2 months agoI feel like I took 20 bucks out of my wallet and burned it. Not only did they not clean the car they do not give you towels to clean it like most self service. The only way to get a clean car from them is to join their club. Jax used to do a great job. Well I am going outside now with a bucket and hose to wash my car.a week agoI have a membership and get my car cleaned often here. Charles usually does my interior and leaves my car spotless every time. Great customer service and I always leave happy with a clean car. 2 months agoShame on the jax name. This place is NOT worth it. Spent over a half hour vacuuming out my car (which is normally a 10 min thing) vacuums are filthy and suction is poor, not yo mention me and another car had to find a vacuum bay that actually worked. No (out of order signs). This is a CASHLESS carwash, I dont carry cards, so this was EXTREAMLY inconvenient. The wash itself (the $20 wash) isn’t even sub-par. Towels used to dry my car afterward must have been dirty or wet because now I have dirty water spots everywhere. Just dont waste your time or your money here. Using the Jax name, you’d think this would be a top-tier wash.. jax really needs to rethink their partnership with this wash. How this place has 4 stars is beyond me.5 months agoI purchased the $10 car wash. First and last time there. I was “allowed” to tip from my debit card or I could tip cash at the end. As you pull into the car wash, there’s a sign that says “Free towel dry”. At the end, I felt bad about NOT tipping, so I told the towel dryer to not worry about drying. Thinking he might say “don’t worry about it maybe next time” and dry my car for free. Instead, he told he’s partner to not dry my car. Picture shows my results. Never againa month agoVery worst n disrespectful experience for us today. The person was very rude who was supposed to be assisting. I guess he is having a very bad day early in the morning…. when asked him if they take cash… as a robo.. he was just saying credit or debit… without even watching me… as if I’m nobody… better to avoid the car wash as long as he is there….in the last weekAll of the guys that work there are outstanding. I told the manager Dev I wasn’t satisfied with my car wash… after waiting in line a hour.. the manager told me there was nothing wrong.. after I pointed out my windows was all streaked up… car not vacuumed… dash still dusty… I watch how the workers work… some really do a good job.. others half do the job … the manager made me wait in line for rewashing… I wasted 2 hours of my time…I left very unsatisfied and upset
The young lady at the entrance was a great help. This was my first time going to Jax. I cant say the same for anyone else. Needless to say I wont tip as much as I did again prior to the wash. If you work in direct customer service your ARE the face of that company, you only have one chance to make a first impression.
Love the unlimited monthly club! It’s reasonably priced and better quality than you might expect for the pricepoint. The service at this location is consistent. Staff is always friendly. I’ve been coming for over a year. I have everything with the ceramic package. They are good at communicating account changes, too.
Conveniently location, opened earlier than hours showed (very nice) and great staff. Switched from another monthly car wash from experience with the Jax staff.
I am the owner of The Detail Pro LLC in Pontiac and stopped by to get a quick wash on the way to a dinner event.
What a great disappointment to see this tunnel wash missed so much on my truck.
Yeah there are the usual spots auto washes can reach but these are on the doors and should be clean as a whistle.
Sad I’ve been going to jax since like 1975 but haven’t been in ages due to the fact that I clean cars professionally now and have been for over 39 years.
I don’t not recommend jax but mabee jax should look into the issue.
