6 months agoWent through the car wash on Phoenix Ave. and the first time through, soap was still all over my car. I told the employees and they had no problem sending me back through to try and get the soap off, but the pictures below are from the second time through with soap all over my car still. By the time I vacuumed my car, the soap had dried and left nasty spots and smudges on my car, which was the whole purpose of paying $20 to get my car clean. The employees were great, but we won’t be coming back. Sometimes the wash leaves a little soap on my car but overall it comes out clean. I’m happy with the sticker I got for unlimited washes per month. Worth the cost hands down.

5 months agoI have used this car wash many times but this particular time after I went through the automatic wash I pulled over to vacuum and I noticed my rear wiper was broken off my rear window. I went inside and told the worker on duty and he stopped the car wash and went inside to retrieve my broken wiper arm. He gave me a business card to the owner and told me to email the owner. I emailed the owner about this incident and called and left a voicemail but he has yet to contact me back and it’s been almost 1 month. The part is only $20 on Amazon and an easy fix that I ended up having to pay for and fix myself. I don’t recommend this car wash to anyone that wants to keep their car from getting damaged because the owner won’t contact you back with a solution. There’s my experience. I won’t be back.a month agoGot my Truck washed here for the first time. Rowdy helped me out with the different wash options. Signed up for the Monthly Plan. If I run my Truck thru there twice a month it cost the same as a Monthly Plan. Going Once a Week now to keep it clean. 3 months agoI used the car wash at the Rogers Avenue location and Tony was so nice, helpful, and cute! 😜 I got the $16 wash and my windshield didn’t get cleaned the best the first time thru so he sent me thru again and upgraded it to the best wash. It came out perfect! Thanks again Tony for the outstanding customer service! 😊a month agoThe costumer service is excellent! I only rated 4 stars because there are no mat washers and some of the vacuums need work. Otherwise this place is a great option for a car wash!

Please be sure you are going to the Splash across from Harps Grocery Store! The sign just says “Car wash”.
What a wonderful experience. I arrived there when they opened, as it always seems to be a line of cars waiting I wanted to beat the crowd. It was the best experience! The young guys out there are working their butts off the entire time! I had the pleasure of interacting with two of them, you don’t get their names but for the sake of the review
I will call them “Jeep guy” and “Pink shorts”(Both had shoulder length hair).They were so polite and smiled when they spoke to you. They seemed pretty happy to be there which is great. All of them took pride in whatever part of the process they were involved with. I took one of my vehicles and they did such a great job I went home and picked up the other as well. The line does look intimidating but it moves fairly quickly. They started about 815, I made a trip home and brought a second vehicle and was done about 940!!! Excellent timing for a hand wash!!! Keep up the great work. I will definitely be returning.
I did exterior cash wash and polishing here. It was super. They do hand wash your car first before passing it through the tunnel. Then, they hand dry your car with towel. They are very respectful of you. I think it is a family owned and operated business. I saw a dad, mom and their daughter all taking care of your car in a great way with their other workers. I will definitely be their regular customer.
This is hands down the best car wash around. The service is amazing every time we go. It’s awesome that the owner works along side his employee, that says a lot for a business. The lines are long sometimes but 🤷🏼♀️ it’s worth it. Just plan around it if you’re in a hurry today go the next time simple as that! Have a blessed day all!!!!!

Other automatic washes can scratch your paint, and those parts are rarely cleaned that spin and wipe the car, here they actually hand wash it , it’s 10x better.
Saturday was my first time there, the young man that came to my window first explained every single detail and I knew exactly what to expect. My car is black and they assured me that only microfiber cloths are used. The DETAIL that was put into this wash and dry was UNREAL. I was literally escorted through the rinse tunnel so I knew exactly how fast to go next time. (The chains were down that day) They made sure I was 100% satisfied before I left. It did not look this good the day I drove it off the lot. Don’t waste your money anywhere else.
