3 weeks agoStaff was super friendly, which is why it was such a bummer to get home and find my truck looked exactly like it did before I threw $25 out the window.10 months agocar wash is very busy during the snow days as the car line comes upto the road. basic car wash is $10 which includes one free self vacuum otherwise vacuum is four quarters per time based use. the are offering snow and holiday sale for $30 for five basic car wash and they have similar offers going on during December 2022 holiday season. they also have self wash with a power water splash next to auto car wash.a month agoThe only place to park my car for the past week was under a tree, because of this my car was entirely covered in dried sap, and leaves, and even quite a few bugs. The attendant at this car wash went above and beyond to make sure he scrubbed my car before it went through the wash. I was really impressed by how thorough he was for the price. After the wash my car looks fantastic, especially the wheels which were in pretty rough shape beforehand.2 months agoBest Car Wash In New Hampshire! I have 3 cars that I wash here weekly including a 1997 BMW Z3 that Ido by hand in their self service Bay. Equipment works excellent, Staff is Great and The owner goes above and beyond to make this a great car wash. On the way in, after payment the attendant uses a handheld wand to get the “hard to reach” areas of the vehicle. The automated wash seems quite thorough but doesn’t take much time. The VIP card rewards return trips. This is my car wash of choice at the moment, I will be back.

2 months agoLove this car wash. The staff is friendly, fantastic and the best. The prices are very reasonable. My cars are always clean. One time, I went, and my car was a little dirty. I told them, and they sent it right back in no hassles. Honest people, honest companya year agoNot sure what happened in the touchless wash, but it sure didn’t wash my car. Never had issues with any other place. Decided to give this one a try and it couldn’t even rinse my car right. Wax left streaks, didn’t get the salt off the front at all. Waste of $20. Go to the place on the corner of Willow and Beech St instead. Car wasn’t even that dirty before going in. And the vacuums are the weakest I’ve ever seen. The attendants there are always friendly. They use brushes to prewash the sides and hood before the vehicle rolls through.7 months agoThe touch less bay was closed so I went through their other bay and was happy with the top of my car but the undercarriage had a lot of snow debris and it did not clean at all

This place lost my vehicle registration. And of course denied the whole thing, not only that but when I called to ask about it the people there were rude. I would not recommend this place at all. Horrible customer service and no professionalism at all. No respect for veterans or law enforcement at all.
Took my wife’s car here and about a month later she got a alert that her oil was low. Took it to the dealership and they said that whoever did the oil change did not tighten the filter and it leaked oil all over the underside of the car. This could have destroyed the engine or put my family in danger. I would not recommend going here at all.
This place says it’s open until 6pm on weekdays. I pulled in at 5:10 and today (8/14/2023) for a state inspection and was told, “we don’t have enough time. We wouldn’t be able to focus on your car if a couple of oil changes pull in behind you”. I believe the oil changes would be behind me in line so they should have had to wait for my car to get taken care of. Also, there was 1 car in 1 of their 3 bays and it didn’t look like anyone was pulling in anytime soon. I work in a diesel truck shop(big rigs), it looked like they already had 1 bay cleaned and where trying to clean up early and get out on time on a Monday. Mind you, I have no check engine light on, new tires, rotors, calipers, brakes, wipers all around and a new heater core, and my whole exhaust was done about a year ago, ball joints done 2 years ago, lights have been defogged and replaced all around. This car has driven 1.5 miles to and from work for the last 15 months with a few side trips(3,153 miles in the last 15 months). Kinds pissed since the NH MV site says it takes 15-60 minutes to do a state inspection, depending on how much there is to write up on the car…oh, and they say 15-30 minutes is a drive test with the vehicle.
Employees aren’t very friendly
Imagine being assaulted just because you needed to get Your 2.50$ returned to you because the vacuum didn’t work.

Not only will I not be going back there, but I can not.
Police I sent to go along with a law suit. I didn’t press charges. Like he asked me if I wanted to do I said no . I wanted it logged . . I just wanted someone to help and the thug that worked there put his hand on me. He assaulted me . We’ll just let the lawyers go from here . It’s all on film bud . But u are right it doesn’t record sound… U can say he said anything, and I did not enter the wash area. I Went to the entrance and when I raised my voice,so he could here me, he got all but hurt.Thats when he put his hands on me . If that’s how businesses run than continue my friend. Run your business the way u want to run it. But from what it sounds like from other people, maybe hire better people.
Sounds like I’m not the first,they talk to any old way. But he picked the wrong one that day. I’m not just going to get bullied into taking a loss. Trust that. We will go the legal route this time .
But as what seems like you and the cops have alot better relationship than I obviously do. I am hiring a lawyer, just for the 2.50 at least.
