Everything always works properly and it’s a clean environment. Today I accidentally locked my keys, purse, and phone in my car. I want to give a HUGE shout out to Miles (hope I’m spelling that right). He let me use his cell phone to call for help, let me know that the lounge was available to sit and wait out of the the heat, and brought me a bottle of water while I waited for my hubby to rescue me. 2 weeks agoWent through the wash October 20th was excited to try this car wash out as I was going through the wash my passenger side mirror was ripped off my car from side brushes as well as my front license plate I filled out a report it took them 3 weeks or more to call me back just to tell me that they won’t assist with fixing damages as my car is not 5 years old or newer, due to my mirror dangling and smacking against my car I have dents and missing paint as well. Also the car wash wasn’t that great left specks all over my vehicle . How frustrating! it’s ok it got the road dust off but bugs still on the front and windshield. left side got the tire shine stuff but the right side one tire didn’t get any and one got like 1/4 of it. not the best wash by far car was at the gas station by my house is better and cheeper
Everytime I visit, the staff is kind, the wash is great, vacuums work and the nozzle gets in-between the door and the seats, compressed air wands work also. The angle of the asphalt is ideal, so the water runs off my car.. Restroom is always clean, glad the business is in order. Micro Fibre towels are a great deal also.
On 8/18/22 I went thru the Speedwash in Victorville. When I came out my car had been damaged. I filed an incident report with mgmt but heard nothing. I called but got nothing but the usual runaround. This company cares nothing about their customers, just selling you more high priced carwashes! If they damage your car they ignore all resposibility! I would never take any car thru a Speedwash ever again. I caution anyone who cares about damage to their car to avoid this company which has a nationwide reputation of avoiding any responsibility for damage!
Not recommended at this point. After Mister Car wash came in from the previous company I noticed the crowd was significantly smaller, to the point that no one was getting a wash. I decided to give it a go for my own opinion. I asked what was different from before… new equipment along with an entirely new crew. I was pretty disappointed assessing my vehicle. I paid for the $20 wash and immediately noticed the water left all over. The blow dry is pretty worthless and my entirely vehicle is covered in water spots. Check my photos, the back of the vehicle was barely touched and looks just as dirty as before. I will say they were pleasant and not rude at all, even with my questions about what is different with Mister compared to the original wash company.
The worst $15.00 I have spent in my life on a car wash!! & the vacuums even suck. I moved to 3 different vacuum spots, and all 3 didn’t work. Never will I come back to this place. I should have known when I saw then prices.
