3 months agoHad a membership for over a year. My credit card expired and the attendant said he can save me some money if I just start a new membership so I paid and got a new sticker. Next time I tried to wash it said that I didn’t have an account and paid once more for a new membership. This was between two locations here in Edmond and each said I’d have to take it up with the other location. I reached out to corporate and all they did was offer to cancel my membership but wouldn’t give me a refund. I was extremely frustrated at this point so I agreed to cancel. I originally asked for the $20 plan on each membership but the last charge on 6/20 was for their top plan. They’ve essentially taken $55 dollars from me at this point. On top of all this the last time I needed a wash I went to two different locations on a Saturday and both were closed down. Keep Up The Good Job Fellas !6 months agoI have tried all of the washes in the area, and this one seems to hit all of the areas on the car. Vacuum is good and powerful. One time they taped my rear wiper to protect it, and since then they have not, hence the 4 instead of 5. They will assume you are not watching your account and charge you randomly. I went and talked to them in person and then I just saw another random charge.

This car wash is in a very strategic location. Not too far from the highway and major businesses. Will definitely visit again.
4 years agoLiterally one of the best car wash experiences I have ever had for $8. From the clarity of signage, customer service of the attendant that I checked in with, cleanliness of the facility, and the amount of free vacuum bays available. The thing I loved the most was that they had a high pressure air to spray off excess water and for cleaning the interior.They offer a $5 cleaning kit at each vacuum bay. Seems like a fair price for the micro fiber towel, 2 glass cleaning towels, dashboard cleaner and an air freshener.
9 months agoNot a bad wash. There is not pre-scrubbing and most of the car looks good for as dirty as it was. Not sure the tire shine was working. $25 worth?10 months agoLocation is excellent and line moves quickly, however I am disappointed with the washing of my car itself. Still tons of dirt noticeable on the back (photo attached). I purchased the $20 option. Have visited twice; the first time was a bit better. I have reached out to the company on their website and will update should I receive a response.2 months agoThe car wash is great! Customer service is another matter. I enjoy the monthly service where I pay once and wash as many times needed. Problem was that I was going to be gone a couple of months so I had to temporarily cancel the service. I pay the 17th of every month, so one would think I could wash my car anytime on the 16th, the last day. I went to wash my car at 7:05 pm on the 16th and it would not work. The manager said my account was cancelled is of 7:00pm on that day. No exception was made because he said that is the way the system works. He made no apology! Crazy way to do a business!

My wife had her Cadillac washed at Okie Carwash in Edmond this passed weekend. The guy who was instructing her in respect to getting her car inline with the moving rails was new at his job. He misdirected her by using his hand with his thumb and forefinger protruding at the same time, in two different directions. The chrome front wheel of her car was seriously damaged. She filled out a report and kept a copy, then telephoned the manager. Apparently, a video review of the accident has to take place before they make a judgement in regard to replacing her wheel. I will report with a new review once our case is decided. They have been pretty nice up to this point, and both of us have used this carwash many times in the past without incident. More later.
Matter resolved:
Well, the manager of Okie Express on Santa Fe – Edmond, OK got back to us. He paid for a new wheel, arranged for my wife to go to a tire/wheel store here in Edmond. The guys at the tire store replaced the damaged wheel, balanced the tire/wheel and she drove home. All this took about 1.5 hours. My wife and I are very pleased with the management of Okie Express carwash. Thanks for your quick resolution to a mistake made, yet resolved in a very friendly and professional manner. We will continue to use this carwash. It’s unusual for a business to manage a consumer problem/issue the way this company did in this day and time. More companies should be more responsible for their mistakes. All of us make mistakes but few admit and resolve them the way this organization did.
Just moved to Edmond and was looking for a good car wash. This wasn’t it. My car is still dirty. So glad I didn’t buy the package. The search continues for a good car wash, because I will never go here again. I give it a minus 10
I’m a creature of habit. The OKIE Express on N Santa Fe has been there a long time and I like that. They prep’ my truck well, taking time to do it right. Locally owned – that’s another reason it’s the only place I go.
Just a great place to clean that car with all of the rain we have been having. Their monthly programs are a great deal. It’s a one stop shop: drive through for the exterior and wheel wash and head on over to the vacuum stations to finish off the inside. Consistently excellent.
They put tape of the back of my car and did not tell me it almost ruined my paint job that why they only take cards when you sign up. This place is a joke almost ruined my paint job
