2 months agoI never had a problem with this place up until recently. Their cleaning jobs have gotten so lazy over the past year to the point where I can just do a better job myself! Today I just had it and I’m not coming back here. I paid for first place which includes what the pictures I attached are. Does this look clean to you at all??? I wasted almost 30 bucks for something I could’ve done myself. Absolutely disappointed and dissatisfied!! If this looks clean to you then I must be nuts!!!!5 months agoThe staff is very friendly and accommodating but the service or items for service could be better. I purposely went early in the morning in hopes of avoiding exactly what I got… overall the cleaning was ok. This is my first time bringing my brand new car to the car wash and now I have scratches in the interior, some random scuff mark in the hood and little dust particles in key areas. When I asked one of the guys to please wipe some areas again, he did and was very accommodating to me. I’d say this is a you get what you pay for type of thing but my rule of thumb is always try to get there first so you get the dry cloths and better attention to detail. It’s a constantly moving car wash so although I’m not surprised about not having stellar quality, I’m annoyed I’m leaving with scratches & a rushed vacuum (for which I will now have to go to a gas station to vacuum myself). Didn’t take a picture of the other dusty places but after I asked they cleaned it up very nicely. This is a 3 month old 2023 Mazda Cx5 and went in unscratched. I’m soooooo upset my car is scratched, the more it settles in the more bothered I am.Edited: the 3rd place option says rainx is included but I don’t see that effect when I sprayed to clean my windshield.
2 months agoThis place washes cars efficiently but they do lack detailing like wiping off the edges of the doors and the windows. They haphazardly throw back the mats into your car after they wash them. It’s not the cheapest place to get your car wash and they do not have packages so you can just come back as many times as you want in a month. The positive is I have never had damage happen to my vehicle here. That’s the reason why I keep coming there.in the last weekI bring my car here and they do a great job! The first or second place deal is a very thorough detail of the car. Great value 👍a month agoI paid for the 1st place car wash and i felt like i had my kids wash my car. Still dirty on the dash and rims still had dirt on them. They was the car in 30sec like go on get out of here and give us ur $30. Never going back there.

2 years agoI was always wondering where I can go and wash my car by myself because the car wash ALWAYS miss spot or is not clean properly, one day I came across this place and I couldn’t wait to come and try it out. It is really good and I will definitely come again, my reason for giving it 4 is because there is no instruction of how much money it will give you for each minute plus the brush need to be change. I swipe the credit card twice thinking it didn’t read it and I notice in my credit card history it charges me $10 dollars and it was 20 minutes, not bad at all. I will definitely check again when I go to see if I miss the instructions and if I do I will update my review it overall will definitely go.a month agoHorrible place to wash your car the owners don’t maintain it at all dirty filthy and the brushes are old been there for a long time just by seen how broken and twisted they are don’t come here to be honesta year agoAll machines worked, clean area, and comfortable cleaning space . Service is too bad did the full service of $46 for suv. The car is not cleaned good. All the dust are still there and had to ask them to wash the mat at the end. Didnt do all the job asked by me in the beginning.
I pay 28 dollars and my car is not even clean the worst car wash ever
I NEVER write reviews, but I had to in this case because the service was straight up poor. If I could give this place negative stars I would. When I first arrived at the carwash I told the employee that approached me that I needed the inside and outside of the vehicle cleaned. Although I arrived to Oakley’s before 6pm- the employee told me that even though it was close to 6pm (and apparently the car wash doesn’t wash the inside of vehicles after 6pm- go figure) that he would still extend the courtesy and clean the inside. The money was paid and I left the vehicle in the care of the employees to clean. I noticed when my car was “finished” that the car inside looked just as dirty as when it came in. I approached manager Juan (who was very rude and unprofessional) and upon the explanation of the situation he was annoyed at me for complaining and told me that they do not clean the interior after 6pm- again I explained what the previous employee told me. Instead of “manager” Juan just rectifying the situation, he proceeds to go and find the employee who told me this and talk about the issue, and in a manner in which he was annoyed for even having to do that. The other employee turned out to be another manager by the name of Antonio, and he didn’t make the situation better, chucked it up to a “miscommunication” and again- 2nd chance to rectify the problem and didn’t instead told me to come back another day and pay the difference to get the inside of my vehicle detailed. So $30 + $8 tip for a car that still looks dirty on the outside, and the inside. NEVER AGAIN! AVOID THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COST!!! Wash and clean your own car if this is the only carwash option you have in area- trust me you’ll thank me for saving you $$.
I’m only giving 2 stars because the workers were nice but honestly I got the worst car wash ever coming here for the first time. There were streaks all over my car, I had to actually tell the workers that after the car wash there were still spots all over. I paid $30 for a car wash and the inside wasn’t even wiped down and the edge where you open the door had dirt all over still. Never again !
$16 for a basic drive thru wash …… car was still dirty after …… rude and nasty counter service people……. Do your self a favor and drive upstate and wash your car for $12 with service with a smile ! Won’t be ever coming back here !!!
