4 months agoI was pretty surprised after paying $26 for a car wash to find that my car wasn’t spotless. The back of the car had a strip of dirt . There is a lip there, that’s no excuse. It came out filthy around the mirrors and there were spots left on the windshield too. Glad I didn’t buy a membership. Vacuums had weak suction, and I wish I’d looked up prices before getting in line, I had no idea it would be so expensive. At that point I figured I’d go for the finest ad a treat but while my car is cleaner it’s definitely not up to my standard. The guys at the front spent plenty of time telling me all the benefits of a membership. Perhaps they should have spent that time cleaning my car.in the last weekYour service quality is going down… You need diligent people there. Employees who actually care about their jobs. Many times there are no towels to dry the car, they don’t give the little towels for inside the car anymore and last night they turned off the vacuum while I was cleaning inside the car. I know they closed after I wash the car, but turning off the vacuum while I’m cleaning inside the car is very disrespectful. At least give us some time to finish. Very disappointed of your service lately. There are a lot of competition around… If that’s the treatment you gonna give to a member, why should I keep doing business with you?4 months agoLove having a membership for all our cars. Especially great to get the salt off the cars in winter. Easy to drive through at anytime and the new ceramic coating makes it extra shiny. Love the dash wipe, vacuums, and towels to dry your car afterwards. Only thing missing is something to clean your floor mats.2 months agoLove being able to go whenever I need thanks to having a monthly membership!! Never had a problem where vacuums didn’t work well, or I didn’t have enough towels to get everything cleaned and dried the way I wanted! Staff has always been friendly and helpful, even when it’s high stress due to amount of cars or trouble in the tunnel! Great experience over all!2 months agoI used my moms car while mine was in the shop and she said “Go to Quick Quack, I have a membership”. I never been to this car wash before, I have a membership at Mister Car wash since it’s the closest to my place. The first thing I noticed about Quick Quack is they are open later than my frequent car wash. That’s a 2 hour difference. Points for Quick Quack! I pull into the lane and the process was quick to check in with staff, and I was handed a dash cleaner. At mister car wash, my check in is through an RFD scanner & there have been times it hasn’t worked. Quick Quack has a different culture and I like it! They even provided cleaning towels at the vacuum stations, with 2 different types of vacuum bases to work from. Even their trash is larger enough to throw things away. I was amazed by my experience. Looking to move my membership to Quick Quack once their newest store opens down the street from my place.

6 months agoAwesome car wash. Several price points. Thorough car wash. They have *moist* towels for cleaning the exterior and interior. Mat washers which work awesome for cleaning plastic or rubber mats. High pressure vacuums, plus smaller high pressure air compressors. Plenty of room, makes cleaning your car efficient and highly satisfying 😌4 weeks agoCar wash is good. Wheel shine engages a little late so only shines half of my front tires. The 1 star review is for them charging me the monthly subscription fee 2 weeks after I went in and cancelled my subscription due to me moving to the other side of town and using a different provider closer to home. I was told “don’t worry you won’t get charged again I promise” after confirming a second time due to previous reviews about the same issue. Will update once I go speak with the manager.3 months agoI went through this car wash about a month ago and saw scratches from the wash! I’ve reached out via email and voice mail with ZERO response from anybody, so here I have to post…. This new car is kept in a garage and hardly driven. 100% these scratches were not here before this car wash.Edit: since the management commented – I’ve still heard absolutely nothing, today is Aug 9th. I just tried to call again to leave yet another VM and both the management and regular voice mails are completely full, I can’t leave a message and no one is answering the phone any time I’ve called.
4 months agoI took my vehicle to wash it today. I LOVE LOVE LOVE MY Rocket Express off 11400 so and Redwood Road. They have everything to clean your vehicle from the car wash itself (Longest in Utah), to the rug/floor mat cleaning machines, hoses, clean clothes free to use as many as you need, vacuums! The Rocket Express Team are excellent help if you should need it. They treat every single customer well here!! Thank you for your help today Garret. I will drive out of my way to go here. The wash does an outstanding job, the vacuums always work well, the mat cleaners do an amazing job, and I love the fresh towels that are provided! Great location and they offer towels for drying your vehicle and vacuums. If you have a truck be sure the bed is cleared out.
Prices were much cheaper before.
Now they’re just overpriced.
You can get a better car wash with rain x spray provided to clean the insides.
Paid $26 for the ceramic coat and didn’t even clean my car good enough.
I recently had my car washed at this establishment, and I must say, it was an excellent experience. Isaac, one of the employees, really stood out with his exceptional service. He was not only efficient but also incredibly polite and attentive to every detail of the car wash. My vehicle looked brand new when he was done. I appreciate Isaac’s hard work and dedication to making my car shine. I highly recommend this car wash, especially with employees like Isaac who go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction!
I have been coming here since it opened. I even had a membership here for over a year. Money got tight so I canceled it. Now the pressure to redo membership is incredible. The attendants will not take no for an answer 3 times. I wash my truck about 4 times a year as I don’t drive it often. I don’t need a membership sorry! Your attendants need to loosen up a little. Or put my vehicles on a do not disturb list.

I was very polite and positive with the guy but 3 times is toooooooooooooo many. I was polite every time but you will lose me as a customer with 3 vehicles and I will bring my company vehicles through as well. I also suggested he tell my complaint to his manager.
I had the top tier membership for a number of months. Not the best. Soap still on car. Not dry. Tires not shined. Side mirrors bent. Towels provided are dirty and mildewy. Reply to owner: do this, take your car through this particular facility and see for yourself…what concerns do you have? Then, take your car through other car washes in the area…is QQ better or worse?
