4 months agoWent thru the $12 wash I have visible dirt still on windshield, side of vehicle on both sides, & as I was using the vaccum the suction piece popped off which was taped on.6 months agoI love this place but I would love it more if they supplied towels free and sprays like others placed. AAAassnd alllllll of my car got wash… There’s always one or two spots that just never get cleaned.4 years agoI went to get my SUV washed on Sunday afternoon and purchased the $12 wash. When I got home I noticed it looked like a asked my 7 year old to wash the car. The car looked like the brushes missed about half the car. You could see the dirty and clean spots from the brushes. I regularly wax my car and there was no mud or anything on the car, just normal driving in the rain dirt. I’ve never experienced this from the car wash in Harbor View. I feel like I wasted $12.4 years agoThis car wash is a joke!!! The drive thru wash malfunctioned and damaged my car today. It ripped a hole in my bumper. Beware of this place!!! The attendants were useless and couldn’t give me the information that I needed to talk to someone!!!! 5 months agoI don’t have kids, it’s only me in my car and it’s generally pretty clean so there wasn’t an incredible amount of work to do. I wanted to clean my car up with a little more care than what I have time for. I asked the attendant who was super kind and polite which service would offer the best interior cleaning and went with what he suggested. I assumed since there wasn’t a ton to do and I got the first or second most expensive package that there wouldn’t be a problem. But it seems like they just heavily oiled my dash and that was it. They clearly did not vacuum, my backseat had some sap from a plant I picked up and I wiped it off with a baby wipe. Same sap on the seat was on the door and again came off with a wipe when I brought it home. You would have never thought this car was just cleaned… but definitely freshly oiled. 1/10 and the one is for how kind and professional the attendant was. Got my car home and wiped it down myself with a rag and this is what came off. Not sure what they actually cleaned but wasn’t worth the money.a year agoFirst time visit and I will keep coming Lord willing! Ants and crumbs in my car to looking like it did when I bought it! Job well done!2 years agoThis is a great place to bring your vehicle if you’re in a rush and are on a budget. This is not a car detailing business. I’ve seen some posts out here, bashing them for not doing a good job, but those posts are from people wanting a $300 detailing for the cost of $40. These guys and gals are fast and efficient. I spend a lot of time out at a muddy farm and just wanted my truck to look decent. They did just that and within 30 minutes. If you’re wanting an amazing detail (down to the nooks and cranies) I suggest you find a mobile detailing service that will come to you and be prepared to spend more than $100. I had an excellent experience and will definitely be back. Oh!! And tip these hard workers, they deserve it!3 years agoI took my vehicle here hoping to have my car detailed. I asked what it entailed prior to purchasing the highest priced package. Once my car was finished and looking at the I exterior of my vehicle I asked if they had wiped the Interior and was told yes, but clearly they did not. There are areas of where the exterior wax has dried. I am highly disappointed. I took this time to do something for myself and take a break from my infant and am regrettable about having spent the money for a job poorly done.2 years agoI had my truck detailed and it came off the track and scratched the side of my truck on the passenger side. I would not recommend this car wash. So if anyone had fresh scratches on your vehicle, it was done here more than likely.

I was told by a manager that cleaners do not vacuum under seat that’s that another add on feature I have to pay for; when I am paying the highest ($70) for services! Can I please get insight on that extra feature after paying auto 70$ a month.
They did a great job washing my car. The person hand drying my car, Ant, did an awesome job leaving no streaks and my tires were super shiny once he was done. He did a great job!
This place used to be the best. I haven’t been in over a year. Man, after todays experience I’ll try a different business. It’s not the same place it used to be.
I was greeted as I entered the front of the drive through wash and was serviced quickly. (There were no cars in front of me.) Those who dried and cleaned the interior did a good job.
There is a covered, outside waiting area and a small inside waiting area.
Keep in mind that this is a car wash and a car detailing place. It is a good wash, but it is not a detail.
The location appears to be older and smaller than many Autobell locations, but the wash was done well.
Ms Nia took my car from filthy dirty to looking like a brand new inside and out Honda. I live in norfolk but will come to portsmouth for cleaning of all 4 of my vehicles. I am in love with this place. See you soon ms Nia. KTK
