a month agoI give Jazz car wash 5 stars for the great job they did on my car and particularly for the staff that works there! A shout out to Joy for her courtesy and can’t say enough about Alvaro the staff manager for his hard work, outstanding professionalism, high degree of character and competence as a leader! He is an action taker when something needs to be done, great decision maker and resolved an issue for me quickly as possible! He is really is an asset to Jazz car wash! Dropped off a car full of dog hair, mud, years of grime etc. They did a phenomenal job, attention to detail was top notch. It looks like a brand new car! Great customer service, too. I spilled multiple milkshakes/coffees in my car and didn’t clean them for months but the magic of Jazz made them vanish into thin air!!3 months agoPro: The detail was very well doneCon: I generally do details with Toyota, but tried this place out due to its proximity. The pricing structure at Jazz is incredibly suspect and the reason I won’t return. Upon scheduling I was quoted $180 as a base for my car model, I specifically asked what would cause the price go up, receptionist stated if there was excessive dog hair, mud globs, trash, etc (totally reasonable). I brought my car in and was then quoted $220, which I balked at due to the fact that there was no trash, the car was empty and there was no dog hair and minimal dirt/grime. When I asked what made the price an extra $40, I was told it was due to some spots on the door and a bit of dirt on the floorboards. He then dropped the price when I said no way, even though it wasn’t down to the original $180. So what does $10 dollars look like in a pricing structure? Do you have to vacuum and wipe down your car before going to get the $180? Seems like it depends on who you get at the entrance. Toyota does the same detail for $100 less, so I will be sticking with them from now on, even if it is unfortunately a longer drive.
Our nanny took our second car and got the $60 clean and wasn’t vacuumed well.
2 months agoUpdated review – after my initial review, Jazz reached out and offered a free clean to address my issue. I appreciate the prompt and responsive customer service. Initial review: have kids and they leave scuff marks on the back of the driver and passenger seats, finger prints on the inside of windows and drinks sometime spill into cup holders. When I got my car home from Jazz and got into the back, it looked like no one bothered to wipe down the inside of my car. For $42 (including the extra $6 I paid specifically for the seats to be wiped down) I expected the scuff marks to be wiped off at minimum. The exterior looked nice, but I did not get what I paid for with the interior clean. I had to clean the interior myself when I got home.

8 months agoMarch 4 2023, Very poor car wash. Front grill not cleaned. Lubrication grease streaked hood, Lubrication grease? Really? Spots everywhere (poor drying) windows still dirty! Absolute waste of money. Had to go to another place to wash car. Horrible! Don’t waste your money!4 months agoI have never been to this car wash before and wanted to like it. I just returned from a road trip and had a bunch of bug guts on my car. I went to the Take 5 Car Wash to get a good job of removing the bug guts and road dirt from my car after a long trip. I was initially thrilled by the buy 1 get 1 promo that they were running and planned to use the free wash at a later date. I was also thrilled about the, “If you aren’t satisfied with how clean your car is, go ahead and take a second wash” policy they have. However, the attendants before I entered the wash did not do a great job prescrubing my car so I had to go through again. I was advised to tell them to scrub harder and when I went through a second time, they still didn’t scrub that hard and it was like I hadn’t gotten a wash at all. There were so many bug guts still. For a $22 car wash, I’d expect a very clean car after two runs. The only reason this isn’t a 1 star review is that the payment attendant Cole very kindly helped me to get a refund (which I still need to hear from customer service from) and then Cole went over to personally scrub my car himself and sent me through a third time. My car is still not as clean as I’d like, but his efforts were above and beyond and should be noticed and rewarded by any superiors he has. I’d recommend this wash if you are getting a very basic wash for a not very dirty car.3 weeks agoThis is my favorite car wash! Unlike other washes, their vacuums have a high suction power, which means that I know they’re changing out the canisters. There’s also a gal there that is always so friendly! Her name is Emily. You can tell she takes pride in her job.a month agoThis car wash is great! Cezar and Jake are super friendly and easy to work with. Great wash and they have free towels, interior cleaner, and window cleaner.

Holy cow my car came out pretty darn clean. And they have good vacuums and plenty of towels to wipe down cracks and inside. And a sink with hose and spray Nozle attachment for spraying down mats!
Had to drop this review because I was in a rut with my vehicle and not only is this car wash really great but this guy Rudy definitely help me out with the services when I was having a rough time. Definitely will be coming here from here on out!
What an excellent wash! You don’t see ones like this just anywhere. This place has everything you need to fully detail your car. Plenty of towels are always handy and the vacuums work amazing! I had a wonderful experience even when I asked for help and was given in great detail about the wash packages and deals they offered by Rudy. I will definitely be returning with my other cars here.
I bought monthly membership, well worth the price. The team is super friendly and thorough. They always check bed of my truck. Cycle takes about 3 min. There equipment works well for exterior wash. Minimal wait if any at all. Vacuums work so awesome and they are free with car wash. Clean grounds. Highly recommend this spot.
I’ve been here only a couple times but this car wash is awesome. Everyone is so nice and helpful especially Nick P. He made sure I got the right wash for my dirty car and it looks amazing.
