5 months agoThis place is awesome and the vacuums work so good. I just had my car washed at rocket wash since the birds decided to decorate my car, and it didn’t even get everything off! Wasted 20$ At nappa they spray your car before it gets washed. I chose the 12$ wash and my car looks great now!a month ago75th Street Absolutely garbage, scratches all over car after wash on 3/18/2023. Attendant didn’t check pickup truck in front of me to see if his box was clean, when I followed thru after him my cars unscratched near perfect paintjob was ruined. Deep scratches on hood roof and trunk. Stopped back after I noticed it in garage and alls they could say was wow the car is dirty. I told them I drove it thru wash and drove it home into garage. I just bought car 2005 Bonneville from car Collector in Texas 4 weeks ago. It was stored in an aircraft hanger it had only seen rain once.Left my details with manager it’s September 2023 now still no contact.
6 months agoFriendly staff. Free vacuum. Wash does good job (they pre-power spray by hand). The towel dry is the best. No other place around does that. Can get monthly plan… go at least 3 times in a month, and you’ve gotten more than your money’s worth!3 months agoHorrible customer service. I had the monthly membership and moved out of state I called in to cancel they assured me it was cancelled but been drafting it the past two months. No one answers my calls or return my calls I left multiple voicemail. But no luck. I guess I need to call my bank to put stop on it.7 months agoBeware, Use Exact Change! I put a $20 bill in for a $5 basic wash. $10 change, receipt would not print, saw $5 light go on in the car wash. Manager told me a got a silver wash. Don’t think I will be back.

4 years agoI am so bummed. To start, I really like this place. It’s well maintained, clean and the free vacuum service is really nice. The people I have interacted with thus far have always been friendly, which makes this all the more disappointing. I recently got a new car (new to me, but a pristine 2011 Black Jetta 2.5 SE) and I wanted an option to keep the underbelly clean from salt during the winter. A co-worker turned me onto the unlimited Silver package at Nappa as it cleans the bottom of the car. Perfect! I subscribed and went several times and loved it. I went there a few days ago and after getting a wash, I checked the back of my car and was shocked by what I saw. It absolutely tore up my trunk. I have tons of scratches and marks all over it that I NEVER had before. I have had the car for a few weeks and before I bought it, I looked it over with a fine toothed comb so I know what marks it previously had and didn’t have. I also have the benefit of having all the screenshots the dealership took of the car to show it didn’t have these scratches on it before. I could be wrong here, but I could have sworn I noticed either more brushes than I was used to seeing so I am not sure if this could be a byproduct of new stiff brushes perhaps? There were two employees watching the area with the brushes which I wasn’t used to seeing, which is why I’m wondering if maybe something around that area was just upgraded or something. Either way, I don’t know what to do. I was loving the idea of the silver package cleaning the salt off the bottom of my car and it was doing a great job washing my car up until this last time, but I can’t keep going back if it’s tearing up my car. There is nothing I do, use or put anywhere near my car that could make marks like that. I baby it way too much for that many marks to happen by some random chance. I don’t quite know what to do. I called two days ago, mid day, but no one picked up. I’m going to be out the money for the subscription, but more importantly, my trunk looks like it’s been attacked by a steel wool brush. The pictures show some of what I am talking about. The only thing I did to them was black out my plate number, but nothing else has been touched. Like I said, I really like this place, but it has damaged my paint job so it’s hard to recommend.I am open to speaking with anyone from the Washington location if they are interested and showing them the car, etc. I think this needs to be addressed.
8 months agoThe crew takes care of every vehicle coming through the wash making sure everyone get great service they actually know my maroon silverado with black racing stripes personally because I’m in there every week tip your workers they appreciate it!a year agoThe owner Peter was extremely rude. I visit here weekly and after explaining a few things are t working and the blower never worked to dry my vehicle he got upset and walked off! Best Automated Carwash Around. You have 3 choices from $8, $12 or $18 for a one time. There is a teller lane or you can use the automated self-paying lane which takes debit and credit cards. I recommend the monthly subscription for unlimited carwash that has its own lane for no waiting. Free manual vacuuming towards the exit. Automated gate at exit, so no one can sneak in. Well, lite lot. Attend helps guide vehicles on tracks of carwash. Located conveniently on corner. Stop lights help get in and out very easily. The vehicle comes out spotless in under 3 minutes.
Lots of brushes so if you prefer touch less (better if you need a light wash or want to prevent scratches) not the place for you. Got the windshield really clean, but missed some bugs on my side mirror.
So I wouldn’t let my dogs wash at this car wash. Not only were they rude and insulting, they turned me away because of how my car looked like a cracked head light really. First of all it’s my choice which I’m very capable of doing so still and second who do u think ur talking to and insulting like that ugh last time I checked a paid for 2019 Honda Civic wasn’t a POS … and what ur employee did to me was absolutely the most disrespectful unprofessional way possible…please don’t spend ur money here Do not spend your money at this car wash……..

The manager/team leader Kyle is a Jerk. I had to chase him down for over 3 weeks to settle an issue that would have taken 10 minutes to solve. I called his cell 2 times and lvm each time with my call back number,. Then I drove up and left messages with the other employees to please call me back… still no call back from him at all. Luckily about a month later I ran into one of the higher ups Nick, who saved the day. All it took for him was to find the report that was written the day of the incident and within minutes he showed me a picture of the long mark on my truck was there before I entered the wash. That helped me nail down where the mark came from almost a month and a half later. Nick even offered to buff the mark out for me for free. Nick, like the rest of the crew on 52nd street, you all rock! But on the other hand, Kyle you wasted a lot of my time, and gas and I experienced a lot of frustration trying to chase you down to get the camera’s results. That was very unprofessional of you, and it makes me wonder how you stumbled upon a lead position with a good company like Rocket wash. That was very arrogant of you, and one day that attitude will catch up to you, and the shoe will finally be on the other foot.
It was a good experience. The car wash was quick and easy. They had free vacuums and floor mat cleaner. Also there is a vending machine for additional cleaners for your car.
