  Always clean area to clean my car and I feel as safe as possible to do so without fear of anything going wrong. My family enjoys taking the few minutes to go thru the car wash and just watch out the windows as it gets washed down.

  I just love love love this car wash!! They don’t rush you to leave at all and you can wipe your car down with their towels and take your time. Ps… Christian is awesome.   I was skeptical when mod wash purchased the old car wash on west bay… since the re model I am in love! The facility offers an amazing car wash, powerful vacuums, pressured air to get dirt and leaves out of nooks and crannies, and window cleaner. My truck looks amazing and I am super happy! The staff was sensational as well! Christian was very accommodating and helped me get everything I needed during my visit! Plus their air fresheners are the best!!

  After many years as a loyal customer, something happened today that I cannot let go of and also caused my decision not come back. First they placed the carpets in the back incorrectly so they had to force them causing it to deform a bit. But that was not the worst, they broke the selector knob of my AC and nobody notified me, they just hid it so that I would not notice, which I noticed at the moment since when I got into the vehicle the function of sending AC to the feet was selected and I never use that, and when I went to change it I noticed the broken piece. I understand that it is part of the job that things sometimes break but it is unacceptable that the client is not notified and compensated for it. We are talking about a almost new vehicle with just 3k miles on it so there is no need for the owner to have to accept that the part just broken on a vehicle that he barely bought. I already try to place the plastic piece back and doesn’t works since the clips are broken.

  Amazing place. For under $20, someone vacuums your car, puts it through the carwash for you, and then does a very good cleaning of the inside as well. Pay a little extra, and they will clean your tires and hubcaps as well.

  The line was short. They did a great job sweeping the interior. The one thing they use to do was take the outside antenna off before washing outside, they don’t do that now. Otherwise they did a good job.

  Efficient & thorough. Even if they’re busy I order the Gold Package and am out in 40 minutes. Everyone is kind and you can leave cash tips in a box while you wait outside for your car. I have never left unsatisfied with the job! Thank you!

  Maybe my expectations are too high from a “mom and pop” style detailing place but we have used cuzins many times and I’ve always cut them slack because they’re so busy. Today, I pre-washed the front bumper of my car (because they commonly miss the bugs and crud up there), removed my all weather floor mats and did a quick interior wipe down to make things as easy as possible for them. My husband took it up, they weren’t nearly as busy as normal and they STILL did a lazy job with the vacuum. Didn’t even touch the doors and wipe them down. There was still sand all over my front passenger seat. The reason I take my car somewhere to get cleaned is so I don’t have to do it myself! At this rate, with the pre-cleaning so they don’t miss the bugs on the front bumper and removing mats so it’s easier to vacuum- I might as well just do the rest myself and save the money. This place was great maybe a year or so ago- but today will be my last visit to cuzins.
