6 months agoI just want to say thank you guys for fixing the scratch on my truck today. David the manager took care of it without hesitation. I still don’t understand where it came from. I try to keep my truck pretty clean. Just weird that after the car wash, it was there. But wasn’t there before that. Anyway, thank you guys for taking care of it. I really appreciate it.2 months agoI have been going here for years. I was so disappointed this time. The guy that guides you into the wash station, I put my window down and told him I don’t want to rub my tires when I go in because the last few times the tires hit and scratched my rim. I am aware that it does do a little bump to guide it in there, but this was an actual scraping while it went in. So he’s just telling me to move forward, not paying attention to anything and my car is totally rubbing against the side. I was so frustrated because I drive a low profile Mercedes and the rims are extremely expensive and he could care less. I would’ve given a one star rating, but the girl that dried my car was so sweet that I didn’t want it to affect her. I am not happy and I probably will not be going back.in the last weekI only put five stars so it would show this review up front, I would put zero if I could. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. they verbally abuse their employees on a daily basis and treat with them very poorly then fire them when they try to so much as speak. There have been multiple employees who have been verbally abused and cussed out, they have no idea how to treat their employees with any bit of human decency and act like they own you. It is a horrible business and should not get your money. If you like being overworked, underpaid and verbally abused this might just be the perfect job for you. People like this should not be allowed to own businesses.a month agoAffordable and I love the extra detail they give to the wash. It is not just a drive through cheap service. They take the extra time to manually wipe. They are not a detailer that will clean the car amazingly, but for retailers you will be looking at a much bigger chunk of change to pay out. This is a great compromise.a month agoI paid for the full interior/ exterior car wash at $55. After I left I realized that the entire top of my car (under a cargo box) was completely untouched. I called and was told I could come back and they would take care of it. When I arrived I assume it was the manager I spoke to who informed me that they don’t clean under cargo boxes and they hadn’t actually missed anything. I must have given him a look because he said he would power wash it for me and put me through the car wash again. It took about 5 seconds to power wash and I wonder why they wouldn’t just do this in the first place? If I’m paying $55 for a car wash it is exceptionally dissatisfying to walk away and have the entire top of your car still covered in dirt. I would consider changing your business practices around this because its left me really uninspired to return.

4 months agoLove it! Around $50 to get the inside and outside of your rig cleaned and give you back your Saturday. Better call 4 an appointment, though, because they are busy!5 months agoDon’t take your car here if it’s dirty. Go for the beer. Car was not too dirty, tipped the two workers, but didn’t get brushed down. Car still dirty. Brushes that hang down are missing. Great people, bad car wash.5 months agoJust heading through town to get our car washed because of all the pollen and bugs on our car. The fella who attended to us was super friendly and the fellas that were at the entrance to the car wash were fierce at their work. We just got the $9 service but they brushed away all the bugs from the bumper and windshield. They were a great team!a year agoPaid $15 for the Deluxe wash. As you can see from the pictures, there’s still a ton of dirt on my car after the wash. May as well not have bothered. The young men working there are very nice, though.8 months agoI have used Empire car wash for many years but on January 9th I came in for a car wash and had a terrible experience… There was a long line of cars and when I pulled in for my turn I was brought in fairly close to the car in front of me. My Car was brought in and the car wash started and somewhere inside they stopped the machine and my car was pushed into the bumper of the car in front of me. The car wash started up again and I was pushed out along with the car in front of me hugging it’s bumper.. The car in front of me went on out and drove off and there was a long line at the car wash so I came back a week later and talked to the manager. Their manager immediately told me that they were not liable for anything before he even heard me out. The manager even said that I must have put my break on and no matter what I said about what had happened he continued to say that they were not liable instead of wondering if there was a problem that they could fix on there end.. And as I have seen in other posts they didn’t even get my car cleaned. Their employees have always been wonderful but the manager was terrible.

Both surf through car wash locations are friendly. However, we cancelled our monthly membership because every car we’ve ever taken through has come out dirty. They consistently do not wash the hood or roof. This photo is from the Bend location. For 17 dollars I expect them to clean the car. It was not overly busy and they did not seemed short handed. Just consistently poor service.
Beware. Physically damaged my brand new 2023 Tundra and refused repair.
First car wash for my brand new one week old 2023 tundra and it was significantly scratched right down to the metal by this car wash. I immediately alerted the local supervisor who assured me that it would be taken care of, and walked me through the process of filing the claim. He told me that they should be in touch with me within a couple days. One week later, after not hearing anything, I called them, only to find out that my claim had been denied, with little other information about the denial other than they stated that the damage was pre-existing. With no actual evidence to back up this claim. I will never use this car wash again, and will go out of my way to make sure that none of the people that I know do either. A completely unprofessional organization.
Purchased the “Epic Wash” for $13 (second from lowest option). Two attendants did one swipe of the windows before the drive through. The entire thing was over in less than a minute. I didn’t expect amazing, but I did expect more than a rainstorm level clean. There was still a layer of dirt on the hood and the windscreen was as if it hadn’t been touched. The free vacuums were nice, but the time in the wash was ridiculous. I’d hate to see what the “Express Option” is like!
I’d actually give 5 stars for the Bend East side location. 1 star for the Meyer Dr location. Meyer Dr doesn’t wash as well as the east side. Meyer doesn’t rinse the soap off as well and I go back thru multiple times just to get a rinse again.
The attendants at Meyer literally take one swipe with the brush and send you in. East side attendants completely brush your whole front vehicle pretty much. You’d think that both car washes would be identical in the way they both work?
At Meyer the membership scan never works, attendants have to come out and scan by hand. If there is a line, this takes time.
East side, scans your tag perfect and off you go. Both of these places are owned by the same person I’m told. If this is true, they need to get both on the same sheet.
The employees and experience were great, but the results were disappointing. Got their Epic Wash (tier 2 of 4 tiers) with the added tire shine option. While most of my car looked fine, the wash failed to remove a lot of dirt/grime in specific area: the front of my car (near license plate) was still covered in bugs, parts of my windshield had sap on it (park under a tree), and my tires/rims were sooo dirty – literally looked like they weren’t cleaned at all. Wouldn’t recommend since it doesn’t do the job you pay for.
