5 months agoWell I went to go get haircut My girlfriend went to the vacuuming section of the car wash only cost $4 and got to spend a few hours there because they weren’t that busy and she had to do some deep cleaning in my truck. I greatly appreciate the people here that I run the place. Instantly a new favorite place to go vacuum out the truck especially when I have a lot of dirt being tracked in from construction work and my warehouse work. Thank you again & you guys and girls definitely deserve the ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ➕ 👍🏻👍🏻💯a year agoThis place is like the Beverly hills looking car wash with the $10 basic wash and worthless vacuum air sucks better then the vacuum go figure. Not worth the price especially when you can half around the corner. Or double for a hand wash out of air freshener and wipes towel should give a discount. And only $1.50 per self wash. 👍🙂4 months agoI have been coming here since they first opened and I have the monthly membership, which is a good deal if you wash your car more than 2x a month. Probably one of the best carwashes around. However, one evening I came in a bit late and the employee removed all the vacuum hoses as I started vacuuming. I complained to her that they shouldn’t let me go in if they are not going to allow me to vacuum, but she said nothing and didn’t apologize. Not a big deal but bad customer service/interaction. Owner should take notes..2 months agoIt really was nice to get the intro clean code and I have been pleasantly surprised by how well everything operates. Best vacuums, staff available, and good prices. If you aren’t happy, they make it right. Classy operation.

6 months agoDoes a decent job of washing my car. I think one of the washing or drying features was broken today, but they gave me a free air freshener and cloth so I was happy! Employees are always friendly and helpful. As other reviewers say, I recommend taking a rag for drying/cleaning up any missed details after the wash!3 weeks agoI chose to go here after reading the reviews about customer service and because they’re open after 6 pm. I’m so glad I did. The assistant manager Edwin was extremely helpful and added tire shine to my tires himself after the automated rollers malfunctioned. He was very kind about it. I’ll definitely be back. Good customer service is hard to find !5 months agoI love this car wash. The workers are so sweet, the parking spots are kept clean and trash is never over flowing. They don’t complain if you just use the vacuum’s once in a while either. The pricing is so affordable for $6 for a basic wash and dry. This is the best car wash in the area!!4 months agoI would rate this car wash a 3.75 star place. Car wash price has jumped to $9 starting basic wash. That’s dramatic considering it was $6 for the basic wash just a couple weeks ago. The vacuums are first and getting in and out is not difficult. They recently added the air guns to push out excess water in the cracks which is nice. The wash itself is just “ok”. I still have to go over my car after to clean off spots that the wash doesn’t get.2 months agoI liked that at this car wash, they manually wash your windshield and their vacuums are pretty powerful.

It’s a good place to wash your car since the length of washing machine is more than other places and it is new. Good staff. I also would like to thank Eddie and Ashton to help me to unlock my car . My key was in the car and suddenly got locked. They saved me lots of money to get help from other sources. Thank you guys 🙏👌
You know I’m normally not a big fan of car washes like this. But I’ve been using this car wash for the last few years and I still have yet to get a scratch on any of my cars. The employees at this location are also extremely friendly!
USER BEWARE! THE MACHINES WILL SCRATCH YOUR PAINT!
I loved the convenience of this car wash, especially being able to just stay in the car and run it through, vacuum as needed, and air off any additional water at their self-service stations. I had noticed with an old truck that I saw lots of swirls marks in the paint but they eventually buffed out when I did a full clean up in preparation to selling the truck (black truck).
Fast forward to October 2023, I bought a new sedan also black and had ceramic sealed it so that I didn’t need to worry about water marks and whatnot. I did notice after some time that it was developing the swirl marks, and then eventually some deep lines into the black paint. It had looked like someone keyed my car. I took it to a nearby detailing center down the street and they said it is not from a person but a car washing machine which I had explained my use of Rapids Express.
So, if you have a light colored car then this place is for you. If you have car that you aren’t too concerned about the paint, this place is for you. If you care at all about your paint and keeping the car in tact, I’d consider washing it on your own or finding a touchless car wash place because this place did damage to my car that was unfortunate but thankfully nearly repaired. I did not take a picture beforehand. and the detailer did such a great job that you’d have to be looking for the scratches I’m referring to. But don’t say I didn’t warn you. I’m sure there’s signage somewhere before you pull in that says it can cause damage but we’re all too busy trying to figure out which line is the faster lane to get in.
I’m cancelling my monthly subscription and will not be using the business anymore. It’s very unfortunate! I really liked the business model!
The photos are after 2 washes…for $16 I expected it to be a little better. They were kind enough to let me run the car through again but it didn’t make a difference. Vacuums work well and the air is a nice bonus
Had a bit of difficulty putting the car in neutral and the staff were so patient and so helpful, very courteous, and the car wash is really good!
