a month agoThe wash was not that good they missed a bunch of stuff, but they provide you with towels window spray vacuums, the whole thing was $12 in the vacuums were free. The machines very loud. Is small and short. Cute name. Efficient all-in-all recommenda week agoZips car wash on Tunnel Road is a wonderful place. The entire staff could not be more kind friendly helpful. I had bought a $10 unlimited month special and they even provided a bin of folded washcloths to dry up your car afterwards; the second time I went there was a malfunction in the machine left a lot of soap all over the car, and I had to leave it on as had no time and I called today to let them know and didn’t want to leave a bad review and they simply gave me three months additional which is beyond generous but that’s the way they operate their services are hi caliber, on every level and the staff are a delight to deal with. car washes almost always excellent and any machinery can malfunction on occasion but you couldn’t ask for a better place to get your car done highly recommend.a month agoMy rating would be higher if Zips was more consistent. When running okay it’s a great value but frequently the equipment doesn’t work or is not being maintained properly. That’s the problem. Great wash one day then a week or two later it’s not uncommon for Zips to be closed for repairs. I have been a member for years as it is convenient Not so much to drive there only to have to turn around because it’s not running.7 months ago4/21 Update: Yet AGAIN CLOSED! Stopped by at 9:30am and entrance blocked off. Now 3rd time out of 5 that I’ve gone they were closed during their supposed open hours. If I can’t get my car washed, why should I keep getting billed for your monthly service. Looks like it’s time to find a more reliable car wash as these guys can’t be trusted to be open.Today was now twice in the last 3 times in I’ve gone that they were closed way before closing time. Today 3/12 before 5pm the lot was still pretty full of people drying their cars off, the employees just sitting by wash entrance & a line of cars pulling in then seeing the pay/entrance machines blocked off and try to turn around to leave. I have been paying the monthly VIP plan for a good while now, but I’m sure not seeing an ounce of VIP service in my last 3 visits.
3 months agoGreat car wash. Super sucking vacuums and microfiber rags are available to finish the job. Special shout out to Sm John! He came through and polished my tires and helped me with my mats!! a month agoThis car wash left my car sparkling clean in and out. There wasn’t a spot in my car that was dirty. It was very quick and easy, and the workers were very nice and helpful. They have a nice shop inside for things to put in ur car for cheap as well. I definitely recommend this place for a good and inexpensive car wash.a month agoJackie always provides excellent customer service.Maria pays close attention to detail while cleaning your car. The manager Daphnee coaches the staff well. They all exhibit amazing customer service.
Service is amazing. Since I’m known to be a procrastinator, I love they have many locations which help me keep my car clean.
2 months agoGreat place for a quick and easy power car wash! They provide variety of options. There are packages you can take if you wash your car very often. Otherwise you can pay only $10 for a one time wash.2 weeks agoI wish I could write a five stay review but this time it was the WORST job I’ve ever seen. Yeah exterior clean but interior? I have a dog with short hair very easy to vacuum up black hair. It looks like a vacuum never touched the inside of the car it got the carpet mat that lays in the back nothing else. Hair is EVERYWHERE l am shocked and to make matters worse it oooks like they never took a towel or cleaner to the inside. Why am I paying 55 dollars A MONTH for something my dog could do better. May take my money elsewhere this is Bull$?@& . I work at a dealership and they would do a better job than this. I took my money here because I was a referral. If you’re going to take a job doing this for money then do it well.a month ago10/10 service! They did an amazing job washing my car! Horrible experience.
I have the unlimited car wash membership . Unfortunately, one of the workers used the high power vacuuming while he was cleaning the drink holder and dashboard of my car and my key got sucked into the central vacuum system . Some of the co-workers, a lady manager [ I think her name was dephany/ stefanny] and some members of staff tried to resolved the issue. I waited for more than 0ne hour and 45 minutes for the issue to get resolved. Meanwhile, I was told they had contacted the district manager. Mr. Rodriguez.
After waiting for a very long time.
I was upset so I demanded to speak by phone to the district manager. To find out he was not aware of the problem for a while . Mr. Rodriguez told
me, he was informed of the problem only just 35 minutes earlier and not 1 hour like I was told by the manager.
The cleaning crew didn’t have the courtesy to let me know that my car key was stuck somewhere. So I went to ask why they were taking so long to finish my car. It was until then they had no choice but to let me know about the problem. It was very upsetting how they handled the situation by the workers.
While I was waiting for the District Manager in the car wash lobby, the only thing I can hear was the employees complaining they were clocked out and the little money they made in tips for the day.
I counted over 20 employees going about their complaints about their job while they were very comfortable setting in the lobby. This was very wrong, especially when 2 other paying customers were standing and frustrated because their cars were parked and nobody was working on their cars . It appears that all the employees seemed to been clock out.
Very unprofessional .
It was raining bad enough to shut down the operations.
Finally, Mr . Rodriguez arrived to the Hypoluxo location and fixed the problem in 10 minutes.
The key was struck in the plastic hose and not in the central vacuuming system.
All the interruption of business and other customer waiting for their car to be served due to the whole vacuuming system shutdown and disconnected could have been voided only if they knew what to do.
Mr. Rodriguez apologized and offered to extend my membership at not cost for 4 months.
Wow, I am blown away by the experience of this team they save me tremendously. I ran over some paint on the road call right in and they worked on my car as if it was their own personal vehicle. I am more than grateful, especially Jossie E. Also Corey for making me feel at home and at ease.
Had an amazing experience with this Carwash. I left my car for a full detailing and the car is absolutely spotless and was done very fast as well. I recommend speaking with Mark who is one of the managers, very charismatic and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied.
I’ve gone to El Car Wash plenty of time and as well as other locations. By far this location has been the best, especially with the help with Kevin. Kevin is very professional and excellent at what he does by getting the car line moving! Once I’m in line to get my car washed the wait is no longer than 5 minutes thanks to Kevin! My experiences at the car wash are excellent! My car comes out clean and with a full service thank you to all the employes. A++ and definitely recommend!
