4 weeks agoMy customer service representative was Shmar who was very helpful and knowledgeable about all the services provided. 5 star customer service! 3 stars for the car wash. Regular road grime remained in areas that were recessed from the main body. If your car has any shape to it at all, it will come out splotchy. Good news its cheap, $22 for the top of the line wash. This place will do in a pinch but not to get that super clean look.a month agoOne and done. Will never go back. Firstly, the cleaning quality of the wash is a 1 star. See my photos, front bumper and side mirrors still looked filthy even after 2 passes through the wash. The drive thru wash also failed to get sticky droppings off the entirety of the exterior. Worst of all the wheel guide is old school and much more narrow than more modern car wash facilities. As such it damaged my wheel. Customer service refused to provide a refund, thankfully my credit card company had my back.4 months agoStopped by to go through the car wash really quickly and the pictures are after he had me go through a second time. I’m getting really tired of subpar service absolutely everywhere, but this tops them all. I tried to get a refund, as my SIL has a pressure washer and I’d have rather not gotten more annoyed that they wasted more of my time. Anywho.. no refund, just a less dusty car. Not clean AT ALL.2 weeks agoFirst time back in probably ten years. Under new ownership so when I pulled up I saw several self vacuum stalls. Not big on washing my own car honestly since I have a hard time moving around. Christian, greeted me at the pay booth and went over the process. Super friendly young man and without being a typical customer I voiced some of my concerns. He listened, didn’t take offense and invited me to just try it on their dime. Compliments of the house. The machines where clean and efficient. The car was clean when it came out with very little drying needed. Overall great job. Great customer service from Christian. I’ll be back.a week agoI really appreciate this car wash. I’ve had a lot of experiences at other car washes. This one meets all of my needs. 2 months agoThe price was decent $100 for clay bar, ceramic wax, and wash. BUT! I do appreciate the swirls left in my paint and I will probably NOT use this company again.8 months agoGot a super wash and it was very fast. However there are new chips in the paint on the roof of the car, more noticeable swirl marks, and the car was never fully dried so there are water marks on the windows and other areas. The rims also don’t look any cleaner. Little disappointed but got what I paid for apparently. Very quick, good price. When it’s busy, it would be nice if the employees would usher the cars drying and vacuuming to move on. A 5 Minute only sign is posted, and we have waited over 20 minutes to get a spot. 3 employees were standing in a group talking, but did nothing
Hello, I want to express a deep gratitude for a young man that assisted me during my visit to your car wash. I was struggle with the payment maching since many times it doesnt work for me. Edwin was kind, friendly and approachable. He demonstrated good customer service skills while I explained the issues I continue to experience with the machine. He took his time to assist me in processing my debit card and did not rush me through the line. He demonstrated good eye contact, a friendly tone of voice, and as mentioned kindness and patience. I will definitely be returning to this particular car wash and recommending it to my friends and family. I hope that he is recognized for the positive environment that he creates for your customers because he definitely deserves it.

Did the mid range wash 6 times in a row, still had a lot of stuff on the car. Came off with water and a rag. Seems like there is no soak time in order to keep the cars moving fast. No clean towels were available. First vacuum was not working. If you buy the membership from Costco it’s not a bad wash, but it wasn’t worth full msrp.
I came here paid mainly to use the vacuums and they have very very poor suction. It is better to vacuum at home. Its an express car wash to the fast car wash is okay. But the vacuums do not work very well 10/12/23.
The guy wanted me to get the monthly member ship. For what vacuums that dont work. People come here to use good vacuums but You are better with the super star car wash down the the street.
Here is the video you can hear that it does not work. I checked multiple other vacuums and does not work. This is ridiculous i paid to just clean out my car that I could of done at home definitely not worth it. I wasted my money here
My car came out as dirty as it was when it went in. This is the only Soapy Joe’s that they do not maintain properly sometimes you get a vacuum that works or it’s missing completely, and today I noticed as I was driving through that the buffers that are supposed to go on the side of your car up and down did not even move that’s why there were still spots left on the side of my car and the hood it didn’t even clean it. And it doesn’t seem like the employees even care because when I’m at other Soapy Joe’s employees come out all the time they say hi and they replace the towels but not here
