3 months agoApparently closing at 7pm means 6:15pm. One car in the bay but they said after that one they were done for the day. Will never use Take 5 and we have 10 company trucks and multiple personal trucks working in the area. Will find somewhere else to do oil changes2 months agoI visited this establishment in May and my car was severely damaged. I have contacted the facility a million times and they stated they would pay. It is going on 5 months now and the compensation promised has not been processed. Corporate and claims have not responded to the facilities request for payment for the damages. I have never experienced this level of unprofessionalism and keep getting the run around. Hometown feel with fantastic results. This has definitely been the best experience I have had at a car wash. For starters the staff is very professional and kind. They take notice of frequent visitors and ensure that your business is appreciated. The car wash itself provides fantastic results. I definitely recommend the ‘#1 The Works ‘, it has yet to disappoint. The amenities speak for themselves from floor mat cleaners to dual sided complementary vacumn. All included in every wash. Prices start around 8 bucks I believe with a detail kit at just 3 dollars (see pics). No hassel and stress trying to choose cleaning kits . Try it and you won’t be sorry.
I took my brand new Kia Carnival to this car wash I haven’t even had it a month it’s brand NEW!!! And their car wash tore off a strip on the top of my car and bent it in the dryer. I let them try fixing it and they admit their machine did it and that they couldn’t fix it and then I get a call from a rude guy named Jordan who doesn’t even want to tell me his name or the bosses name but says there was previous damage so they won’t fix it!
It’s brand new!!! He was extremely rude and me and my entire family are done doing business with them!
Different tiers at different prices. That’s standard for car washes. But friendly cashier and free vacuums that don’t shut off after 3 minutes make a difference. The detail kits have the good stuff on those wipes. Worth the money if you want the extra sparkle inside the car.
👍 only one thing I’ve noticed since going to Tommy’s for 3 months is that at first it would blow car almost completely dry, but now its like they speed you thru. Even the wash. I have a subscription to Works mainly for tire shine, but sometimes it misses a tire. Wish there was a prewash option for like wheelwells. Still a good place for the price.
I love this place except for one thing. It always leaves a dirty streak right down the middle of my SUV back glass and bumper. I guess because that is the spinning cleaners meet.
