4 months agoI went to this car wash today around 4:45. The staff had to manually let me through because there was an issue with my pass. I was not even halfway through the gate before it collapsed and fell on my brand new car. I have not even had this car for three weeks and there is a huge dent, paint scuffs, and chipped paint on my brand new 2023 vehicle. I have already taken it to 3 places to get estimates for repair. The entire side panel needs replaced and will be $2500. Immediately when this happened the two attendants started laughing like this was the funniest thing they have ever seen. When I came out of the car wash, they did not even check my car or ask if my car was okay. I approached them and told them that it’s not a laughing matter and that my personal property is damaged and they had no clue how to even handle it. I waited for a manager to come and filed an incident report, and essentially drove away with my brand new car being torn up and destroyed as a result. I will continue to write reviews on Google, Facebook, and email corporate until they fix my car. The gate was faulty and destroyed my brand new car.2 months agoFortunate to live in a town where there are several choices for a place to get your car washed and vacuumed… Paid $18 for this service, had to wait some time for an attendant to show up, he only sprayed the left side of my car. When I went to clean the inside, they had no towels available, and only glass cleaner. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere elsea year agoWe get the $10.00 per wash version when we go, bought off one of their gift cards. Their machine does a good job, but best if you use their cloths supplied to remove the finals waters drops. They provide free vacuuming also to finish off your trip. They have multiple payment options and service packages you can sign up for.a year agoSeveral of the vacuums were broken so I had to wait to use one. The only bottle of spray available was one bottle of bug wash, no windshield cleaner, no multipurpose cleaner. Rainstorm used to be a pretty decent facility to wash your car inside and out but for $18, I and not satisfied. Will be looking for a different facility from here on out.8 months agoWent for a car wash. Didn’t dry my car off, still had soap all over my windows after the “dry”. Some of their vacuum bays don’t even have vacuums. Just seems very run-downed and employees just don’t seem to care.. glad my wash was free because I’m not coming back to this one.

They did an outstanding job on my car and are a repair shop you can trust.2 months ago“All About Auto” should change their names to All about the customer. Would give these guys 10 stars if I could. Everything about the transaction was easy. Josh and Austin were the Techs I spoke with. Both were very knowledgeable and nothing short of professional. Their customer service, pricing and ability to get your vehicle in their shop is second to none from my experience. I have had my sons cars in for repairs and my wife’s from minor fixes like a cracked fog light to more complex replacing timing belt service and have been pleased with service and price value for this work. They are friendly and very responsive when contacting them. Recently had my van towed there on a Sunday and as soon as they opened Monday they were able to get van in to replace alternator that same day. Was impressed with their drive to ensure the van got in that day and returned to me the same day. When assessing repairs they keep you in the loop provide options and a realistic quote for the work. They are a lot cheaper than dealerships and honest about what needs to be repaired. I highly recommend All About Auto to anyone that is looking for a better option for their vehicle repairs. A special thanks to Mike and Diego on their outstanding service.5 months agoAll about auto is the only place in Bloomington-Normal I will be taking my car to from now on. I purchased a used 2013 Audi A6 (so yes I was asking for trouble) but All about auto did more than take care of me. Water pump, pcv valve, intake manifold. And on top of that they worked great with my extended warranty. They know their stuff. Communicate very well, and get work done in a timely manner. Highly recommend.6 months agoThis garage was very helpful at getting my car back on the road. They assisted me with towing my vehicle to the shop, as well as allowed a tech to stay late and finish fixing my vehicle. I am very happy with the speed and quality of work I have received from this auto shop!!

These guys did a great job on my truck. My truck was really dirty and some spots were really grimy. The crew worked quickly and were very polite. They are open 24 hrs a day so I was able to get my wash early in the morning before rolling out. Pilot is right across the street and TA is around the corner. I definitely recommend this location.
DONT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE , this ones slow, has slow lazy workers who charge you the engine wash but dont spray, left the acid on my tires and now the chrome rim looks rusted. Luis the lead/manager is inexperienced and lacks common sense. He wanted me to get in the 2 hour long line I was in, wait another hour or two so I could pass again thru the wash so they can rinse the rims off. He did nothing to rectify the situation, DONT SPEND A DIME HERE GO TO ANOTHER BLUE BEACON

The worst truck wash ever!
They asked for extra money because the truck and trailer was too dirty.
We accepted, and paid them $187.

Noticed an area on the back of the cab on one side towards the bottom that was missed when I got home. In their defense, the type of grime/film that was on it is very hard to see when wet. Other than that, they did an awesome job. The Bloomington Beacon usually does a great job for me. Their lead staff are professional and intent on seeing that the job is done right
Quality has been declining at this location all year. Each time I’ve stopped it has been poor. Was there this morning at 4 am. Rims didn’t get cleaned, fuel tank didn’t get cleaned, back of the unit is full of grim and the soap wasn’t rinsed off. Dried soap scum all over. 2 guys on my unit. 1 guy spent over half the time going in and out of the office or standing there talking to a 3rd guy. While washing it they talked about all the people that was in line and had turned around and left. Must be under new management now.
