5 months agoPaid to have a new wax spray applied as well has the interior dusted and vacuumed. Got my car home and it doesn’t even look like it went through the wash! I was in the desert for work and still had dust and dirt all over the in and outside. It appears they vacuumed based off some of my things thrown all over but they clearly did not wipe/dust things as they stated they would. They sprayed my tires but didn’t wipe them clean so the spray and dirt is all over the tire well and looks horrible. It took well over an hour so I didn’t have time to check it all before I left. They also don’t offer cash back and tell you to use their atm, of which they charge you for. Just really disappointing to finally have a little time and to spend money to get my car cleaned up just to have to find more time to fix what they messed up. Never again.6 months agoCame with my brand new vehicle and left with scratches on lower trim. Called manager who reviewed footage but nothing was seen to associate to the damage. He will leave your car spotless! We will definitely be coming back!3 months agoI like this place a lot for the convenience, but often it can be hit or miss. First couple times were phenomenal spotless cleans. From then on it seemed like every other time there was obvious stuff missed (bugs on windshield, dirt on lower fairings, etc). If you utilize it, the monthly subscription is too good of a deal to complain too much. Overall pretty decent, plus the cleaners are always friendlya month agoIt’s a touchless car wash, so it’s basically just getting a high pressure, soapy rinse, which doesn’t remove the stuck on dirt and bugs, etc. The majority of the dirt is removed when they towel dry the car, which unfortunately contributes to paint scratches and wear. Plus, the really bad dirt, bug and bird poop can still remain, though lesser in quantity and smaller in size. Additionally, the guys at the end of the line are hustling fast and hard, so I often see missed spots on my interior, which is nothing more than lack of attention to detail. For an already spotless car, or perhaps a new car, this place will satisfy quite nicely. For the older vehicles, or just dirtier, less often washed, you’d be better served getting a full on interior and exterior detailing, but then you have to go through a car wash on a somewhat regular basis to maintain that cleanliness. For my twice a year car washes, my expectations are unfortunately low. A soft cloth car wash machine would suit me better. Just my two cents.

Specially when I purchased the “All the Luv membership” Alex helped me apply to Not only were they good at their job but they also displayed an exceptional level of customer service. They patiently explained the different services available and recommended the ones that would best suit my needs Their friendly demeanor and willingness to go the extra mile made my visit to the car wash truly memorable. It’s evident that the Luv car wash employees like Jonathan take great pride in their work and genuinely care about their customers’ satisfaction. It’s the same price at most of these car wash places so pricing is what it should be. I like how the camera just scans your license plate. You don’t have to put an extra sticker on your car to. What I like about this place is you go to the vacuums first so if you need to take off your antenna like I do for my car you have a chance to do that. And if it looks busy you can just clean your car a little bit longer before you get in line for the wash. The wash is great. It’s really seems to get my car clean. I would recommend the ceramic wash. Just pay a little bit more to get that monthly option. This is the only place I’ve seen that has legitimate wheel cleaners in the cleaning line. You can also stop after the wash for just a quick minute to reattach your antenna or dry off anything you might want to touch. Easy to get in and out of.3 months agoI started going here about 6 months ago. I was happy at first, it got the job done pretty well. But, the last month or so, my car was barely cleaned, mostly just a strong rinse with a little scrub. I’ve gone through it twice and it’s still not clean. I just noticed the last couple times this week that I have soap left on my car, see pic attached. For sure the rear view window and on my side mirrors. Was still there after the 2nd wash. Before the new owner, I was pretty happy and happy treating myself. I’m disappointed. Clearly, the new owners changed something in the wash process. My car is less clean and has soap left on it. I’m cancelling my membership and going somewhere else. I’ll just call my credit card company if they’re going to give me a difficult time at the car wash to cancel. I lost my membership once because my credit card was stolen and had to get a new one. So I guess that’s the easiest way to cancel your membership. Be like Ross and Chandler, go to close the gym membership and end up with a joint bank account, haha. Path of least resistance is my motto. 🌈3 months agoAll around awesome car wash! I wouldn’t suggest taking my car again, my tires were not clean right and my dash was also still dusty. Overall, I’m not happy with the service this time around.
Worst $250.00 detail ever, do not waste your money because you’ll end up spending more time fixing their lack of detail.
Love this car wash!! They take really good care of my car and it’s immaculate when they hand me the keys! Everyone is so friendly, happy and some are actually singing or whistling while they work. You should check it out!!
First and last time I’m taking a car there for wash and express wax. New black car- now has nasty streaks and swirls. Looks like they used contaminated rags to dry the car. Never again!
Paid $50 dollars for a hand wash and dressing. I could have done a better job for 5 dollars myself at a self wash. Employees are lazy and rude. Do NOT go here. $50 dollars later my car is still dirty.
