a year agoI was in the area for business last year, when my windshield cracked. They were able to replace it, and tint all my windows for a good price, great work. And we’re nice enough to fit me in. 15/15 pinnacle tint. A year later still looks like it was done yesterday.10 months agoRyan, and the guys at Inspectors, on the west side, made my truck look brand new! I had run my new truck, with temporary tags still on it, through a local car wash. The rocks on the brushes severely scratched it, front to back. Inspectors, applied a Kenzo, IGL coating on the entire truck and wheels. It looks better now than the original paint! I highly recommend Inspectors! They are professional, knowledgeable, timely and very good at what they do! I was asked if I submitted an insurance claim and was told I cannot be given information until that was done. I continued to ask questions and the person I was speaking to abruptly hung up the call. I received the worst customer service experience with this business. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.2 months agoI called late so I knew I couldn’t get in that day but they came out bright and early the next morning. Since it had already been filled by a different company(very poor job!) he went ahead and tried and then resealed it. And they didn’t even charge me!!!!!!!! I tried to pay but wouldn’t take my $$$$. Images at the moment I picked the car up and got it homo: dirty leather, roof untouched, pine sap (after I was told they took care of pine sap gratis).

Was a great wash for my RV. Nice employee keeping things clean. My only minor negatives, were the tight area to exit in my RV (had to pull up/back up several times) and that switching “modes” (from wash with soap to the foam brush) caused my time to end. I had to use my credit card and start over, which cost more.8 months agoOur van was absolutely coated in red mud from a forest service road. We desperately needed to clean it and our van is too tall to fit in the automated car washes. The self service car wash was great. We got the van clean in very little time. I would recommend paying with a credit card rather than quarters because the credit card only charges exactly how long you use the pressure washer (at least $4 to start the machine). When you use quarters you have to kind of guess how long and may not need the full time you payed for.11 months agoGreat place and took only five minutes. Super convenient. Vacuums cost about 2.00 in change, which is a gripe, but this kind of service has been going on for years. Nobody really has change spared these days. I never keep cash on me which is unfortunate. If that’s not an issue, this is a great place. Otherwise, super quick and easy to use. The machine that washes the cars is also fun to watch!

I love this place free vacuums, and the place just gets my rig so incredibly clean it is amazing. The guy saved me on my next wash save me money. The girl that guided me in was fantastic.
This car scratched up the front of my car and did not do a good job cleaning my car either.
Reply: I’ve been to other car washes regularly and this has never happen for the past 2 years.
Had to go thru two times and tire shine not working at all (paid $5 extra) and tailgate still didn’t get clean after second wash. see pics
Talked with two employees, they said nothing they were able to do and apologized. I asked to speak with a manager. They said there isn’t a manager. SMH!
Have been members at this car wash nearly since it has opened. Was good the first year or so, but has been routinely bad this past year. Tailgate is RARELY ever clean. See photo for the excellent job. This seems to be a common gripe among other reviews, too. The machine has noticeable had certain features not working, and I’m not surprised at all that someone had a side mirror break off from this car wash. There was one day I went through about a month ago and I thought I was going to lose my mirror, too! The machine was way too forceful. I’ve seen where they’ve had to stop the assembly line multiple times for other issues as well. With the Ocean Blue car wash being completed sometime soon, I expect this car wash will lose a LOT of business. Can’t recommend this location. Will be canceling membership.
Cycle is too fast and very forceful. my side mirror ripped off and they will not cover damages. Manager stated since there wasn’t any damages to the vehicle before or even after me. I don’t recommend this location.
