a month agoThey never open when they are supposed to. Advertisement indicates they open at 8AM, this is my seventh time coming here at 8AM NOT open yet 😡. I have been told equipment not working. Third time I have to go elsewhere for the wash. Canceling my membership. Last photo is where I am getting it washed……… not Mighty Wash.3 weeks agoThe tire gloss that is advertised is a fraud and according to the employees it’s a water base that goes on the tires. So we are paying extra for water to go on your tires? They need to get this off the menu. “Tire Gloss”2 years agoAbsolute worst car wash I’ve ever had. Paid extra for wheel and tire prep and hand dry, I had to dry it myself but the truck is still filthy, and wasn’t even that dirty before I washed it. This is $37 worth?!?7 months agoWent through the car wash as they might think I was fully paying attention. I don’t think I was directed in properly. Apparently my wheels didn’t go in right and I got stuck in the middle. They told me to back up and then hit the gas really hard to go forward. I went up and then back down and I heard a big bang. I pulled forward to get out. They wiped on my car and I pulled over to look under to see if there was any leakage. Everything seemed to be fine. The car was still very dirty. I went inside to speak to the manager and he told me that I probably wasn’t paying attention when they were directing me in and it happens all the time. And that if I would like I can go around and go again for free. I said no and left. I took the car to a mechanic. They said there’s no leakage. Nothing wrong but there is a dent. They were all very nice about it but it was not my fault.5 years agoTerrible place. The guys are supposed to scrub the bumpers and the windshield to get off the bugs. They did a half ass job. Then I paid extra for hand dry and half the vehicle was still wet when they said they were done. So I wanted a rewash and they said they weren’t responsible if the first wash didn’t clean my car. I paid $25 and my vehicle is still dirty and wet and soapy.

a month agoI recently took my car and got it wash. I dealt with a young lady by the of Destinee and she was great. She recommended a couple nice fragrances and I bought one for car as well as my wife’s car. She was super polite and attentive.2 months agoCar washed and clean thank you guys nice work 👍2 years ago🙂i like the place and staff is friendly but I don’t know about these Midland bugs. I have to visit the car wash every other day to keep my car, the grill and interior clean. Just one thing, Even by visiting this often the front grill doesn’t get cleaned all the way. I still got big juice and I requested “bug cleaner “ I will still continue the membership for both Audi vehicles and give it a longer try. I do recommend this place. I only gave it one star because I had to but honestly I would give it a negative 4 starts! Don’t go to this carwash! Their equipment broke off and smashed into my sons windshield and broke his rear view window! Been calling corporate for an hour to get this situation remedied and no response. The responding police officer said a similar thing happened to him not long ago. Be aware!!
If I could choose no stars I would. I used the carwash 9/17/22 I had just gotten my car there equipment had ripped my bumper of I made a report the manager on site took pictures to “send” off. I got a hold of Pablo the manager he’s had been giving me the run around. If someone can please connect me to someone above him. It is causing more damage to my car from water going in because of the rain. My trunk board has gotten wet and sinking in. This is not right at all
Came here to wash my truck and sign up for their VIP pass…Extremely busy place with staff running around like beheaded chickens. Asked to sign up for the monthly pass several times and they never helped. The wash itself was ok, will not go there again. I will keep going to their competitor down the street, their customer service and attention is always superb at “K”. One star for the sake of writing this review, but honestly 0 stars for the overall experience…
I like this Carwash in specific they go out of the way to make you happy and they clean out your bed for you
Terrible place to go!! Even the most expensive wash doesn’t do well.. In September I ran my car through there and it broke off my back windshield wiper, I reported it and the gentleman that worked there said it happens a lot..
I was told to fill out a claim online and someone would contact me.. after 2 weeks I called them and left a message and a manager called me back and told me to go to the dealership and get and estimate and bring it to them and they would take care of it!!
I took estimate to them over 3 weeks ago and Nothing!!!
