exact same message they do for every bad review. So sad to see a business not care.
a month agoI was there 2 days ago. It was $24.00. I asked the worker for the cheapest one that would wash my wheels and tires. It was $24.00 and my wheels and tires weren’t even touched. Worker just said it must have malfunctioned. Better luck next time! There won’t be a next time! People don’t go here!!!!! WARNING DON’T DO IT!2 months agoGreat wash! The monthly member subscription is the best value in town for a car wash. Also, the free vacuums and detailing spray/rags/etc. are a nice added value. I also love the compressed air blow down guns at each station. Highly recommend!a year agoThe most basic wash is $10 which includes free use of vacuum. They have three lanes but only one is open which creates a bottle neck. I was not impressed with the wash. There was many spots left on the car. The vacuum station had trash bins that were overflowing and the vacuum has the suction power of a toy. I decided to move to another spot to see if the vacuum worked better and it was the same. I tried moving again to another section and it seemed there was a bit more suction but the vacuum hose was broken. Many of the things I say here you can see in my photos.a week agoThis place has really gone downhill. It used to be my go to when I lived in Arlington. I was in the area and decided to stop by since my car always needs cleaned but my vacuum didn’t work. So I tried a different one and same issue. Apparently they have more then a few non- working vacuums. If I can’t clean inside and out at the same place then imma go somewhere where I can. I know the vacuums are free but people are going to spend their money where things work properly

Friendly environment, also have accessories to provide us. employees help and are respectful! Keep it up! 🙂4 months agoCame here for the first time. Enjoyed this car wash. Was greeted by George and he helped me through my process on the touch screen and he also made me aware of all the amenities. Free air for your tires, free mat cleaning machines, car fresheners, dash wipes, window and multi purpose spray at each stall with clean towels. Will definitely be returning. Great customer service.a month agoThis car wash, amongst others were okay with my driving through with a roof rack, only to have it ripped off at the end of the wash. Damage was done and I was told they would be in contact with the information given. I was later told that the moment I left they viewed the footage and decided they wouldn’t be responsible for the damage done. I am now going through my insurance due to it not being my fault I was allowed to drive through and I followed instructions only to have my car get scraped up. Very unprofessional and sketchy. Hood, windshield and roof messed up. Not to mention the roof rack cannot be used ever again.4 months agoGeorge gave me exceptional customer service and helped me navigate to have a great car washing experience with my Littles. Thank you so much!in the last weekFirst time going to caliber and I had an awesome experience. George answered all my questions and helped get a membership. Definitely going back, so convenient. Great value and friendly staff. This is my neighborhood car wash so I decided to try it out and the staff there have been friendly and professional with each visit. There are always great deals and specials running and they even offer cleaning supplies for use while there without an additional fee or upgrade. I just signed up for the monthly membership with unlimited washes at every location, so it’s safe to say I enjoy visiting! The convenience of the membership and cleaning supplies alone make this a 5 star place for me.
This car wash is AMAZING!! They offer free towels and interior as well as window cleaner. Along with the free vaccums. I’ve been coming here a couple years now but i just have to say after today I definitely wont be going anywhere else. My car died while i was using the vacuums and the manager was sweet enough to jump it for me, TWICE!! Definitely recommend, they go above and beyond!
This is my favorite place to come. Always fast, excellent and professional service. Every employee I have met has been incredibly nice! Not to mention my kids love driving through the car wash. I highly recommend the membership to Take 5!
Let me start by saying that I’m not a drive through car wash guy. Washing & detailing my vehicles is something that I enjoy doing, and I keep everything at home to do the job well. However my truck was dirty & I was pressed for time so I went to this car wash for a quick run through. There was an attendant at the kiosk that offered a one month “deal” for a price that was close to just one of the higher end washes, so I thought I would try it & after the month that would be it. The washes weren’t bad, but not as good as what I can do by hand, and I figured the deal would just expire. Then I see another charge on my credit card. I was never told this was some sort of membership, or that it would auto-renew because if I knew that was the case I never would have purchased it. That was pretty deceptive in my opinion. I’ll be calling them to cancel, and if I ever return I’ll be sure to buy just the single wash.
I had a great experience at this car wash. The employees are helpful and kind. I like that they offer a detailing station stocked with towels, detailing spray, and windshield cleaner. Plus the actual wash got my car cleaner than other car washes around. I’ll definitely be back!
