a year agoPurchased the Jupiter wash 9/23/2022. As I was using the included vacuum I noticed that bug stains were still present on my grill, hood, bumper cover and outside mirrors. I drove back through the cashier booth and without question I was allowed to go through the wash again. I went back to the vacuum area to inspect the stains which were still present. I pressed the help button. A different person came out. I explained the situation and was offered a 3rd wash which I declined. She then suggested that I take a wet rag and Dawn dish soap and wash it off myself……Why did I come to a CAR WASH!?!? My last trip to Rocket Wash.2 months agoLeft small scratches all over my car. I didn’t want to believe it whenever I heard all the horror stories about their cars getting damaged but at least my bumper is still on my car unlike others I heard of. Not to mention any time I go the vacuums are either always clogged or barely pick up anything.a year agoWe’ve been with rocket wash since they opened in Racine. We’ve never had problems until recently. We have 3 memberships, Jupiter, on all 3 vehicles. But recently we noticed a lot of scratches and scuffs on our honda odyssey. Since it is black we thought it was the color that made them seem so noticeable. We have a truck that we do not use winter time, so just this month June we renewed the membership and come to see there were scratches and marks on that one too. We did let management know that exact day about both cars and just today they got back to us. We were told that it is normal scrub marks and just recommended to add a clear coat. Are they going to pay for it? Obviously not. It’s 3 vehicles we had with them and some show the scratches, scuffs and marks more than others. We were told they checked cameras and couldn’t see anything. And what they saw were normal. We do see reviews and apparently we aren’t the only ones with this problem. Rocket wash needs to check what is going on. Like I said we’ve been using this car wash ever since they opened and never had a problem until recently. Also asked for a refund since I just used it that one day on the truck and they said they couldn’t do it. I will leave a video and a picture of one of the vehicles of “normal” scrub marks. They are all around the vehicle and it’s obvious they are from the car wash.2 years agoThey put me through the wash three different times because I complained and wouldn’t allow the third. It didn’t touch bugs on the front bumper and grill, or windshield. Also left dirt on the top of rear tailgate by emblem. I would highly not recommend this car wash.a year agoI got a car wash from Rocket Wash today, and got the Neptune option. My car had a decent amount of salt on it but I had hopes that it would knock it off. I left the car wash, and drove up the road about 10 minutes, and when I got out the car, this is what I saw. I feel like I wasted $14 in 10 minutes. Smh

The I issue that I have is that I just found out that there are some promotional items that I have not been receiving and for the past month I have been inquiring about them and I am yet to receive any of my promotional items. Then I go back forgetting they don’t have the slightest clue how to perform maintenance on vehicles and they over fill my rear end fluid to the point it blew my rear end seals out then the higher up call me and says it’s not there fault the place is a joke and should be shut down. Oh and I don’t want to give them one star but it would not let me post unless I did

Not all Blue Beacons are created equal. But this is one of the best. Right off I-94. Easy to get to and very friendly people.
No star Very bad job. Speed on the wash, they just want it to be completed as fast .as. the rear doors of the trailer, as if no one has touched it. Wax, very little, and I don’t see any sheen in the truck. Everything is bad in the truck and trailer. I don’t recommend it at all
It’s not worth going to this truck wash at all. They have very poor quality. The guys work like they’re in a factory on a conveyor belt. Only five minutes have passed since the truck went in and their only aim is to make money. Even though I told them a second time, the truck was still dirty. The worst quality truck wash I’ve ever seen. I just wasted my money
t says they work 24/7, don’t believe it. I arrived at 6 am, the trucks were in line, but no one was working. It was good to turn around and leave, I could have lost a lot of time, I was in a hurry to load, I just needed to wash the trailer
2nd time I’ve been here since they opened the new place. 2nd time I’ve left disappointed…how do you miss the WHOLE back of the sleeper??? 10 people in the wash bay and yet they still can’t do the job. One more Streaking Beacon that will not get my business anymore. It’s a shame because the old place used to be so good…what happened to this Blue Beacon?
