Everyone is so friendly, happy and some are actually singing or whistling while they work. He’s been in this business for many years. Very helpful and always mindful of customer’s need for assistance. Would always keep on coming back to this place. Nothing has changed but the price & the 2 guys that dried your car. They are gone now. Still like the free vacuums. Clean. Nice.a month agoLove this place! Waste of money. Went to this car wash for the first time. I took the ceramic wash package and the car was still filthy after the wash. I showed it to the attendant and he says take a towel and clean it. He offered a second wash and the car was still not clean. Look at photos for details. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone. It is far better to go to the car wash on Los Angeles and first street. Cheaper and they have a team who cleans the car manually as well.
LUV car wash is awesome! . I received a complementary car wash which was eight dollars and it cleaned my car so well I can only imagine what an upgrade would look like. Their vaccines are powerful – since my kids play baseball, my front passenger side was covered with the fine brown dirt. After vacuuming, my black cloth interior was almost black again!
This place is always great and very convenient. the people at the check in line are always nice & always helpful. I recommend for a fast car wash! I showed up this time without my wallet and they don’t take Apple Pay – so instead of letting me leave they gave me a complementary wash. What a treat. Will be back.
Man! This place went above and beyond. I forgot my wallet the owner so nice enough to let me get my wash and come back to pay! That’s great business, not to mention the equipment and wash were A1! My car looks amazing, wasn’t too crowded. Exactly what I needed today!
Went to the Simi Valley location and had my car washed. Afterwords, I noticed pine tree sap was still on the car. I asked Miguel what I could do to try to get this sap off my car. He was so nice and so helpful. He pulled out a bottle filled with a special solution and sprayed it on the tough spots of my car. Miraculously, the sap came off with a little effort. I can’t tell you how helpful this was since I had spent a lot of time trying to get the spots out with a solution I was using. He told me that the solution was rubbing alcohol. He actually let me have the bottle and do the rest of the car with a rag that he had given to me as well. I can’t say enough nice things about Miguel and the type of customer service he provided to me. Thank you again Miguel will be coming back to you very often.
