a week ago(Finally found a Winner) I’ve visited quite a few car washes in town and I’ve been disappointed by the amount of time I’m given and by the quality of product. The general difficulty of most car washes, the hose setup, and the time allotted coupled with subpar chemicals has made for disappointment all over rapid. However, for $10 I got a clean on my vehicle like I’ve never seen. The towels provided allowed me to dry to a mirror finish and the service was acceptable. The atmosphere was comfortable. I was left alone to do my business with the free vacuums. Andrew E went above and beyond to make me comfortable and although I was apprehensive at first and confused, he took care of me and made me feel comfortable at a price that was happy for my wallet. I’ve lived in rapid for 15 plus years and have always seen that neighborhood very shabby. The repairs your company has made to the neighborhood and the energy he seems to bring to your establishment is second to none and I am speaking that as a construction superintendent here in Rapid City with a number of employees under my own supervision. That is a rare find. As is your establishment because I’m a very picky customer when it comes to my car. So I must disagree with a number of negative reviews I have read on here and I must put forth a positive review because my experience was nothing but. I really liked the colorful lights inside the wash as well. Overall the place has a comfortable atmosphere and I will be both returning weekly and recommending to friends. Thank you guys.a month agoThe place has a new owner and the service is very bad, they raised the price for a car wash and lowered the time limit so you are going to run out of time after applying the soap…lets just say that after talking to the new owner I left this place with soap on my car and I will never give them any of my business. And the timers are totally different from each other so you put your money in one place and you have two separate timers, unbelievable. I will be contacting the better business bureau Monday because I feel like this company cheated me.5 months agoWent from the best car wash in town with the previous owners to the absolute worst car wash ever! When they first opened under the new name, their self wash had no hot water. They use a harsher chemical now that smells almost identical to engine degreaser. Not good for clear coat or ceramic coatings. Then they dumped out the towel roller barrels at night so people using the self wash at night couldn’t wring the water from their drying towels. Then they got greedy with the timer and you get less time for your money compared to the way it was with the previous owner. Now the self wash bays are closed for use at night after the tunnel wash is closed for the night. Horrible new ownership! 😠a year agoIf you’re looking for a good self-serve carwash, look no further. Boyfriend is a carwash aficionado and says this is one of the best carwashes he’s ever been to. Excellent soap, foam, and brush. Clean, quiet location. Reasonably priced. Assorted cleaning amenities available for purchase. Top notch carwash 🚗5 months agoOne of the best sort of car washes I have ever been to. There were some young employees there to help if needed and to answer questions. Super friendly folks and the wash area was super nice and clean, and when I was done so was our car.

4 months agoI came in with a white truck that had pink spray paint on it, Jimbo came to help me get it off offering a ton of different ways and methods, as well as actually helping me while I scrubbed, he sprayed and it was honestly some of the best service I have ever received at a Car Wash. Thank you a million Jimbo.3 months agoI don’t come here often but when I did the site manager Jimbo went above and beyond to make sure I had the things I needed for my car to look great. I was having a water spot issue and he made some Dawn dishwater for me to wash and buff the spots out and it worked!! The vacuums are powerful and the water pressure from the hose is strong and hot! The manger there named Jimbo did an above and beyond job on my car!! He was so nice and cared about me leaving happy with how clean my car came out. He let me run through twice, because of the dirt that was crammed in places and he wasn’t happy with how it came out and told me to run through again. I will say, I have been going around town and trying out all the different car washes we got here in Rapid and hands down this is the best one and I purchased my monthly membership here!! Never really got my vehicle clean, the indent where the license plate went and along the edges of the windows never got clean. Also if you call to cancel or get a refund the day you got charged, forget it. They don’t even try any other options or offer to pause it until you come back to use it or transfer it to somebody else. Unless you have $20 to throw away forget this place, go somewhere better.
I’ve come here often throughout the years it has been open and always a good experience and cost is decent, cheaper than other places. Lay out is very easy to navigate. Tenants at fee entree are always decent, cheerful and helpful when I go. Tenant stationed at the wash is always very clear on hand directions on aligning your vehicle up. Always fun to go through watching the wash cycles of whatever package you purchased. After you can chose to roll right on out to be on your merry way or go vacuum your car. Parking is spacious and has hoses on both sides. Sometimes you run into one hose that is clogged usually the other side is fine. The carwash also has windows so if you have kids and you dont want them in the way or they can’t help, you can let them watch as cars go through and still keep an eye on them. They have an area with machines that clean your floor mats along with a vending machine with small items to clean inside your vehicle with, air fresheners etc. One thing though that is the only inconvenience sometimes is when both mat cleaners are out of order and you need it, otherwise it does a decent job cleaning mats.
This is the third time I’ve gone here and half the vacuums don’t work and the other half have weak suction. I understand stuff breaks but when there are huge signs advertising free vacuums you’d think they would work most of the time.
Very unhappy employees. Seriously, half the brushes worked in the wash. The washes here keep getting worse. My car is still dirty after wash. Ran through second time and talked to employee guiding me in, said he doesn’t care for the maintenance people there and nothing he could do. Maybe get someone to keep the place running right! I’m cancelling my monthly wash. Going elsewhere.
Brought my jeep in to wash, they ripped of my fog light,I went to jeep dealer to get a new one and have them pay for it. We’ll, they said No have to go to their Joe blow body man and if it’s approved. I will never go their again. If they break something GOOD LUCK
