a month agoI appreciate the effort and getting new dryers, but they still suck. Just swishes around the water on your car. Never gets your car dry. I spent more time drying off my car than I do vacuuming and going to the car wash. I wish you guys could just figure it out since there’s no other options in our area for car washes. .4 months agoI washed my car here, and I found big scratches on the car because of the dirt brush, maybe it had stones or mud in it, I made a report and they didn’t respond for a whole week, I went and talked to a General Manager and with all his insolence he answers these scratches not from us and says maybe you put something on your car that caused scratches happen And for a lot of small scratches, I tell him about it. He says, “I don’t see something. How do you hire a General Manager who doesn’t see well? He has to check his eyes. and I have a 4 year subscription with them. This is a scam I do not advise anyone to wash their car with them. Your car is not cheap.5 months ago$22? For this? a month agoBought this truck new November 2022 and only used Mister Carwash to clean the exterior. The scratching seems to be to the primer. Wish I would have noticed sooner. I would stay away.UPDATE: Although they I have followed all the steps to file a claim weeks later I still haven’t heard anything. My vehicle is defiantly didn’t leave in better shape as you can see from the photo.
7 months agoI won’t get my car washed here again. Today was my first visit and while the employee was very friendly, the wash was awful. It is still dirty and even though it was a base wash ($10) I have gotten $10 washes at other places and my car gets much cleaner. I noticed it’s an extremely quick wash as compared to other places so I think that is the problem.4 months ago**edit** I got a super fast call from Jesse within an hour of my message and review. Although he couldn’t find the cover he did comp me a couple of car washes, which is a very nice gesture. Thanks.a month agoCleans your car like 99% of the way. You still need to do the extra cleaning/touchup yourself there’s always gonna be a few spots that ALL auto washers just can’t reach. Otherwise a nice car wash.9 months agoNot impressed by the car wash service. The employees were extremely friendly, but upon leaving my car is still dirty and now scuffed on top.

I am a car wash fanatic! Excellent and friendly staff! Great location and well kept lot! Complementary vacuums. Wash could be improved. I have tried numerous franchises and local car washes. Unfortunately every single time I go to Mister on Division I am very unhappy with the results. I’ve tried all washes including bottom, middle, and upper price points. I have been there approximately 8 times. Last year the washes seemed to do a better job than this year. Most every time there is a significant amount of soap still on the car after the rinse and dry cycle. Untouched dirt areas that most microfiber drive through car washes clean very decently. Water is always expected but not high amounts of soap. SEE ATTACHED PICTURES.
Love coming here to get my car washed but the only thing I recommend is to please spray the back of my car before it gets washed. It gets dirty easily and I need it to look impeccable for work!
We really like this location. We have had good customer service when we go, and they’re smiling faces. We enjoy their free vacuums and ability to get the garbage out of our car. They also have a monthly membership. You can get the basic for $22 or the premium for $32 a month, and you can go 2 times a day for free. It’s worth the cost!
I have been using Mister Car Wash for several years now. In the last several years, they changed from doing interior cleaning and no longer offer this service. The car wash is still wonderful but is kind of spendy for what you now get. They do offer free self service vacuums.
I have came to all the locations for mister car wash. For years. Have been a member for couple years. Costumer service amazing. Thank you. All locations have issues with vacuume I don’t think they powerful enough but the biggest issue is always broken nonsuctioning almost always I come there and my washes are unlimited. We need something new a washes are a little poor now
