4 months agoEverything you love about a quick car wash! The staff was super friendly, the line was organized even with it being super busy. They have a variety of packages at different price points which is nice. The wash tunnel has colored soap and led lights which is honestly my favorite part of any automatic car wash. At the end they have a self serve vacuum station with microfiber clothes, multiple purpose spray and glass cleaner. I am leaving in a great mood with a pretty clean car.3 months agoI’ve been taking my car here several weeks now and have overall been happy with the quality. Today I went through and at the end of the tunnel, something in their equipment completely stripped off a piece of trim on my roof. The guy working didn’t seem overly concerned and said I should just try to snap it back on. My car is only a year old so just trying to figure out if some more costly damage could happen the next time. Visited on a weekday.4 months agoAs a long time customer of the Car Wash Lodge in Morrisville, NC, I can say first hand that the new owner, Edge Express , is 2X as good as the Lodge. Better everything. The Edge Express Ceramic wash is new gold standard for my cars. Absolutely prefer the self service vacuum and wipe down too.a month agoThe automatic wash has different options. Basic at $12 and goes up to something close to $30. Credit card and cash, both are accepted. The car takes around 3 minutes to go through the entire line for a basic wash. Drying fans are really great at the end of line. Post wash you can take to the vacuum stations at the facility. This is for FREE which is really awesome. The place has vacuum stations around 10-12 in number. Vacuum is free. They have 2 cleaning liquids, an all purpose and a specific for glass. The spray bottles at vacuum stations are filled with these. There are cleaning towels at the vacuum stations which you can use. All this is FREE with the car wash you purchased. Overall, I feel this is a great place if you are looking to go on a weekend and spend around 20-30 minutes to get a clean ride(vacuum, interior cleaning and glass cleaning included).Special mention – the staff is extremely helpful if you have any questions, they even help you to learn how to use the facility if you are new to this.

a week agoTook my brother’s Tahoe here after he let me borrow it so wanted to clean it up before taking it back.Pros: not too expensive Free vacuums Long vacuum hoses Complimentary towels and window cleaner
Cons: Only one station with towels & I had to just walk around to find them (I parked near the back) Only window cleaner, not multi-surface cleaner. I don’t feel like it cleaned well.
For the cost it was a decent wash. Not the best drive thru car wash but not the worst either.
4 months agoCar wash was great for the front, sites and top. Even the wheels look good. Unfortunately, the back of the Expedition must be too big. Still had dirt all over it. Good vacuum and area to clean up. I’ll go back with a car next.2 months agoGood place to get a hands-free wash at a reasonable pricd. Once you have driven through vacuums, window spray and towels are available for your use as well as plenty of employees close by if you need help. The roof rack on my Dodge Durango was damaged going through the wash and they were very quick to respond and helpful in taking responsibility. Cut me a check to get it repaired about a week after I reported it to them. I would recommend getting their monthly pass if you plan to go often, once weekly works for us.5 months agoI like the automated feature to pay, the basic care wash price ($9/includes tax) is decent and the quality of wash you get for the price is better then any other ones I have been to. There is plenty of vacuum bays. I like that each bay has two vacuum tubes so you don’t have to stretch to get to the other side. They also have trash can at almost every bay. Staff are professionals.2 weeks agoPaying a monthly membership for approximately a year now and I hardly wash my car. I arrived at the car wash tonight, Saturday 10/7/23 approx 7:45pm to wash my car and when I pulled up to the bay I see 2 little kids fooling around and I open my window, ask the young kid, “can you please get more bug spray or a soft brush to the windshield?” He doest’t even respond and just sprays the water and soap, lets the truck through and came out the same way with splattered bugs all over. I pulled back around and the attendant in a purple shirt acts like he doesn’t see me, as he’s about to pass me by the machines, I say “excuse me” and he walks to me and I explain the story and he says “ok wait I need to move my car to the front first”. He goes to move his car then he lets me in and just re washes the car as they all fool around inside. They press a button and my car stops during the beginning when no water jets start. I open the door in the car wash bay and ask what is going on, they don’t answer and just press the button to continue. I will cancel my membership and never go back again. This is how you start to lose business little by little, then one other car wash opens up nearby, and takes all the business because you don’t keep up with good service.

Not impressed by cleaning job. 1500 miles of road dirt and windshield bugs. Felt like residue still on my car. Windshield and front bumper still buggy. No “pretreatment”. And it seemed the wheel track was having trouble catching at the entrance .
The vacuums SUCK! Literally! They got most of white, coarse, wire dog hair out of my car, and it you have a dog, you know how tough pet hair is to get out. There were also plenty of vacuum spots available, and each pull in spot had 2 vacuums on each side so you don’t have to awkwardly wait for your neighbor to be done. It was clean, a great location that is easy to get in and out of. The staff were SO friendly and kind! They are the reason that I will drive out of my way to go to that car wash. I will consider getting a package since it is close to my job, especially because the staff come up to you to see how you’re doing and stay on top of keeping the lot clean and putting in extra detail to get dirt off your car when you go in the wash. I went at lunch time during the work day, so it wasn’t busy, which was also a plus. Oh and did I mention, most of the dirt and bugs and sap came off my car? I live in the woods and haven’t washed my car in an embarrassingly long time, and the gentleman made sure to really soak my car. Thank you again so much!
The staff at the car wash are the bestest ever! Always super nice, they’re really helpful, even help to clean my car when the car wash doesn’t clean it.
One star review is for the corporation not keeping the car wash in good working order. Car wash is down far too often, even closed for days at a time.
Really sad to advertise unlimited car washes with monthly memberships when car wash is not in working order and closed as often as it is.
The location is very convenient, but that’s about it. I took
My company car through this car wash today, I immediately noticed the machines which you pay at prior to going through did not give me a receipt. This is a company car so I needed a receipt. I asked the attendant and he said he didn’t know how to get a receipt but his manager would be there in about 10 minutes. I said that was fine and went through the Car wash. The car was just as dirty coming out as it was going in. I literally had to take the rags and spray they provide near the vacuum area and wipe the car down to get dirt off of it myself. At this point probably 30 minutes had went by so I asked the attendant if the manager was available for my receipt. The attendant said the manager wasn’t there but he would call him. The attendant called the manager and the manager told him there was no way of accessing the machines to get the missing receipt. How is that even possible? I wasn’t going to stand around arguing about it but that doesn’t seem right and I will not be back.
The whole experience was great, but the best thing was the employee, Zachary. He was running the place—and being patient, efficient, and kind!
You’re lucky to have him, he’s a star! ✨
