Gentlemen talked me into getting my car washed by hand because it’s low and the outcome would be better, offered a discount so I paid $45 the interior wasn’t even wiped AT ALL.. mats were thrown back in without proper placement. NEVER AGAIN.4 months ago6/17/2023 : This car wash is ran by a poor manager that is reflected in the poor customer service from the rude cashier who appears to be working under stress. Because of the extended wait time approximately 20 – 25 mins to Simply get our vehicle checked in and we had to vacuum our own vehicle or wait for an additional 20min or so for the single worker to vacuum it. We made our concerns to the small stature manager who stated, “ no discount. I’m busy.” Do your self a favor and find a new car wash This one apparently has reasons why they can’t keep an adequate employee staff.2 weeks agoThe best drive through car wash in LA!! They dry off the water that doesn’t get dried from the machines so it’s streak free. Go for the $13 wash. Also the owner is so nice and friendly.3 months agoI put one star but the service is actually zero, always short staff even on busy days, wait time minimum 1.5 hours or more, rude to the customers, and the cleanliness of the car is not good. This car wash was much better when there was hand wash and I was coming here for many years, but after they changed the system, the service and the work is terrible. Manager does not like when you do not upgrade to a higher service, so in return leaves your vehicle unattended in return until you ask why is taking soo long.

2 months agoLet me just say- I don’t enjoy going to the car wash, waiting in the line of cars, waiting for my car to come out of the wash… you get the idea. The only thing worse is waiting for the guy to finish wiping and drying your car after it exits the wash- is he done, did he just wave at me to come get it? Oh, no he was just snapping the towel. Anyway, if I have to go get my car washed, and I often do- Pasadena Car wash eases the pain. They have comfortable couches and love seats, made from the finest fake leather. What’s that, you forgot it was your step-uncles birthday? Well don’t worry, they got you covered with rows and rows of senseless greeting cards for every occasion. And if you are feeling some hunger pains they have those danish cookies that used to be popular back in the 80’s. Most important, they do a good job on the car which is why I’m a repeat customer.2 months agoOne of the best car wash’s I have been to. They even have 100 octane racing gas at the pump along with all the other gas. Inside is a very comfortable lounge with comfortable couches and arm chairs. They used a polish that was clearly not suited for all parts of a car. As a result, the plastic on my back door handles has been irreparably damaged. To add insult to injury, when I approached the manager, Victor, for some form of resolution, he showed a complete lack of concern and professionalism. Instead of addressing the glaring evidence, he sidestepped responsibility and spun stories to deflect blame. It’s clear that this establishment doesn’t prioritize customer satisfaction or accountability. It isn’t an isolated incident; a scan through other reviews shows numerous mentions of damages caused during services. But the real sting came from the manager, Victor. His dismissive attitude and refusal to acknowledge the problem left me dumbfounded. Regrettably, based on other reviews, it seems Victor’s poor demeanor is a recurring theme. Avoid unless you’re keen on potentially ruining your vehicle and being treated with utter disrespect. I wish I had read the reviews more carefully before going there.a week agoI’ve been a customer for many years never had a problem until today they broke the edge off my Range Rover. This is a decent express car wash it does a good job removing surface impurities but does struggle with bug spots, bird poop and other caked-on grime so it’s recommended to hose your vehicle before coming. On the plus side their vacuums have very strong suction and clean vehicle interiors with ease. The attendants are polite and the line moves fairly quickly.
Inexpensive. So that’s good haha but definitely a low quality wash. I went for the first time today and paid for the Silver wash. The car was cleaner than before but not very clean. And as many prior reviews point out, the back wasn’t washed at all. See the picture. It’s laughably bad. Seriously – fix your car wash! How can you not address such an obvious deficiency?! 😆 I was hoping I would get lucky but no, I’m not special haha, driving a Fast5xpress-washed car with their signature “we’ll wash your car but make sure to leave it with that dirty *ss!”

Good overall. The only problem is the vacuums don’t always work, but what can you say it’s free. The lines gets pretty long at the Pasadena location. I always come here for my car wash never had any problems.
