5 months agoI have the 12 month unlimited club membership to any location. The Troy location did a good job. The interior was left clean with freshener, the line was organized, the wash was fast and thorough, and they offer complementary towel drying. The gentlemen who cleaned the interior of my car were kind and offered me a seat in the customer lounge while waiting for them to complete cleaning. The customer lounge has complementary water for guests to enjoy while waiting typically less than five minutes for their car interior to be clean. This has been my go-to car wash for quite sometime now!2 months agoHave been an unlimited club member for 6+ years and every time I go the quality of work has depreciated. What is the point of paying for some thing when your car is still dirty on the inside on a brand new car still foot prints on the doorstep outside of the vehicle not even being cleaned and dried properly management not even doing anything about it brought the employee over and the employees start saying what’s wrong it’s brand new. If I could give a 0 i would. Do not waste your money with their unlimited club is a waste of time.3 months agoI got the complete detailing package. All the bells and whistles! A present to my husband for our wedding anniversary. Detailing appointments are booking up fast, plan ahead! I had to wait 6 weeks for my appointment. Chris and Brian did a great job. They listened to me and went over and above to meet my requests. Little bit of a bumpy interaction with the manager, but it worked out and I am pleased with the overall outcome.5 months agoNot impressed! Sadly they aren’t doing detailing at this location for now, but Antoine E went above and beyond to give my wheels some extra TLC- and hilarious “Squirrel” made my day! So helpful, nice, hardworking, and pleasant that I went back to give a big tip, cuz I know I can always count on them to take good care of me! Thanks so much for always taking care of me Antoine!a month agoI just got a new car and somehow all the dirt on earth ended up hardcore stuck in my car’s underside. It looks super gross and didn’t come off in my carwash yesterday at a different Jax Kar Wash location. I’m currently at this Birmingham Jax location and asked them to please make sure this part is washed since it looks really bad and didn’t come off yesterday. The employees informed me that it didn’t come off because it is somehow stuck on the car. One employee, Tyler, asked me to step to the side after my wash and is currently, as I’m typing this out, power washing the underside of my car. This is stellar service and I’m so thankful he took initiative as this is a new car for me and I’m very upset it’s on my car. I can’t express how thankful I am and I think everyone at this location, Tyler specifically deserves recognition for this service. Everyone was incredibly kind and made sure everything I needed was done and I’m so happy that I joined the Jax membership. Thank you a million times over to everyone at this location and a big thank you to Tyler because I don’t have a power washer at home and I would be so upset driving around in a brand new car with a crusty dusty nasty looking underside.a year agoI wasted 90 minutes and $97 today. I am not sure what i paid for. And my car was not in bad shape at all when i took it in. The area between the seats were not vacuumed. They didn’t fully wipe down the interior or vacuum the seats. Waste of $$$. I will never go back.****** thank you for the response, but I cleaned my car when I got back home. I wasn’t driving from commerce back out to birmingham to waste more of my time. *****
a month agoI’m new in town and have purchased the unlimited deal after discussing options with Don ( I believe that was his name. Have been there three times in 6 weeks and it’s a great system. Antoine E was very helpful this last time. The team leader was also awesome- didn’t catch his name. I will be more cognizant of names next time!

They had to wash my car twice and it still looked dirty for$14 the first guy didn’t even power wash at all just rushed through if you want a great car wash don’t go here go to mister C’s I won’t be back and yes my car is new!

Jamon was amazing. Our family truck had been driving on dirt roads for two weeks and he truly took his time to make sure our car was spotless. Customer service was 10/10 and he was very pleasant. We love being Jax’s members thanks to staff like him!
I was thoroughly disappointed with my experience at Jax. I booked a full detail for my car. Firstly, the woman on the phone was unpleasant and seemed as if she couldn’t get off the phone with me fast enough. When I arrived for my cleaning, apparently the person who billed me on the phone did so incorrectly, and she sprung an additional $45 charge on me. Considering I had booked days in advance, this should have been addressed much sooner, not when I arrived in person. The detailing itself was mediocre, as I could see water marks on the console and my driver side mat was not thoroughly cleaned. When I arrived to pick my car up, I was met with an empty lobby and had to wait for 10 minutes for someone to come tend to me. The itemized list I received was done so sloppily that it was essentially illegible. Lastly, I did not appreciate that they parked my car slanted right next to the first vacuum pump. It could have easily been struck by someone. For the $300 I paid, I can do much, much better elsewhere. Will never be returning.
I’ve been going to Jax for a while and always have a great experience there. My car is really clean and the staff is super friendly. Plus the location makes it easy for me to go before or after work. Especially with the winter months would highly recommend the subscription
