3 months agoI was pretty surprised after paying $26 for a car wash to find that my car wasn’t spotless. The back of the car had a strip of dirt . There is a lip there, that’s no excuse. It came out filthy around the mirrors and there were spots left on the windshield too. Glad I didn’t buy a membership. Vacuums had weak suction, and I wish I’d looked up prices before getting in line, I had no idea it would be so expensive. At that point I figured I’d go for the finest ad a treat but while my car is cleaner it’s definitely not up to my standard. The guys at the front spent plenty of time telling me all the benefits of a membership. Perhaps they should have spent that time cleaning my car.4 months agoLove having a membership for all our cars. Especially great to get the salt off the cars in winter. Easy to drive through at anytime and the new ceramic coating makes it extra shiny. Love the dash wipe, vacuums, and towels to dry your car afterwards. Only thing missing is something to clean your floor mats.2 months agoLove being able to go whenever I need thanks to having a monthly membership!! Never had a problem where vacuums didn’t work well, or I didn’t have enough towels to get everything cleaned and dried the way I wanted! 2 weeks agoUsed to use this place all the time and loved it but my experience today absolutely changed my mind. I paid $250 to have the interior and exterior detailed and when I came to pick the car up, there were bugs still all over on the front of the car and smudges on the rest of it. I was supposed to get the car waxed and cleaned up but I’m not confident it happened because my one year old car still has little rust dots that I’m able to clean off with my finger. Even though I showed them that these spots were easily fixed and cleaned off they weren’t willing to remedy the problem. Interior detail was great but the exterior detail (which is why I came in) was subpar at best. If you’re charging $250 for a full detail then you should probably make sure that the exterior is at least free of bugs before you give it back to the client so that it gives the illusion that the exterior was detailed. Will not be coming back.Update: I went to Walmart in the same parking lot and purchased $10 of cleaning supplies that were able to remove the areas of concern with ease. It only took 30 seconds, a microfiber cloth, and an exterior bug cleaner solution. If I am able to remove it with simple cleaning supplies then how in the world can a “detail” shop not clean the exterior of a car? There’s no way in hell that my car was waxed and detailed when there’s bugs on the paint still and gunk spots that “won’t come off” that are going easily removed. I added a photo of the still dirty interior cupholders and dirty door frames as well to show the quality of their detail services. Sad that this place has gone downhill so badly.
Update 2.0! opened my truck bed and it wasn’t even touched when I paid for a full exterior detail, wax, and cleaning. Still has leaves and dirt all over inside. What a scam! Added a photo of this as well!
3 weeks agoI used to go have my car cleaned there a few years ago and they did a good job. I wish I could still say the same. I took my pathfinder there a few weeks ago. I got the $40 service where it’s inside and out. Drove through the wash which was fine. Pulled it into one of the cleaning bays to get wiped down and the inside cleaned. I sat there for about 10 minutes while 3 guys were “cleaning” it. One walked up to me and said it’s all done. I get into it, they wiped half of the dashboard didn’t clean my windows or vacuum. I asked the kid what exactly did they do? Showed him nothing was done. He said sorry about it and to give him a few more minutes, so I did. He came back 5 minutes later and said it was done. Still no vacuum still no clean windows. I told the manager I wasn’t happy with my service. She gave me a card for a free clean next time I came. She apologized and I ended up just going home and doing it myself. Fast forward to today 10/18/23. I took my Jeep in. Same exact result. They didn’t vacuum they didn’t clean my windows. They didn’t even wipe down the exterior. Fool me twice. So once again I ended up just going home and doing it myself. I will never go back there again and I will advise everyone.(DON’T WAIST YOUR MONEY) If I could give them 0 stars I would.a month agoThis is more than a five star review! These people are fabulous at what they do and they take pride in what they do. I’ve had my car for 11 years and in the time I’ve had it.. It’s never looked better. My headlights even look amazing after they restored them. And my carpet is so beautiful and clean. And my leather seats look amazing. I couldn’t have been more happier with this place and there job well done. They really are fabulous over here. I love this place and it has my Up most respect. The value they have here is amazing and fabulous. This is truly a family business and they care about everyone. . Every Friday I’m there to get gas for my truck and Micky is there to pump it for me. Just like the old days . It makes it nice so I don’t half to get out of my truck. From car washes to freshly made popcorn, even some toys on the shelves for the kids!! The detail shop has a variety of services for the inside and outside of your car, they have an amazing ceramic coat service that I have on my own car, making my paint look amazing all the time! My car was in dire need of a car wash and I decided to go to quick quack, I was just going to get a regular car wash but then one of the employees I believe her name was “Adriana” explained to me how much money I could be saving to keep my car clean every month and even took the time to weigh the pros and cons with me. Truly outstanding service! and will be coming more often to keep my car clean!
As easy as it is, I absolutely hate taking my car in for a wash but of course it one of those things you eventually have to do.
Most the time you get assisted by these young kids who look miserable and the last thing they want to be doing is helping you, however When I took my car to quick quack yesterday, I was greeted by a young lady named Harmonie who actually smiled and was extremely helpful. It made my experience painless and for once I felt like I wasn’t putting anyone out for doing their job. HOW REFRESHING!
This location was okay, but it did not get my vehicle fully clean, and I didn’t have the time or confidence that another trip through would fix it. For lighter dirt, this wash would probably be fine, but dusty trails or more and a hand wash would be better. The staff was friendly and the location was clean. The entrance was somewhat tricky when using GPS directions.
Romney absolutely made my day!! He spoke to me about the ceramic wash, and convinced me to upgrade. I can tell you it was WORTH It. I have never seen my car shine so bright. I love the vacuums at this location because they are super strong and the lot area is always well kept and they always have towels out. Best location in ut!!
I love quick quack!!! Best car wash in SLC for sure. I love that they provide drying towels!!!! Best plus. Alexis was so amazing at her job and helped me get exactly what I needed. 10/10 and I’ll be back!
