2 months agoDetailing was way below acceptable, brought to owners attention and acted like it was minor issues, not to me . Just received a response about issue being resolved and no it was not and when I got home that same afternoon, both sides of my car had overspray from armorall or something splattered on lower panels so I had to redo sides of my car due to not being completed. I won’t go back , will just use another detailing service5 months agoCar wash and oil change were good, but I didn’t know what the heck I was doing or who I should be talking to at first. No one was at the desk and I was standing at the counter for a while. I was told different directions. Maybe add a check in station that is clear to anyone going for the first time. I’d rather go to Take 5 and wash my car myself to be honest.4 months agoThe wash itself was good, but when I got in my car, there was a bad smell. So I started walking back inside to get an air freshener. The woman Manger asked me what was wrong and I told her there was a smell in my car and I thought it mite be the water from washing the floor mats. She told me they use soapy water, so it couldn’t be that. She then told me if there was a smell, it was there when I came in. I proceeded to buy the air freshener and politely told her that my car did not smell before I got there. I mean I went back into buy air freshener. Wasn’t asking for money back or anything additional from Todd’s and she was soooo rude. Told her I wouldn’t be coming back and she said that’s fine. How the heck do you stay in business like that. I even tipped the workers $10!!! Not going back!2 months agoI don’t think I’ll go back… they’re always short handed so the employees don’t clean as well because they’re trying to keep up. Had streaks in the windows and my floor mats were soaked when I got my truck back. No telling how wet they were when they put them in my truck. Wish them luck… long time customer but, time to move on.2 years agoChipped my car’s paint and couldn’t even give me a full refund. Came for a car wash. Picked the $30 full service which is interior and exterior washing. When they were done they told me they could do a detailing to get the black off the top of my car. When they were done I noticed my handles had been stripped of paint significantly. Not just one on handle but on all four. Not to mention the black spots were still there. When I told the manager what had happened all he offered me was the $20 back for the detailing even when I asked for the full $50 politely. I have an old car so I wasn’t upset about the messed up paint, I was upset I still had to pay for it.

a month agoI recently signed up for the 99© month promotion they have going on. Cody was very helpful when I signed up. They gave me some coupons for oil changes and a rear view air freshener. The carwash does the job, can’t ask for much. It’s nice that they have towels, window cleaner and interior cleaner available. They really don’t have much business and I’m worried they won’t last long. The only con is they really don’t have options for unlimited wash monthly.2 months agoGreat, Car Wash! Towels, window and interior cleaner sprays and automated car wash did a good job. Disclaimer: I was given a free car wash, and then asked to review. That being said, still thoroughly enjoyed my experience.a month agoHorrible experience. I’ve been waiting here for assistance for 10 mins now and there’s nobody to guide me in so I had to get out my car and move the black sign out of the way to leave. There should be somebody here paying attention and helping people. It’s bad enough kalise saloon location is ALWAYS closed. I didn’t know if I was suppose to drive in by myself or not.4 weeks agoGreat value for unlimited membership. The staff nor car wash brushes clean/washed the tailgate of my truck! Also no bug cleaning prep was done when entering the carwash by staff! The the front and back of my truck was still dirty! 😡Went back for a second time. No bug Wash/Prep No brush washing by the employee. He just guided me into the car wash. If you’re not going to scrub for bugs then Have a bug wash station. I think I’m going to cancel my membership.
2 months agoI was so excited when this car wash opened up just blocks away from me so I immediately signed up for a monthly membership. They charged me the monthly fee, then promptly closed the business for an entire month for renovations (July). Although they charged me, I had no access to a wash or vacuums. I tried submitting a form online but was greeted with the message that they cannot accept a form at this time, please try later. This went on for a week. Notice that there is no customer service phone number offered on their website. Nobody to talk to. A month passed and they opened back up, so I stopped by to get credit/refund…anything. They said that they couldn’t help me but afforded me a customer service number. When I called, they also said that they couldn’t help me, but would pass along my issue to a District Manager “Martinez”, who would get back to me (right). It’s been nearly a week and all I hear are crickets. They took my money and in return offered zero services, with no apologies or customer service to right the situation. Everyone that I’ve spoke to in the process has been super nice, but the bottom line is that they’ve charged me for service they could not provide, and have given me the cold shoulder since. I can’t recommend their services to anyone at this time. Shame on Take 5, whose name should actually be “Take Your Money”. The local car wash could not help me, corporate could not help me, nor the district manager. Buyer beware.

I just left classic auto spa on johnston st. for the LAST time. There’s no more tire shine guys now. Which is understandable. They’ve done that before during covid. No big deal. I would just get the $5 wash and wash my rims and tires myself. Normally, the $15 wash would get you an upgraded wash and tire shine by the guys. Well NOW, they said they have a $15 wash that includes the tire shine with the wash. By the machines. Well not only did that NOT work, my truck came out FILTHY. I just spent $15 and an hour cleaning my truck. I feel like i just got robbed. If I wanted to wash my truck for an hour, I would have just done it myself. Im officially done with classic auto spa.
Used these guys for a while now, one morning the wash ripped my mirror cover off of my vehicle. Immediately reported to management which verified the cause of the damage via surveillance. They requested estimates on repairs. Once fulfilled, communication decreased and now getting the run around. Refusing to give insurance information or video footage. Never had issues with the location in carencro to be fair. Only the Johnston St. Wash.
The experience I had today was amazing! This was my first time visiting here since the change to Whitewater and the manager (I assume) Tracy was a delight to speak with. She explained everything to me simply while being thorough. She is the reason I got the membership lol I definitely recommend this place!
AVOID! ZERO STARS. Do NOT waste your money here. This is robbery. Paid for the best package… You’re better off letting your car sit out in the rain.
Terrible service. I pulled up to the window and the clerk literally walked away and said I had to wait. Put someone else in her seat who stared at her phone for almost 10 minutes before finally waiting on me. Car wash used to be best in town when it was Classic. Now its super rushed and they don’t rinse enough. I have gone here for the last time. Lafayette has plenty of car washes. I will find one with better service and product.
