in the last weekPLEASE DO NOT GO THERE. This place is just ridiculous. They broke my side mirror during the car wash. I have a brand new car and I ended up with a broken right sided mirror during the car wash. The guy on the other side of the car wash wasn’t paying attention that the air pushed the mirror to the back and didn’t see the mirror falling. So two persons from outside were trying to save the mirror before being crushed by my car driving over it, with him still looking away not paying attention!! I’m not sure if he was okay or not because he sounded crazy, he was actually laughing after he realized the incident and asked me to drive again for another car wash! It was just drama there. Then another lady who sounds like a manager there came and was pushing him outside the car wash in a weird way while he was talking to me. So after my car came out, I asked her for a poof of the incident. She refused to give me anything except a paper that’s attached here saying “the mirror fell during the car wash!” and when I asked for the place’s stamp, she said they don’t have one. So I asked to speak with someone else, she said the owner is out of country and gave me his card as you see attached. She was so rude and refused to refund us. While I was talking to her, another guy drove my car without my permission to put it on the side, with my wife inside the car then he stepped out and put a blue tape on the mirror which I removed later. This is just an awful place and I’m writing this review to save you a similar terrible experience. UPDATE: I called the owner and he promised to take a look into it and reimburse after review. Never got back to me, doesn’t answer phone call. The phone no they dropped here in the reply doesn’t answer and when answered once, the manager said to call the owner again lol. She promised twice so far that this will get resolved but never happened. I’m not sure where the positive feedback are coming from, but definitely not true. These people are not honest or trustworthy.2 weeks agoStephanie did such an amazing job at making my last experience up to me. She went out of her way to make sure that I was reciprocated in every way possible. She went above and beyond for me and helped me get in and out quick with a full detail. I left a bad review last time and I felt terrible so I gave them another shot with my tow trucks and she went above and beyond for me. Definitely gonna be a return customer she deserves recognition and a raise in my opinion she knows how to operate and manage a business and has great customer service skills thank you Stephanie 🙏7 months agoI have been going here for a couple of years and was pleasantly surprised. However, the last 2 washes have been awful! For $30, I don’t expect perfection, however, I do expect to not have to return home to clean my vehicle I just had washed. The black pieces by my windows, they used some product that I cannot get off. I do not ever use armor all or any of the such. My vehicle is a 2019, very well cared for and only 20,000 miles. The inside of vehicle was somewhat vacuumed, the NAV screen & dash had dust, and the interior console area was not touched either time. Right before calling that my vehicle was done, the lady went around and was I using window cleaner on my vehicle surfaces for areas she noticed, although I guess she gave up as you can see what remains. I will be searching for another car wash and will recommend to others I encounter on a daily basis to not use this place. They would do just as well if they sprayed water from a hose and used a dirty rag to semi wipe it down. Very disappointed.a week agoThe service was exceptional. a week agoI go here off and on and they usually do a pretty good job but not so much this visit. Whoever was in my car was playing with the touchscreen and deleted radio presets and other settings and didn’t bother to wipe the screen off. There was footprint on the drivers side door from the employee getting out which nobody bothered to clean and the car is covered in water spots because my car sat there drying in the sun before they actually got to it to dry it off. They opened the rear hatch to wipe around the hatch but didn’t bother to clean the rear window.6 months agoIt’s Hot 🥵 out, gotta love them for doing what I absolutely HATE. The drive-thru car wash doesn’t get in between my rims or have my tires shinning the way they do. This place is old school where they do everything with employees doing the work vs the drive thru and you vacuum and dry your car. They are very inexpensive and do a great job.a year agoIt’s as if they barely even touched the inside. They are also very slow-moving. I was charged $2 for an SUV that is no larger than a sedan. I could understand the upcharge for a larger vehicle but not for mine. I had to take it home and actually do the job I paid them to do. Will never give them my business again.

Love this car wash. They even have a free bug station to remove those nasty bugs from the front bumper. Love that they provide towels to dry the outside of your car. Brett came to help me wipe down my car, He was so friendly . Love their membership deals, saves you alot of money monthly for washing your car!
I was skeptical when mod wash purchased the old car wash on west bay… since the re model I am in love! The facility offers an amazing car wash, powerful vacuums, pressured air to get dirt and leaves out of nooks and crannies, and window cleaner. My truck looks amazing and I am super happy! The staff was sensational as well! Christian was very accommodating and helped me get everything I needed during my visit! Plus their air fresheners are the best!!
Always clean area to clean my car and I feel as safe as possible to do so without fear of anything going wrong. My family enjoys taking the few minutes to go thru the car wash and just watch out the windows as it gets washed down.
Edgar was absolutely phenomenal! The whole staff is so friendly & helpful. The car wash is speedy & effective. & don’t even get me started on the lovely scent of the complimentary air freshener. Bought a membership immediately!
