The service has consistently been top-notch, and it’s reassuring to know that even with ownership changes, the quality remains high. The pre wash/bug removal section is great to scrub off the bugs before wash. The wash is smooth and very effective, and the best part is the interior area that is covered and cool with seating areas while you wait. This place is quick and easy. My car is always sparkling inside and out when I leave!! ❣️9 months agoDecided to try the interior Express after going through the car wash today. Was surprised to find out it was only $10 plus tax since we’re unlimited wash members. It was no wait, there were only two cars ahead of us, and it was done very quickly. You can see from the pictures they had a team of several people working on our car at one time. We’re very happy with how clean the interior turned out especially for 10 bucks! Obviously not as detailed or professional as paying a $200 fee at a car detailing shop but certainly worth it for a quick clean.a month agoBeen using this car wash for years. It stays consistent. 3 months agoVery disappointed in this facility. There are free vaccums, yet no towels or cloths, or even vending machines to buy any to further dry the car. They use a bug spray but have no brushes available to scrub bugs, runs, etc. So whatever doesn’t get removed by the auto cycle will remain. I went through twice and my truck was still filthy.6 months agoHaving been a member for years, I’m disappointed in the lack of cleanliness at the Wickham and Viera locations, in the vacuum drive and vacuum parking spaces. At 730 am today, at the Wickham Rd location, there is a lot of trash on the ground and I found a screw that could have punctured someone’s tire. I often see multiple employees at the start gate, but maybe y’all could have them walk the vacuum drive and socks for nails and screws and trash. I spoke to an employee about this before leaving and he said he would relay this to the manager.a week agoWe paid for a Premium car wash and we received a semi clean car. They used a dirty cloth on the interior and windows. So the dirt was smeared on dashboard and windows. We sent a complaint and only heard that it would be looked at.a year agoThey are really amazing, I highly recommend!!! I own a German shepherd and she gets hair all over the back seat of my car. I’ve taken my car there now a few times to get her hair cleaned out of my car and they always do a really great job they get a whole bunch of it out I understand that its almost impossible to get all the dog hair out but they get as much as humanly possible and I really appreciate it. The response from Bill’s Car Wash (El Car Wash) was an automated response. I have already spoken to the customer support people several times and they still refuse to do anything about the damage to my car. SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!
Bills car wash (El Car Wash) is scam. I have been a regular customer for years. Six months ago, my passenger mirror was damaged going through their car wash. I reported this immediately, before leaving the property. We reviewed the video and watched the damage occur. I was told to come back at a later time and speak to a manager/owner named Mike.
Mike agreed to fix the mirror, wrote down his email address for me and told me to find a used part on eBay. He said installation was easy and that he was even willing to help me install the part.
I was unable to find the part on eBay or any other site and sent several emails to Mike, all of which went unanswered. I continued to stop by Bill’s car wash every week or two, trying to get the matter resolved. I was always told that they were busy at the time, there was no manager available, please come back at another time.
Finally, last week, I spoke to a manager who told me that I had waited too long to get the matter resolved. I explain to him that I didn’t wait at all, that in fact, it was Bill’s car wash was dragging their feet. He told me in any case, they would not be repairing my car.
I also called their customer service number and was also told they would not be repairing my car. I have spent a number of hours trying to find the proper parts and wasting my time on a promise that they would fix the car and now I’m left with the bill myself.

It takes a real special kind of a#$hole to not take responsibility for your company’s actions.i paid about $64 in membership over 2 months. On a trip to clean my car, their machines broke my drivers side tail light on my audi a4. I came back the following day to all of they found my tail light in the machine and the employee brought out the red lens that covers it, cracked. The owner bill walker told me that he would pay half of the cost to replace it (right around Christmas), and has ever since ignored all of my attempts at communication. Do I let it go and cause further damage while i give my kids a Christmas or do i spend the 300 on a new tail light and fix it. I will most definitely not be going back, and recommend to everyone, choose another business to support.
Update, April 10,2023. Still have not had any communication with the owner. Still has not kept his word, and i ended up out of pocket $400+ for a new tail light and installation. Still highly dissatisfied with the overall lack of giving a sh&@ about his customers. Poor business practice… Noted.
I love that their vacuums have super strong suction, also they have compressed air! The car wash attendants are friendly as well. The only thing I don’t like is the actual car wash. It doesn’t clean the front of your car at all so if you have bugs or any dirt on your front bumper, it’ll still be there even after paying for the $20 wash.
I love El Car Wash! I love that there are so many locations throughout the state though I have only used the ones in my area (Brevard) so far. The clean towels are always readily available for me to dry off and shine Noir (Tesla) when I come out of the tunnel. My 5 year old and I love to go and watch the lights together in the tunnel and sing songs. She also likes to help me vacuum out the car when we finish up. I also really love the locations with vacuums before you wash so when you come out of the tunnel you are all finished and ready to get back on the road. One thing that I’d like to recommend however is a Family Plan as in my household we have 3 cars so amongst the three cars we pay about $75.00. It would be great to have some cost savings for the household, such as $25.00 and $10.00 for each additional car. Beyond that we are very happy! El Car Wash associates are always pleasant and helpful. Thank you El Car Wash for helping a busy mom keep her clean after beach trips, cross country and swim meets, soccer games etc.

Update 1 week later. They had a special tonight when I drove in. It was their best wash package for a month for less than $22. I jumped on it and my Jaguar is looking pretty Nice! I think the regular price was $35 bucks a month unlimited wash. It came out so good that I think it’s worth it! 👍
