Once the original owners sold, went down hill. I had high hopes for Mister Car Wash as it’s closer. (Price is same for membership) I love the wash itself. Best around. It’s the amenities—vacuum, air hose -they never work. Or have very little suction. I’ve moved stalls 4 times on many visits, same issue. With sick few things to maintain-car wash itself, vacuums and air hoses-why are so many not working or low performance??? The air hoses haven’t worked at all in weeks. I’ll stay but once a better car wash comes along, I will drop membership.a month agoSo many better options than this place. They use to be the standard but now every location is worn down, vacuums don’t work, mat sinks are gross, air doesn’t work. All car washes offer rags now for minor detail on the inside. Not Mr. Car Wash. The issue is every location, not this one in particular.I would not typically leave a review and I only am because of the fact that they try to upsell you to a monthly membership when this is what they offer, is crazy. Not the employees fault because I know they have to offer it.
For a quick wash of the car, sure, they’re ok. But if you want to spend your money on a car wash monthly membership to come really clean your car inside and out, don’t spend it here.
2 months agoWorst car wash ever. If you like and care about your car, I do not recommend you go here. It WILL scratch your car. Half of the stuff does not work. Yet they will continue to charge you $22 for the was that does no better than the $6 wash. Using the word no better is misleading. It works horribly. They use almost no soap and the little soap that does get on your car does not get rinsed off. Stay away.2 weeks agoTook my brand new 2024 Nissan Pathfinder through this automatic car wash. Got home and found 3 different places on passenger side that paint was chipped. Immediately went back and reported this. They took several pictures with and iPhone and told me they would send them in and I would hear from someone within 72 hours. They called 2 days later and said that they determined that this didn’t happen in the car wash and it must have been done prior.😡😡😡. I would love to know how they can determine that this happened prior to my car wash from a couple iPhone pictures. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau as well.I canceled my membership that I had for years, even when it was Superwash. This place has gone downhill ever since Mister took over. Just about every time I’ve gone through not all of the equipment works.

2 months agoEver since the original owners (coconuts) sold car wash, , continues to get worse. None of the air hoses worked -NONE. Had to go walk and find towels as they are not stocked as needed. I did not go at a busy time -6:30 pm on a Thursday. Ive been with this car wash through all 3 owners. This time seems like they slapped some new paint on it and that’s it. I will kit return.a month agoI just had a lovely run in with the owner while paying to use the services there. Was told I threw away too much and even after telling him I go there all the time and spend money using the vacuums, he then told me, “well you won’t be missed.” I guess I’ll find me a better place now.12 months agoThe car wash was great and convenient aside from underpowered vacuums, but that’s pretty usual. The problem is that it overcharged my card. I used 3 cycles of the machine ($2 each) and it charged me $10… and there is no phone number to call to talk an owner/the business so I have no choice but to call my credit card company to dispute the charges. I wonder how many other people have had this happen and just don’t care over $4 (and whether it’s intentional…)?12 months agoI always take both of my cars to this self service carwash ! and leave very happy. They give you plenty of time with the initial deposit and if you want to add additional time you can do so in increments. The brush had plenty of soap coming out however the pressure soap today for some reason did not. Thus the 4 stars instead of the usual 5 star .7 months agoGo there everyday with a membership. Disappointed every time. Machines are always down. Vacuums always stopped up. People are great is the only positive thing.

I would not recommend this car wash if you have larger tires 37″+ we have 37s and only the bottom half get washed and tire shine applied. Our Wrangler is also lifted so the top 6″ of the passenger and driver side doesn’t get washed. Also depending on who is there they might turn off the flaps saying that it would catch the bumper and move the vehicle around. I got the 30 day pass and Tae it through 2 or 3 times to get it looking good and then detail the rest at home or under their awning. And don’t expect the back of your Wrangler to get washes even with a rear tire delete.

I have a membership at LUV car wash and I frequently come to this location while visiting family in the area. If you live by the beach, you really should get a membership here because the salt from the ocean builds up in no time. I come a couple times pwr week and its well worth it. The employees at this particular location are so nice. Even though they probably see hundreds of people every week, they remember my car and they always help me with enthusiasm. I always try to tip the employees because they are working in the heat and constantly on their feet. Really good people at this location and I am so glad they opened a LUV here in Flagler Beach.
I signed up for their monthly car wash because they offered it for the same price as the regular wash as a special. I was assured that after the first month they would not automatically rebuild my credit card. Of course the second month I get a bill on my credit card for the full price of the monthly wash. When I tried to contact them at 10:20 in the morning a.m., I’m unable to get through and it tells me I’m trying to contact them outside of their normal business hours. Even though they are open. The wash itself is fine. But I don’t like being lied to and now I have to go through the hassle of charging back my credit card.
I’m not typically one for leaving negative reviews, except when my car leaves looking like this. I purchased the mid-level wash ($17) and my car looked like this after. The dirt was not there before I went through the car wash.
