2 months agoThe service was great around a year ago. They recently raised their price by $10.00 without offering any additional service to the car. Also, the detailing on my last car clean was average. There are still visible marks and debris that wasn’t removed from the windshield and side windows. For $50 for a car wash and interior detailing that is at a lower quality service than what it used to be a year ago is not worth it in my opinion.a year agoDid they do what I would call a professional job detailing my vehicle when I paid for the complete hand wash, hand wax, super clean, carpet shampoo, and leather conditioning? No,I have to say they did not. I mean just look at the pictures. there’s still plenty of bug marks on the front bumper, a ton of tar that wasn’t even attempted to be removed on the back fender, there are way way too many places on the vehicle that still have wax that hasn’t been wiped off which I now have to wipe off myself. The chrome wheels were not properly cleaned as shown in my pics. The white that you see in the pictures is the wax that they didn’t wipe off because they didn’t take the time to actually get next to any crevices that would be any harder than just wiping your hand over it. Basically what I’m saying is that if it required effort on the exterior of the vehicle they did not clean that part. Is my car cleaner than it was when I took it there, yes. That’s about all I can say. Leaving one star because I am now buying my own products to wash it MYSELF BY HAND WITH SOME ACTUAL EFFORT.3 months agoAlways fast drive-thru service. Multiple times that it took me at least 30minutes to have my car wash. Equipment failure has become a regular issue. Moreover, uneven car wash, soaking wet finish and more. Better go to Mister Car wash.a month agoMy friend car was very dirty on the inside and outside. They detailed his car both inside and outside. They conditioned his interior and waxed his exterior. They also cleaned his seats and shined his wheels! They did a great job!

a month agoWent here and paid the $17 for the best car wash they offered with that it states to do a lot for your wheels however my wheels are still so dirty and there is no way to go inside and speak to someone because the door to do inside says authorized personnel only so you can’t even go inside I feel a little cheated honestly3 months agoGreat car wash. It was very fast, and didn’t get my vehicle very clean. It didn’t help that as I drove away, the water on the roof of my car rolled down the back window.4 months agoThe machine that goes from front to top to back seem like it’s on its last leg. The way it hit my car with such force I really had to get out to see if there were dents. I don’t think I would return, the hand drying is nice. The vacuum doesn’t have much suction, those seem to be on last leg too. I drove out my way to try this place and was left disappointed. Literally drive past 4 car washes because I had been wanting to try this place. The actual wash was over before it begun, I was surprised I was in and out the wash portion in less than 45secs no liea year agoWould not recommend. My vehicle is still very Dirty in many areas, the tailgate wasn’t touched and paid extra for tire wash the tires weren’t incomplete. Very disappointed.

I took my car to get wash and detailed and it came out Scratched up. I just bought this car. So fair warning. To avoid headaches of your car being damaged. Get hand washed.
Not what I would expect for +$100.
I purchased a full interior service that included seat washing and floor conditioning. They left pools of water under each of my seats and didn’t bother to wipe off beaded water. My floors were still dirty and they left towels on my windshield.
If you’re looking for attention to detail, don’t come here.
First and last time using this business. Initial start of the visit was great, nice, friendly check-in, nice friendly cashier. Then they locked my keys in my car. I was concerned about damage to my door seals when they were unlocking it and brought my concerns to the manager. Thomas who was extremely rude shrugged off my concerns. Didn’t apologize for the situation or the fact that I was delayed there for about 15 minutes while they tried to figure it out. The Wash attendant didn’t even clean my passenger side windows or mirror. Water spots and some kind of smeared stuff definitely overpriced and horrible service Overall 10 out of 10 don’t recommend.
This is the only place I go to for an oil change. Apparently when they were doing the multi point inspection, they have forgotten to replace the cover for the transmission fluid reservoir. The engine bay now has fluids everywhere and I hope my engine does not go bad down the road as I do hear knocking sound.
Been coming here for over 10 years and it just keeps getting worse and worse to the point I have to write a review. This used to be a good establishment but over the years just becoming another scummy money hungry shop. They’ve damaged my vehicles before failing to admit the damage they did until I confronted them. Now every time I do an inspection here they are always trying to upsell their services which have nothing to do with an inspection. Just frustrating that this used to be a descent place to get your car washed and oil changed. Now they’re just after the all mighty dollar. Time to find a new car wash and inspection/ oil change shop. They’re just too over aggressive offering services your car doesn’t need.
