2 weeks agoI would give this location and company a -10 if it were an option. I used to be a monthly member but the last time I went in, the machines must have been off track. After leaving, I noticed that the back housing of my driver side mirror had been ripped off. When I stopped to call them and ask for them to look for it inside the car wash I noticed that there are now several small scratches the length of my car. Went back to this location for them to give me the housing for my mirror and have them look the car over, and they had an “ oh well” attitude. In addition to the damage to my car, the guys must’ve been wiping the inside and outside windows with the same towel they use for the tire shine. The windows were so greasy that it was difficult to see out of them. Canceled my membership and gave a lengthy reason, haven’t heard a word from the company.a month agoIt’s been several years since I spent the extra money to get a car wash. I usually do it myself at the WOW car wash. I paid $25 to get my car washed and I was blown away how horribly done it was. I did not know you had to tell them to vacuum the back. Ok but I did not know you had to tell them to wash the inside windows also. My 10 yr old grandson could have done a better job. I seen them constantly in their phones. Mind you I went on a weekday and there was maybe 5 cars total being washed. So it’s not that they were busy. A man standing by me said he was never going back and I too feel the same way. Do better fabulous Freddy most especially your prices!! Outrageous.3 weeks agoIf there was a ZERO star, that’s what I would give. Came in Friday afternoon, 4:15pm ish, got the outside only with tire shine. Well, shame on me for not looking at it before driving away… the “tunnel” must have been semi broken because all of the soap didn’t get rinsed off, and the two “men of color” doing the wipe down and tire shine……. HOLY SMOKES! I think they used the towels with tire shine on them to wipe the paint…. I can’t even describe what I saw when I got home, but what I can say is a spent an hour rewashing it in my driveway to fix it and I will also NEVER return to this car wash. Not that it matters because everyone should be treated the same but my vehicle is a new Ford Raptor, definitely not a “beater”. DO BETTER!3 months agoI was pleased with my service. I gave three stars because I waited 3+ hours for a detail. The clerk was awesome she was very helpful and made sure that she communicated to the workers to prioritize my detail. I think service would be better with a more organized system.a year agoI’m not sure what the problem was.. I paid $30 plus tip.. my car came out 1/2 clean with bugs still on grill & windshield.. dirty inside.. door and jams were untouched.. water spots all over.. not happy. The kids who wiped it down took my complimentary air fresheners and my receipt.. so no discount on fuel. Not happy at all. I ask the manager.. hello.. he said “oh sorry” put his hands in his pockets? Like i was saying he had my receipt in his pocket? I left.. washed and polished it myself. Good bye Freddys.

6 months agoCraig Road Car Wash made my old car look brand new! I had just bought an old car that someone must have smoked cigarettes in for years. It smelled and had ashes inside. They were super nice and listened to what I needed and helped me pick the services. They shampooed every inch of the interior and sanitized it. They cleaned and shined the dashboard, the doors, tires, everything. I could finally see through the windows. They did a tremendous job I could not have done myself. It was worth every penny to have a clean, fresh,sanitized car. Craig Road Car Wash is now my go to place for great service and great results.in the last weekGreat place to get your vehicle washed & detailed ! They really take their time on your vehicle, making it shine like new ! Employees are very personable and make sure you leave a little tip ! 😉a year agoHorrible. The outside of my truck was left with water stains. I had to point out areas that still had wax. The waxing was not good. The interior was a bad job. They spray the shine and don’t completely wipe down the surfaces. Still had dust and dirt in a lot of areas. They left a funky smell in my truck. Worst part is I had to wait almost 2 hours for this hack job. Do not recommend. Wish I would have read the reviews before using this mediocre establishment.a month agoI did not have a great experience here. I asked for the express detail which comes with interior vacuuming and cleaning. There was so much junk left un-vaccummed under the seats and the rear seats and door interiors were not cleaned at all. I’m going to have to go to another car wash to clean it up myself it’s that bad. In addition to not getting what I paid, I was a victim of their false advertising. At the register the cashier informed me that they only give military discounts on their less expensive washes, which didn’t include the one I asked for. :/a year agoExcellent friendly customer service. They offer several car wash options, detail services, auto glass repair, freebies, web specials and email specials.There are discounts for seniors and military. They recycle their water. Masks required. Indoor and outdoor waiting areas are clean and social distance. They do an excellent job. We are never disappointed. Check out their website at craigroadcarwash.com.

I’d say, this’s one of the best Truck wash on the road! They’re really nice people , very friendly cashier lady & they done so well job they went above & beyond & I seen the manager or supervisor walk around the truck with flashlight to ensure nothing left behind & even he clean by himself for even little details! It’s worth it to stop by & to mention it’s very fast as well!

Great group of people on deck. Choice of 2 washes, for the same price. Height restricted to 14′ and width restricted to 13′. Sprinter Van ran me $23.70, very reasonable. Call ahead with questions.

K don’t know what is going on a the beacon in north Las Vegas I paid just under $100 for engine and truck and trailer, and on top of flat bed and it ended being the worst truck and trailer wash I’ve had tail lights on the truck are still dirty can’t see them right differently no good I got pictures of the bad truck wash

Long line but it is Monday two bays open had it all done truck trailer n wash out for 124.60…no engine… Cesar does a good job really professional
