5 months agoI am really disappointed. I paid 38 dollars plus $10 tip for a premium wash that was not premium. My tires had no tire shine, and they half wiped the rims ,you could see dirt streaks on every rim. Crums were left in the change tray and a empty water bottle in the side door, which let’s me know they were not wiped at all.. the mats were not removed when vacuumed.the only thing I can see they wiped was the dash. There were spots all over the windsheild and bugs on both side mirrors…what is premium about that?? I wasted 50 bucks.I WANT A REFUND!! I didn’t stay to speak with a manager because I wasn’t feeling well..but I am definitely going to post my review to my channel and I plan on speaking to management about this poor quality wash. Corporate reached out I spoke with the manager, and they refunded payment…8 months agoPaid $40 with tax for a platinum interior. My SUV should have been spotless inside and out. When I was told the car was ready I looked in the back and it was not even vacuumed. I then took it back around to have it fixed hoping the supervisor would see what a terrible job they did. When I picked up my vehicle again, my center console in the front and back are still dirty, windows were not fully cleaned, the exterior was still dirty (to the point were I could write on the car, see pics) and the rims were not fully cleaned as they should be. At the beginning of the wash, I was asked about joining their wash club, I’m glad I said no thanks! My 5 year old son does a better job when we go to the self service car wash. Oh and don’t bother calling them, no one ever picks up the phone.in the last weekGreat monthly special right now!! $9.99/unlimited for the first month. Couldn’t pass that up. It usually costs me at least $40 to get my full size SUV done and I’m never happy. No complaints today!8 months agoIf I could leave zero stars I would. I bought an upgraded package to ensure the car was cleaned and left a $20 tip. All they really did was took my car through the car wash. They didn’t clean in the inside or throw away my banana peel. I paid $60 for no reason! I tried and tried to call and speak to a manager that day and could not get through. The phone kept ringing. Take a look at the photos AFTER they gave me back my car and I got in it. I will NOT be going back to that place. Not happy about my visit there.2 months agoLet me just start with when I pulled up. There was a whole bunch employees just standing around. That employees were friendly and up sold me the titanium package. I asked about what would be done inside because I was more concerned with my inside and outside, and they assured me that everything would be wiped down and vacuumed. However, when I got in my mats were not cleaned. And my car is very well-kept and all I wanted was for it to be vacuumed out and wipe down inside. I could have went to the self serve car wash and gotten a better wash and vacuum for a cheaper price. I definitely won’t be back and will inform my friends and family not to go as well.

2 weeks agoI went to Water’s car wash this morning like I normally do and was vacuuming my car. Isabella came up to me and asked if I wanted to get my floor mats washed. She was extremely kind and took care of them pretty quickly. I’m very impressed with this car wash! Everyone here is super friendly. 10 out 10 highly recommend.3 months ago– I have had to update my review because as a business owner, I have been given a business lesson in what “great customer service” means.– The service they offer is simply impressive, it is a complete experience from “A” to “Z”.
– From the moment you arrive, there is an optional self-service station to clean up bugs and/or bird poop (those that adhere strongly to the paint).
– Then they have 2 “check in” booths where they receive you better than at home (LOL). There Amanda, the girl who attended me, explained to me well the irresistible offer that they have where you pay only $19.99 for the first month for the FULL service, the second month is only $10+.
There they give you free air freshener and/or dash cleaner, small details, big differences.
– Then you arrive at the tunnel where the person who guides you kindly greets you with a “Good Morning”, from time to time he even makes a joke to brighten the day… and you go through that spectacular system of washing, waxing, drying and more 100% automatic.
– Then you go to the self-cleaning section, all the tools are in optimal condition, a vacuum cleaner, clean rags and brushes of all kinds for all uses.
– They give you free products for windows, tires, interior, multipurpose, etc…
– All employees are checking that everything is in order, filled, clean, simply impressive.
– Steve, one of them, kindly and without even asking, offered to pressure wash my rugs.
– Also Isabel is a great person, helpful and always checking everything is okay.
Definitely and with total certainty I can tell you, THEY ARE THE BEST.

Highly recommend this car wash if you’re in Lakeland and in need of a wash/detailing.a month agoI absolutely love Waters Car Wash! Everyone is super helpful and kind. I did run into a minor inconvenience but the staff made sure to that I’d be satisfied without even me “demanding” to be recompensed.The tools here to clean your car will leave yours looking bonita ✨️ definitely recommend!!
a month agoAwesome car wash with all the amenities you could expect and want. Plenty of free air fresheners, cleaning liquids, and tools for whatever level of detailing you could want. They have staff members like Amanda who are more than happy to assist in whatever you may need.

It’s one of the most perfect and complete car wash that we were visiting. First área it’s for prepare your truck, suv, or remove your bugs. After you wash your car stop for vacuum and include towels and for clean your windows. Good prices and was open all the week and open through 8pm, they have single wash or month plan.
Very nice Car Wash, everything from the very friendly employees and helpful management to the actual facility is the best I’ve been too. Would recommend to everyone to try this place.
This car wash is very nice, clean, and convenient with all the amenities you could ask for in a car wash. My only issue with it is the monthly service. Once you sign up, it’s automated every month. Since people don’t usually get car washes every day or even every week, I think it should only charge one month then not automatically renew, but rather wait til the customer comes back to run the card again.
It’s similar to my regular car wash place. The only thing better about this location is that it’s much bigger than my regular car wash. Pricing was good. I got the $20 wash. They don’t offer air freshener which was a bit of a let down. Luckily my place gave me extras.

Attendant assisting guidance into wash track also very professional and friendly.
This is a top notch outfit. Love the pre-wash station! Vacuum system is great and I use the air gun to dust off my dash.
