Sliced my tire in half in a bicycle tour 😦 Would be nice if the business kept it clean maybe once annually so I wouldn’t have gotten stranded today 👍a month agoAs far as the Concord, Martinez etc.. area, you get the best amount of wash time for your money. Clean spot. Large area. Safe and with lots of street presence. Accessible via fwy and with good time. I was and then jump on HWY 4 to dry my car off when i’m lazy.3 months agoA friend told me about this place. Not sure how much he paid for it, but 20 min was more than enough time to get a proper wash in. The vacuums were cheap and effective. The only downside is unless you do a proper drying, there will be hard water spots all over the windows.5 months agoUsed to be the best self service in the east bay a few years ago. Since then, they’ve replaced the card machines which do not work now forcing you to buy tokens with cash while also increasing the price, the soap guns don’t work on at least two of the stations, and the water smells like sewage. On top of that, the increasingly long lines make going here mid-day almost impossible. If you can make the drive, go somewhere elsea year agoJust moved to concord from oregon and for the first carwash in california I gotta say it was the best one I’ve had in a while. Foamy soap and a soap gun. High pressure water. And all that for 20 min. FOR 6 BUCKS. Cheaper than any place I’ve gone in oregon. My new go to place and hopfully for the rest of you!!

2 months agoThis place got VERY lazy.. used to be good about 2 years ago now the windows are left filthy and they goop globs of grease on your trim. The oils get on absolutely everything and spray all over your car when driving. Went back to get everything redone and might as well have gone to an automatic car wash.8 months agoVery unsatisfactory service, and wastage of money…. Waited 1 hour for my car to be cleaned up…. Rims were dirty, inside was still not cleaned properly. Water drop stains all over the car…. Should have used the Duckies across the road…. Would not suggest anyone2 months agoCame here with my boyfriend to get a basic wash and vacuum. When they said the car was ready, I noticed that there was still bug residue on the front bumper and the plastic cover on one of the side mirrors was completely off. We told them about it and they went to find it in the washer. They then tried to snap it back on but it didn’t go on completely. We filled out an incident report and they said someone would call. When we left, we barely got a quarter of a mile before the engine started overheating. The car was fine before we went here. We went back to fill out another incident report and they barely let us do that, saying that they wouldn’t be responsible, even if a mechanic says their wash damaged it. Their lack of concern for the quality of their work is super concerning and I wouldn’t advise anyone go here.2 weeks agoThey do a good job, and the monthly plan is a really good deal if you wash your car more than once a month.2 years agoI’ve been coming here for four years now and they always treat me like family. They do a great job cleaning the inside of the car, I used to do it myself but I just got tired of it. The monthly plan are a great deal. If you find any issue with the car service, they will definitely work on it immediately to fix it. Jose the on-site manager is pretty nice and on top of things. No company is perfect of course but they definitely do a great job!!

This place should get zero star due to unprofessionalism. They did a horrible car wash on my car, I paid for shine and protect, along with seat cleaning inside. They manager told me. He cant help me clean the car any better because, its not like I paid for a detailed wash car, And if I paid more money they would clean the rims better for me. $5dolloars for each Rim.also he made a statement I was picking out on every little mistake.when I told him I paid money for all this, he said he cant help me anymore. And walked away.Shine and protect is the highest price they have listed here.
Unprofessionalism. WOW.. WASTED MY $54.99
I wanted to give a full 5 star rating but for $80 to do a half tail job…that’s a half rating! The wait was not long! The employees were nice and helping since it had been my first time! I was pleased with the results but a little annoyed with the inside, if they specialize In detailing then I was expecting my steering wheel, cup holder area and other compartments to be polished…especially for $80.
I have always had great experiences at Super Station. Very friendly staff and they always do a great job on my car. Plus, they offer a military discount. Bonus!
Amazing service. I came at 5:30pm and wanted a full car wash and the works with waxing and interior shampooing but it was too late but they allowed me to pay early that day to get the full service the next day. 80% of the time my car was there 4 to 5 people was servicing my car at the end you can telll the car was beautiful. The interior was beautiful the outside was spotless beside the area where the back license plate was it was still dirty in that area. The reason why I am giving them 5 stars because customer service was awesome, interior was flawless and they allowed me to touch up the car myself on the outside. Other places charge $850 what they did at a mere $209. For the price it is the best bang for the buck. Highly recommend
